I recently purchased the webinar facility on my zoom account and created a webinar but am unable to access the page with the registration link and panelist invite portion.  I am really struggling to connect with zoom support and have no idea how to raise a ticket.  Anyone have any clues?   My webinar is on Monday and need the registration link before then! Thanks in advance.

Hi there, maybe somebody can help me. We have a webinar in English coming up and we added the translated subtitles to our account. Somehow it is not showing up in our account to activate it. I can't call customer service because it is not included in our plan. Has somebody had that problem before? Thanks in advanceJulia

I bought a Zoom webinar 3,000 participants for one month, which started yesterday. I have a webinar scheduled to take place tomorrow which I set up last month. Currently if I click on that webinar it says 'Webinar size: 500 attendees'. Will the webinar automatically allow up to 3,000 participants, or do I need to reschedule the webinar? We already have over 2,000 people registered so it would be a real headache to set up a new one. Thanks

Hello,I scheduled a recurring webinar. The invite has been sent to a large audience. I selected the option 'Attendees register once and can choose one or more occurrences to attend, ' but I would like to change this so the audience does not need to register and then join via a unique link.If I change the settings - so registration is no longer required, do I need to update the joining instructions with a new link, and what notification do those participants receive who have already registered?Thank you!

Hi All,Hoping I can get some help. Someone on my team is setting up a Zoom Webinar.  We set up automated follow up emails then issued a preview to see how it looked. We see unwanted "??" icons within the default body of message and within our added text body of message.  How can we get rid of these? How would I go about hosting a webinar with Zoom Session (under 50 attendees) while keeping the attendees anonymous to at least each other? Is this possible at all?

Is there any way to know when a webinar event was created/cloned in the zoom??I tried to look into reports but could not find event creation date.

We will have a webinar, but our internet connection will be around 20mbps as host, (not using 4k).What would be the effect to attendee side, would it cause a choppy signal to them? Thanks

I published my webinar. I cannot find the registration screen. It doesn't show up on the dashboard. How do I find it - what menu item and how to navigate to it.

Hi all, We add a graphic to the right side of the registration page but it's suddenly tiny. I checked the image itself and it's the same size as always. Is there something I can do to fix this? It's always a graphic for the partner who underwrites the webinar and we can't have such an important piece be that small.I would appreciate help with this issue! Hi Zoom users, I have had some trouble ensuring that, in recordings of webinars, the speaker's video feed doesn't sit in the right corner, blocking part of the screenshare. This can be especially annoying when you are presenting a powerpoint and content can't even be seen. I believe Zoom meetings records it so that the speaker's video is in a side panel next to the full screenshare and would love to know if this is a setting I can enable in Zoom webinar as well.

My boss ran a report for a webinar that we did previously. It listed my location as some place that it should not have, but I am unsure how it gathers the location for an attendee. Can someone let me know how it lists the location? I am thinking that it could be a few different ways.1. IP address lookup2. During registration is it entered?3. Time-zone or other information entered in my profile somewhere

Hello, We've created a Zoom webinar with the registration link - it's set up for manual approval. As the registrations come in I receive the email notification and go into Zoom and approve them.  What might be some troubleshooting tips - have got a person who is trying to register but getting the message below.  We keep telling him that he needs to use the email and device associated with his zoom account and he keeps getting this error. Is there a way to manually add him without affecting/overwriting the other registrants? There are almost 300 people registered for this webinar so can't start over.   

HelloWe’re looking to run a webinar with a list of attendees that shouldn’t be able to see each other’s names. We would like to be able to have a chatroom for questions.  We understand that we cannot rely on everyone to hide their identity - would there be an option of having everyone being set as ‘guest’ for everyone who isn’t a panelist? Is there an option besides disabling the chat and have people DM us the questions? Thanks!

When I created a webinar, I changed the Q&A setting to allow attendees to view answered questions only. Participants do have both "All questions" and "My questions" tabs, but they don't see answered questions from other participants. Is this expected? Should I have chosen to allow attendees to view all questions even if the hosts haven't answered them yet?

Hello,   We had a two-day webinar and noticed that for both days, there were about 20-30 rows of the same name with varying times and sessions. The webinar was 3 hours long, and there are multiple rows with this name that show they were in the meeting, for example, 207, 177, 195, 214, 213 minutes, etc. Do you think this attendee was able to share their specific Zoom link with others, and that explains the 30 repeated names and high session times for each repeated name?   I attached an image of how it looks with the name blocked out, but it is the same name over and over again.   We are trying to get an accurate count of attendees and don't want to miscalculate just because the name is the same.    Thank you!

Hi there, I can't seem to find the answer to my question. On zoom Webinars I can plan to send a follow-up email up to 6 days after the Webinar to attendees and Absentees.How do you define Absentees? People who registered to the webinar and didn't attend or people who received the invitation and never responded? Thanks!

HI, HOW CAN I REMOVE FOR PARTECIPANTS THE POSSIBILITY OF DON'T SEE OTHER PARTECIPANTS??

Last week during an webinar, our keynote presenter wanted to share his PowerPoint-presentation. But we encountered some problems. He could share his PowerPoint, but not in the full screen presentation-modus (see attached file).  While he could scroll further to the next slide on his laptop, we stay freezed at the first slide. The only way he could manage to let us view something was to select the next slide in the slide-menu on the left. How can we make sure this won't happen again. On the other hand, when I as a hist was sharing my presentation, other watchers said I had the same problem as well. Did I managed something wrong in the settings of this webinar? Very strange, since I am already familiar to use ZOOM for over two years now, and this was the very first time this was happening.Thanks for your responses and fine holidays ! 

I'm trying to set up admin templates for webinars that my team runs regularly with our customers. Right now when we update a template, each team member has to update it manually. We'd love to use the admin templates feature. However, the description field has a really short character limit compared to user generated templates.Is this a bug? Has anyone found a workaround? What's going on here?

Hi,I need to postpone my webinar but already have 160+ people registered.  I see that I can edit the date and that if I click notify attendees they will receive a generic email about the change. Can I customize this email or is it best to send them a separate email from me letting them know of the change but that the link will remain the same?
