We conduct training webinars, and we notice that attendees who encounter computer audio issues and decide to switch to joining by phone instead are allowed to skip entering the participant ID shown on the screen when they call in. (The phone instructions say "... Enter your participant ID followed by pound. Otherwise, just press pound.") If the attendee skips entering their participant ID, they are listed twice in the attendee panel--once under their computer-based session and again with their phone number. They're also listed twice in any post-webinar attendee reports. Finally, with hundreds of attendees in a training webinar, it poses potential security issues by making it difficult for the host to fully remove an attendee who has called in (both instances of the attendee), because there's no way to determine which phone number is associated with their computer session in the attendee list. So, if an attendee is joining by p

hey So, I have integrated Zoom Webinar with SFDC and tested it as well. I still got couple of confusion though if someone could please help: 1: How can I segment registrants by “attended” and “did not attend” in SFDC, is it done automatically by zoom or I need to do something about it?2: How to know (after webinar) if someone has submitted the Q&A? appreciate the help and thanks in advance, thanks!

Are we able to add an Authentication exception for zoom webinars? If I wanted to add in an outside user to host a webinar training, How would I go about that? 

We are wondering whether we need a Webinar 500 or Webinar 1000 licence. I have a user expecting more than 500 registrations for a webinar, but this person sure that far from everyone will participate live. Will the 500th registration get a notification that the webinar is full or can they still just register?

Help me figure out: If some already has a Zoom Pro plan, and now that person needs a Zoom Webinar plan of 500 people, does he need to pay extra?

I would like to limit the email addresses people can use to register for a Zoom webinar.  For example, I only want people with the email domain "@cooldomainname.com" to be able to register, and I don't want anybody with the domain name "@gmail.com" to register.  Is this possible?  I saw I can block certain domain names from registering, but I can't find a way to whitelist the domain names I want.  Thanks!

I just presented my first webinar. I didn't know until I was already live that chat disabled for my webinar attendees. It didn't show that when I was doing the practice session. And, I couldn't find any place to enable it. Can someone tell me where to enable it?Thanks.

Hi, I tested a webinar with a co-host last week, and the sound worked. Just did the real event and my co-host could not hear me. Using a Mac, I selected computer audio, I tested the audio (hearing) and speaking and it worked. I had re-started my Mac prior to the zoom webinar Why could I not be heard?Why was the Chat disabled, we have never had that before. ThanksEmma

I was sent a link to watch my daughter on a kind of graduation ceremony from her college. I do have a basic Zoom account which i established in case i ever needed it and is active. Reading the instructions i am told to go to settings, Recording and click on Local Recording to toggle. Two big problems: First, when i follow the link i was sent, there is no Settings icon on which to click, but strangely at the start there is an automated announcement "Recording in Progress". No idea what that tells me - if it is notification that i somehow am acquiring a recording or if it just tells me that the host is recording. I did check the directory where my settings said my recordings would be stored but that is empty.Second: If instead i open my desktop client, and please keep in mind that if i do that, i have no idea how i would marry the desktop client to joining the broadcast (if that is the right word), though i can click on Settings, then click on Recording, clic

Hello everyone,I want to know if there is a webinar license for 1500 event type pax to cover an event that only lasts 3 days?So I want to buy a license only for these 3 days and not buy a license for the month to the year.Thanks for any help or advice.

We would like to incorporate multiple pre-recorded sessions into our virtual event. Is there a way to upload a Zoom Webinar Cloud recording to the Event *without* having to create an event to make that recording?  Essentially, I would like presenters to be able to record and share their sessions with me on their personal Zoom accounts and then I add those sessions as on-demand in Zoom Events. I'm hoping that I am just missing something super basic 🙂 and that we do not have to create an event on the Zoom Events Hub just to get these recordings made.  All help is appreciated!

I plan on hosting a Webinar event in the middle of Nov, but I don’t want to purchase a Webinar subscription until it’s within one of that date (so that I don’t have to pay more than one month for the subscription).  However, I’d like to send a registration link to potential attendants now.  Is there a way to create a registration link for this Webinar event now, even though I haven’t purchased the Webinar subscription yet?  Thanks.

The webinars tariff has a single entry link in the zoom and it is possible to limit the inclusion of the camera and sound

Hi there,  Our company is hosting an event next week in collaboration with another company. They've created a Zoom registration page but we have a Luma page for registrations. I need the Zoom meeting URL to insert into Luma but we can't find it. The other company that created it, can't find it either. We're sending the invites for event soon. Does someone have a solution?

How can I broadcast to 10,000 attendees? How to set up this? What is the cost ?Any one has done this before and how reliable it is?

Hello all. I signed up for the Webinar 500 plan.  But when I go to the webinar tab to try and setup a webinar it says that I have not enabled the webinar feature.  I did everything that the chatbot suggested, but still getting the error.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Can only the host see the number of attendees in a webinar or can all panellists see?

I should increase the participants from 100 to 500 for a single meeting, how do I do it? 

I don't have a microphone or video on my PC, so I just listen to Zoom webinars using my speakers.  However, I used my phone recently for a Zoom meeting bc they wanted to see and hear me.  Now when I try to use Zoom from my PC, I can't hear anything.  What do I need to do in order to get it back to the way it was?  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  I can still use my phone for Zoom, but I want to use my PC!  Thanks.

Is there a way for a participant to stop seeing the chatter on-screen during a webinar?  It would be nice to be able to just watch the presentation without everyone chiming in with whatever comes to mind. It would be a richer experience if I could click in and out of chat without seeing all of the traffic on-screen. I attend many webinars on an iPad Pro. My Zoom version is 5.13.11 Thanks!

Hi all, I am hosting a zoom webinar along with 5 other "panelists."  For most of the webinar, 3-4 of the 5 panelists will be cameras-off. But as of now, attendees can still see the typical black screen with "panelist_name" in the middle.  Having 3 - 4 black screens at once on a panel is unnecessary. Is there a way to make it so that when a panelist's camera is off, their screen entirely disappears from attendee view? Thanks so much 

Hi, We are considering using zoom for our class streaming schedule. We want the attendees to be able to WATCH the replay, but not download it or the transcript. Where is that set in the permissions for the webinar events?Also, confirming, each attendee will have to register through Zoom to ensure only those with the login can view - to prevent one person in a company from attending, and then sharing with 100 who can attend - unless they share their zoom login (bad idea).  

Hello,we conduct group lessons on ZOOM Webinar every day at 7:00 p.m.We use a webinar room with the following settings:Recurring webinar is OFFRequire panelists to authenticate to join is ONRequire attendees to authenticate to join: Sign in to Zoom is ONRequire webinar passcode is OFFWe are having a lot of difficulty with attendance management.- sometimes they log in with the account from the parent's phone (we have to add one and remove the other)- if there is any mistake in the names, we can't change it (it's very nasty)We want to delete a record entirely because it's getting too cluttered. But there is no such option.Please tell me how to do a simple delete and edit attendee list?Thanks!

I host webinars daily and I had an incident that I need clarification. I had to remove a panelist from the meeting due to joining during an executive session. Once webinar went live then the panelist was needed. I wasn’t able to re-admit this person and they was told unable to join. I did went ahead and turned on the “enable participants to rejoin “ but that was during. I even provided panelist with a different panelist link and couldn’t attend. How should’ve this been handled?
