Hi all, we do a lot of webinars that we share a presentation and begin with music. We've always been able to share the tab for the presentation only (that way when we go to turn the music off the entire group doesn't see that process. They continue to just see our holder screen). However, it has stopped working. Now, when I check that tab only it seems to share the entire screen. I cant seem to get it to only share that one tab/presentation. Please help! Thank you!

Hi there, I'm interested in creating a solution to allow 300 participants to go into breakouts of 2 (i.e 150 breakouts) using two meeting links, with one presenter who can communicate and interact with people from both sessions, and that the other session can see the interaction and the camera frame of someone in an alternative meeting. I wondered if any of you have worked with any solutions, or have production companies who have done something similar.  Let me know!!

Is there a Zoom Webinars SDK?

Hi, I didn't realize you're not able to access webinar reports after a license expires (frustrating to say the least). So my question: Does anyone know how long that data is stored? We will be re-upping our license next month, but I want to make sure the previous webinar data isn't wiped before then.  Thanks for the help in advance!

I'm trying to upgrade to zoom webinar from zoom pro but it won't allow me to do it.Every time I click on the buy now button, it simply takes me to my current plan!How do I get around this and upgrade please?

So we just signed up for an account for our Meetup group 300+ users with a meeting/webinar coming up of about 120 participants. We decided to go the webinar route to get past the 100 person limit. Of course we's like to have helper for the event - co-hosts but do they too need to have a license? I know MEETINGS can have unlimited co-hosts but I don't see a way to add a co-host, covert a regular participant to co-host like one does in a meeting. I just see the "make panelist" option. So me thinks we now have to add a license for each of our 4 helpers!!!! $$$$$$$$

If I'm scheduling a webinar with registration. Participants will recieve personal links or it will be common link?

Can anyone help with the below issue please? We have a weekly webinar where we play a demo video (which has been downloaded to whoever's laptop) to a wider audience. All of a sudden, a few weeks ago - participants could no longer hear the audio when the video was being played. Everything worked fine before so it's really confusing - we were able to quickly find a solution and screen share to play the video from our Google Drive instead of the downloaded version. This is becoming an inconvenience so we'd love to fix the issue. I haven't been able to find anything this specific on the help articles.The video is being played from a few colleagues' devices and we all have MacOS Ventura laptops. Thank you!

Good afternoon everyone, here is my question. I had a user register for a random zoom webinar, they are registered and got the invite link with webinar ID. This really bypasses the registration part of the webinar but could we turn around and share that webinar link with multiple offices to watch?  i told the user everyone should register for the event so the host gets a accurate headcount. seeing that its a the webinar ID and not the actual join URL shouldn't it work? 🤔 🤔

I host Zoom Webinars by sending audio and video from our livestream application, Wirecast, through to Zoom. Because I am running Wirecast, much of my RAM is already being used, and I cannot rely on using the Zoom desktop client as well.  Since many of my events involve music, I need to use the Original Sound for Musicians setting to have clear audio come through. The person in my position previously told me that he had been using the desktop client to successfully run Zoom Webinars with Original Sound on.  I have searched all over but I cannot find any information about how to do this on the web client.  Does anyone know how to enable Original Sound for Musicians on the Web Client?

I would like to upgrade my zoom account to accomodate over 100 people for an online webinar.   When I go to the next level up it says that i must take out over 10 licenses which makes is super crazy expensive  The other option seems ot be to pay $50 for a one month and pay that each Month.     Since I only want about 150 people that seems a very expensive thing to do.  How can I accomodate more people in a cost effective way?Thankyou 

Hello,Our first webinar is to be tomorrow, so this is urgent. We set up 3 webinars over the next few months under a one-time one-month webinar plan thinking we would have the option to renew the plan each month and keep these webinars. It turns out that is not the case and the webinars are no longer showing as the plan expired yesterday. We want to keep those original webinars we set up (with the original link and registrants) and will set up whatever plan we need to make that happen. Is there any way to keep these webinars we've already set up? If we buy the annual plan will the original webinars transfer over? Our first webinar is scheduled for tomorrow.Many thanks in advance!

I was looking over attendance analytics from our event last year, and I noticed that we had a large number (over 1,000) people who attended 0 sessions and spent 0 minutes in sessions. Since these are considered attendees — not registrants — by Zoom Events, I'm wondering how Zoom Events defines an attendee and what "zero" actually means. 

Hi there, Wondering if someone can help, and explain the difference here. I am comparing 2 of our recent webinars (we are new to using zoom webinars!).. I have pulled both a registration report and an attendee report for both. The attendee report also states the number of 'registrations'. On the 1st webinar report, we have the registration report saying 176, and the attendee report saying we had 159 registrations, and 159 total users.However, the 2nd webinar report, the registration report said 132, and the attendee report said 119, and the total users 148.  I don't understand why the 'registration report number would be different to the number of registrations in the attendee report. And I don't understand how if we had 119 registrations, how the total number of users was 148. Please can someone help explain the nuances between these different stats across the different reports?

Hi does anyone know if I can change my 1 month 1000 attendee webinar subscription  to a 500 attendee webinar subscription the following month? also without losing my scheduled webinar links? Thanks

I have a question I am putting in 5 courses today. I assume I give the live presentation on the date I gave, now I have cloud recordings so I should not have to give that class over and over for 50 days correct people can watch the recordings once I give the course live 1 time. I have mindfulness set for 5-5 Advanced CPR.AED?FIRST AID 5-6 Professional Event Planner 5-8  When I go into submit event planner it says I am giving CPR/AED/FIRST AID at the same time which is 2 days before. Do I have this incorrect?  MY PLAN ALL ALONG WAS TO GIVE THE COURSE 1 TIME FOR THE 50  DAYS AND THEN RECORDING CAN BE AVAILABLE. I CAN'T GIVE THE SAME CLASS FOR 50 DAYS LIVE. I AM ADDING COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR PSYCHOTHERAPY ON 4-11 AND NEURO PATHOLOGY SCIENCE ON APRIL 12. I've been editing the html for our webinar emails, and it's all been working fine. But I had set up the follow-up email to attendees and absentees to go out five days after the webinar – I set this up in both the settings for the specific webinar, and in the Account Manager > Webinar Settings. This was to give me time to add the URL for the recording. However, the email went out the day after the webinar (luckily, I'd put in a holding URL of a link to our YouTube channel).  I've checked and re-checked the settings and they all say five days after the webinar date. Any idea what's going wrong? I know it's almost certain to be user error, but dashed if I can find it.

It does not list out the New Zealand dropdown states and provinces to select from that you do for other countries.  If choose USA it listed all states.  Missing important registration information.  How do we update state/Province for international users?               

Hi, I scheduled a meeting with registration and would like to test the setup with a co-host a few minutes before. What link do I give the co-host to join the meeting? Should I select "allow participants to join anytime"? I want to press the button when we are both ready to start the meeting and then have everyone join. Thanks!

URGENT PLEASE!I AM A PORTUGUESE/ENGLISH INTERPRETER.  ZOOM UPDATED THE LANGUAGE PANEL FOR IT TO BE DISPLACED BY THE INTERPRETER TO HIS/HER DESIRED POSITION WITHOUT BLOCKING PARTICIPANTS' INFO AND I THANK YOU FOR THAT.  HOWEVER, NOW THE ISSUE IS THAT THE LANGUAGE BAR JUMPS AROUND THE SCREEN WHEN THE INTERPRETER SWITCHES LANGUAGES ON THE "SPEAKING TO" CHANNELS (IN MY CASE FROM PT TO ENG AND VICE-VERSA).  THE BAR GETS HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE ALL AROUND IT AND IT DOES NOT GO BACK TO BLACK IN ORDER TO BE IN A FIXED PLACE.  SO, EITHER YOU FIX THIS BUG, OR PLEASE GO BACK TO WHAT IT WAS.  I LOST A VERY IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENT BECAUSE OF THIS MECHANICAL PROBLEM!

I want to schedule a webinar at not 30 minutes intervalls, how do I do this?
