Translated subtitles

Hi there,

 

maybe somebody can help me. We have a webinar in English coming up and we added the translated subtitles to our account. Somehow it is not showing up in our account to activate it. I can't call customer service because it is not included in our plan. Has somebody had that problem before?

    Prerequisites for enabling translated captions

    • Zoom One Business Plus or Zoom One Enterprise Plus account, or assigned the Zoom Translated Captions add-on*
