Good morning, During the webinar I would like to share video from Facebook. Apart from screen share, is there any other efficient way?
Accidentally changed webinar occurrences and those registered data are missing.Any way to retrieve it back?
Hi, how can I use my computer off-screen while hosting a Zoom call or webinar? I keep struggling with this. It's like when I use Zoom, Zoom takes over my system, but I still want to be able to e.g. search for things, or read from sources on my computer, invisible to my webinar participants.I want to be able to lead a Zoom call, all the while being able to access my computer, without sharing that with the people I have the Zoom call with. I want to be able to have both shared and non-shared content accessible to me simultaneously, on Windows. I am using an external monitor. How can I dedicate e.g. one monitor to the Zoom call, and the other to stay off the call, with my normal computer functions available to me?
Hello, we're running a pop-up webinar/live broadcasting series for four days in November. I'm hoping OnZoom can help with that as I didn't want to have 10 separate webinars with 10 separate registrations/logins etc.Has anyone done something like this before? And/or how would I potentially do a rehearsal before going live? My vision is to have a landing page with each speaker, bio, session abstract and link to register for the series. I'm stuck on how people would attend a specific talk on a specific day. Any insight is welcome! Thank you.
Thanks for taking my question. Here is my dilemma. I don't want the toolbar to appear when displaying a remote panelist screenshare. As host of a webinar, I'm displaying any remote share screen on a second projected screen/monitor in Extended Mode. When I do this, my toolbar is also displayed. I do not want my in-house audience to see the toolbar. When I screen share, the toolbar is detached and I can drag it to my host monitor thus its not shown to anyone but myself. This allows me to open chat, panelist/attendee list, cc,.... Thanks for your assistance Thanks in advance for your help.Peter D
Hello,As an admin I am being asked to find registration info for another users webinar (That I am not invited to) . Where do I look this Webinar up to view who has registered? I have the meeting ID. Thanks.
Hello, Is there a way to automatically send zoom webinar recordings to those that attended and those that did not, all registrants. I know I can schedule an email but is there a way to automate the recording send? Thank you!
My studio setup regarding the picture is two external cameras (one digital mirrorless Fujifilm and one iPhone 12). I work with external lightning (studio light). The picture in my computer looks like HD-quality, really flawless. But for the participant in the webinar, the resolution is bad. A corny picture, sometimes even sound is lagging with the lips movement. I've ticked all the boxes in the video settings/advanced section:Optimize quality of the video I send with de-noiseOptimize quality of the video I receive with super resolutionUse hardware acceleration for receiving videoUse hardware acceletation for sending videoI ticked the box in recording settings for Optimize for 3rd party video editor. So basically, why does the picture look like the attached one anyway? What am I missing in the settings, etc?
We have a Pro account and are looking to host 3-4 webinars per year. Can we upgrade to the Webinar subscription as needed for the month of the webinar, cancel it after and repeat?
BonjourDans le cadre d'un webinaire avec inscription , comment mettre une date limite?Merci
I am pulling the survey report, but nothing is on it. Does the survey report only show data for a survey that was created in Zoom? I am using a 3rd party survey link.
Hi all,Hosting my first webinar tomorrow. I've learned there is not the equivalent to a "Waiting Room" in Zoom Webinar for me and my panelists and the advice is start as a "Practice Session" -- and just to confirm: to go live (that is, let attendees hear me / see us), I would then simply click "Start Webinar" and we would be live? And if this is the correct order of events, my instructions to panelists and co-hosts would be to join the "Practice Session" ahead of time and then we all go live. If someone can confirm (or deny) the above that would help put my mind at ease. Any other practices for this would be most welcome. Thank you,Rob
I am trying to live stream to a Facebook group. I have enabled the broadcasting in Advanced Meeting settings to Facebook however when I start a meeting no option comes up. I only get YouTube as an option. please help! No idea what to do.
When a presenter is sharing their screen, we need to be able to also see an open window with an ASL interpreter translating for the deaf community. Is there a way for the presenter to share both screens at the same time?
Is it possible to start a practice session the day before a scheduled webinar, end it, then start another practice session before the webinar goes live at its scheduled time (ie can you do more than 1 practice session for a webinar?
Hi all,We have been using meetings and webinars successfully for events in excess of 200 attendees (our webinar package has 1000 seats)This week we have a webinar scheduled and planned to use breakouts... not realising this is only possible with a Sessions or Events package. We figured this limitation out and I persuaded my team to upgrade to Events. So far so good...But now I found out we only have a 100 seat events package (because thats all you can get if you only want a 1-month upgrade, the bigger capacity upgrades are available for 1-year only)But now I'm really confused... which seat limit applies?? We still have the 1000 seat webinar license and over 200 registrants... and the webinar is still a webinar (albeit now with breakouts and other new features enabled). Will the 200 people still be able to join? Or will Zoom cap the event at 100? But how does Zoom decide (and hence how do I know) which limit applies? Surely it would be unfair to cap all our webinars to 100 now
I have two different Zoom accounts set up on Zoom One where different groups attend webinars at the same time. This morning at 12h30 SATS, both of the accounts crashed at the same time and would not allow the hosts back into the webinars. Both of the accounts were run on different PCs, different networks with back up power supplies and at different locations. What could have caused this and how do I prevent this?
hi 🙂 I had webinar and used the setting that participants that register after the webinar can watch the recording. However now when a person registers it asks passcode and that doesn't work. (It says wrong passcode) Even when giving the correct one. What to do?
I just ran a Webinar and configured it to 'Automatically start recording when session starts'. The recording was set to local. I discovered after the webinar that there was NO recording. It hadn't started. Am I a complete idiot or did Zoom fail? Now I have to record it again because many people didn't join but were offered the recording. This is NOT fun. Thank you for any ideas! Cristi
Hi, How can I send a recording link without the transcript, chat, etc? I only want to share video and audio for a specific recording. Thank you.
Can I transfer, copy or mirror all my Zoom Webinar Setup properties to a new Zoom Webinar Account?
During a recent webinar my mac pro was alternative host. I was not able to choose share audio. I am reading in the community that the multiple sharing needs to be changed to single sharing. Will zoom please add a tool tip in app for this? The current in app info tool was not clear about the problem or the solution. Any changes to this application where a solution is explained are welcome. Even at the bottom if the share window....But the multiple share and single share needs a chart or something so that non engineers can understand the features without reading 10 pages of text. And this feature of sharing audio is used frequently by users/ panelists/ co-hosts in webinars who did not create the webinar themselves. Thank you for considering these ideas.iOS 14. zoom 13.6 corporate enterprise account
Hi guys, i have one problem. When i add zoom webinar and go to tab branding i upload image. Image is in big normal size, but when i copy link from registration, image is small. It is like zoom crop picture and look's small. Can you help me please!
I am trying to map zoom registration questions (custom questions) to Pardot prospect fields. I can see the custom fields showing up in Pardot, but the mapping is not taking place. In this article (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206003126-Using-Zoom-Webinars-for-Pardot#installing-from-the-zoom-marketplace), it states that you should map custom_questions as the Zoom Registration Field and custom_question as the Pardot custom field, and that you should only need to do this one mapping in order for it to work for any custom question. However, the issue I am running into is that custom_question is not an option in the Pardot custom field drop down. The actual field itself is showing up and I've mapped to that field, but the data is not syncing. These are the two fields I'm trying to get to populate in pardot - they are custom fields that were created by Zoom when the question was created in the zoom webinar. &nbs
I was provided through Iansyst a HP G9 laptop. For whatever reason when I'm on zoom my microphone won't work? I can hear them but they can't hear me. An engineer from Iansyst says the problem is on zooms end?? Any suggestions. Thanks
