I'm attempting to become part of a simulive webinar, but I'm encountering an issue where I'm not allowed to join. I've tried using the hub host, alternative host, and speaker access options, but I keep getting an error message that says, "Joining meeting timeout - Please use host/alternative email to start the webinar." What should I do to resolve this problem?
I am looking to host a hybrid multiple-session Zoom event that will take place over seven days over one month. I see that the maximum duration is six days for this type of event. Are there any ways to get around this maximum duration? I see that a recurring series would also work in this situation, but I want to be able to use the lobby feature, custom registration questions, and hybrid tools that are included in the multiple session types. Any suggestions on the best way to move forward?
We host a webinar several times a week and include a post webinar survey. There isn't a way to set up the survey in the webinar template, instead the survey must be entered manually for each webinar session. This is very cumbersome and time consuming. Anyone know a work around? A year ago, I was told by Zoom this would be forthcoming as an enhancement, but to date I'm unaware if this has been done? Please advise.
I've set up a virtual training event where there are 3 different sessions. People will buy tickets to the particular training session they want to attend. They will then have access to the recording(s) post event. From what I can see, all recordings will appear in the lobby. Will the session recordings only be available to those who have bought a ticket to the corresponding session? Eg. If Lucy brought a ticket to session C will she only see a recording for session C in the lobby (post event)? If David brought tickets to sessions A and B will he only see recordings A & B in the lobby (post event)? Or will David and Lucy see recordings of all 3 sessions?? Many thanks in advance Amy
We are sending invitation email to customer (B2B) for zoom webinars via Hubspot. We want to prevent them from drop-off from pre-registration. Ideally, customers can complete registration with a single click of the "register" button and we can obtain the information of registered customers (company name, name, email address, etc. ). Can we achieve this with zoom webinar by integration between hubspot and zoom?
How can a webinar survey be sent to people who registered for the webinar but did not actually attend the webinar?
Good day, Recently hosted a webinar where we linked Zoom to Eventbrite. Unfortunately, there were 2 types of invites to a webinar, one that was sent out at to correct time and another that was sent out 1 h later (some attendees did receive on correct time Google calendar event, and some received 1h later Google calendar invite and some received both of them and both of invites looked different) I did see that for some error was fixed by checking time zone, mine was correct on Eventbrite, Zoom and PC - GMT+3Can someone explain why this is happening and is there a way to fix this, so it doesn't happen in the future? Thanks.
We are hosting an in-person conference with five concurrent sessions over 4 days. We are planning on livestreaming and recording these sessions via Zoom, and expect to have no more than 50 people logging on to the livestreamed sessions at any one time. What is the most seamless way to do this with one Zoom account?
I have to webinar licenses - how can I run two webinars at the same time?
I am evaluating solutions to present simulated live webinars to my students. I am looking for the future support LTI 1.3 appears it will have, including saving attendance records to my LMS and interaction data for the event. I would love it to integrate with my LMS' calendar. Is this possible now or in the future? Or is there another way to accomplish my stated goals?
We share our zoom webinar registration page on social and with the other webinar platforms I've used, we could upload an OG image to the platform and it would be pulled into social posts whenever we shared the registration page on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. I don't see anywhere to do this. Am I just missing it?
We decided to change our zoom meeting from a meeting to a webinar after it being advertised for a while on Eventbrite. In the Webinar settings it says that a passcode is required and we can't remove that option. Can i take it that the passcode will be embedded in the 'Join' link when activated on the Eventbrite event page 30 mins before we start? As this link isn't activated we can't test it but i am concerned it will ask for a passcode that no-one will have. I have updated the Zoom module in Eventbrite to be the Zoom webinar so i am really hoping that is enough but confirmation that attendees won't be asked for a code if they use that link would be much appreciated.
Hi all, I'm hosting a webinar later today and just realized the virtual background looks pixelated.I see it well, but the attendees see it very pixelated and I don't know how to fix it.- the image measures 1920x1080- I adjusted in my video settings the HD video- I also tried with an image twice the size and 1280 by 720 and the same thing happened. On my computer looks fine, but only on mine.Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!
Hi, we are hosting a Zoom Webinar soon, and we are offering an incentive for participants who stay for the whole webinar. I'd love to implement "checkpoints" spaced out during the webinar where participants have to click a button on a pop-up to ensure they're still engaged. The pop-up would saying something like "Are you still here?" with options "Yes" or "No."
Hi,Zoom released news about enhancing audio live caption in August 2022.In 1:1 Zoom, japanese live caption are now displayed according to their news, but there is an another pattern that is not working. That is if the webinar host sets the japanese live caption. When they set the live caption, the Japanese to English subtitles are displayed...I hope that I would like Japanese audio subtitles to be displayed for the deaf and hard of hearing in this pattern.Does anyone know a solution for this issue?I would like to know how the host can translate Japanese audio into Japanese subtitles and display live captions. Thanks in advance,Shoya
I have a participant guide I would like my participants to download at the beginning of the meeting. Can I upload it into the webinar ahead of time so my participants can download and view the PDF during the meeting?
Hi, trying to set up branded virtual background for panelists. Tried recommended settings for the image (JPEG/JPG or 24-bit PNG, Recommend size: 1920*1080px) - it looks ok when panelist is on 1/4 screen, if he's on the full screen - pixelated. Tried to up px to 6000*3400 px - even worse. Any advise how to have a good looking background?
Hi All!This is our first time sending out a flyer with a QR code to join a scheduled webinar for a few weeks out. Does anyone know how far in advance of our scheduled webinar does the QR code take them into our scheduled webinar? If you scan the QR code now it just takes you into Zoom but not our specific webinar. Also, from your experience should we also put the zoom web address on the flyer or will the QR code be enough for people to easily join? Any advice for this newbie would be greatly appreciated!!!!
I recently recorded a webinar for my organization. During our webinar, we had also had Spanish interpretation included. After the webinar was done and the recording was converted, it seems I couldn't find the recording where our translator/interpreter was speaking. I only have the English version. Can someone assist me in finding or guiding me to find the file? Thank you
Hello! I will be hosting a Zoom webinar. Could you please tell me how to lock the webinar to prevent participants from joining before the scheduled start time? Thank you in advance!
I used Zoom webinar on Aug 31th accidentally without the cloud record of the video which it was essential to be done. Would there be any technical solution to get the record of the webinar? We ask for your kind help on this issue.
We are planning to conduct a webinar for our company's rebranding event. We expect over 5000 attendees and 50 interactive panelists. Please tell us how much internet speed is required to host this webinar session.
Zoom nicely turned on HD for our account. Assuming I have it turned on in our settings, what happens if during a webinar an HD connection is not supported by our bandwidth that night? Can I actually turn off the HD and revert to SD in the middle of a webinar? Thank you!
