Hi, Is there a way we can set a specific webinar wallpaper as the default, so that whenever a new webinar is created through my account, the wallpaper is automatically saved without the need for manual upload? If this is not currently possible, I suggest that Zoom look into introducing this feature, as it could be beneficial to many users. Thanks.

We do trainings on a product through the webinar feature and often people we are training will send each other the confirmation link they got to join. Sometimes this is because the email is sent to spam sometimes and someone else in the same organization will send them their personal link. Then we end up having multiple people with the same name in our trainings and we can't track accurately who has been trained. Is there a way we can have access to the personal links so we can send it to the specific people the day of training to make sure they get on the webinar through the correct link?

I need help!!I set webinars with "registration required" and "Manually approve". I haven't got Confirmation Email to Registrants Send after registration approval from yesterday.  I registered by company account and my personal ones(Gmail and Yahoo).Zoom support told me about IP setting<https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360032808951-Not-receiving-emails-from-Zoom> but I don't understand I cannnot get it to my personal account.What should I do?? Is this incident?  Anybody happen same thing?

When creating an event that is "In Person" (This session will only be in-person.) the registration page still displays the following:"Join this event via the Zoom client, web browser, a room system or the Zoom Room. Not sure if your device is compatible with this event?  Test My Device" I have deactivated all settings in Meeting & Webinar and Webinar In-Session Settings however the text persists.I have created a test event here:https://events.zoom.us/ej/Aj3gto2qUWf6-dyjcbAU1DKpUq-_YXAg_gIeopD0k5ldTpYXhu9n~A9nvQI_8-RqCKRjR-AdSBexGl9QQ6kSYd-WULvFNl5H-WH5taa-pED7Zu9ODw This will create confusion with the user expecting they can join the session virtually.

I'm hosting a webinar in a few days. I found out this morning that my webinar was password protected, which I do not want. When I removed the password, the link was updated, however, some registrants already had the old link. Do I need do send the new link to all these attendees? Thank you!

I am still unclear when or if I should enable Exclusive mode while on Zoom. My setup is W11, simple USB audio mixer for mics and standalone speaker output, webinars using screen sharing, YT video via G-browser, and mp4 files.  What does Zoom recommend?  I've read a few posts and MS definitions but is still unclear. Thanks for your help. IGG  

Hi,I am looking for a good budget microphone for webinars. ZDM-1 and ZUM-2 seem to be quite good according to the reviews but those who wrote the reviews used the mikes alone. In our case it is different. There is an announcer sitting in the front and a music group sitting at a distance behind. So I am not sure if these microphones will pick the sound (voices and music instruments) well from everyone and if everybody's level would be even enough (not that the announcer's voice is too loud and the singers' is too soft) .Does anybody have an experience with such kind of webcasts and can advice a good microphone? 

Hello, I have an OnZoom event and I'm trying to connect Zapier to OnZoom so that I can create an automation when people register.  In Zapier, there are only Zoom Events and Zoom Webinar.  How do I create an automation in my email auto responder when this isn't available? Thanks!

Does anyone know if you can host multiple practice sessions on different days prior to the actual webinar?  I know you can host one, but just trying to make sure I can use the practice session multiple times.  Let me know.   Thanks! 

We would like to host a webinar but don't want the attendees to either see themselves nor to see how many attendees are participating. The last time I organised a zoom webinar (pro) this was not the case. What settings do I need please so that the attendees only see the speakers and don't see the number of participants?

I am hosting my first onzoom webinar event in 2 weeks. During the test event, there was no option to record. Will I be able to record the live webinar event? When I navigate to the settings/record I see this message: To record an event, enable "Include access to event's cloud recording with OnZoom ticket registration" when you create an event. But there is no option to enable recordings during event setup. Help?

My problem hasn't been spoken about so am assuming somehow my settings have been changed.I am no longer able to reach any of my Silver  Sneakers classes on my android phone. This began happening this week. I have reinstalled both Zoom and Silver Sneakers. Instead of the assigned class, I  receive ads which I am told to install: incognito browser and some rock app. Please advise as to what is happening.  

Hello,We are planning to move our live online courses over to zoom. I have two questions.1. We have a webinar that repeats on the third Tuesday of every month. Is it possible to schedule this as a reoccuring webinar? It cannot be every three weeks as sometimes there are 4 weeks in a month and other times 5 weeks.  2. Is there a way to bundle a group of classes together that doesn't follow the allowed options of daily, weekly, mothly etc? We have a course that is five sessions long over two and a half weeks. Example: Monday/Thurday/Monday/Thursday/Monday. Sending 5 individual links is time consuming and confusing.  Is there a way to send one link that would cover all of these sessions? If so could you please send instructions? Thank you!

Hi, I am having trouble using Zoom to livestream into my Facebook group.  I receive this message: "Unable to access your Facebook account. Try logging into Facebook again. (4,922)"  I used to be able to do this, but I'm wondering if there was an update and now it's not working.  I do have a different sign-in email from my Zoom account from my Facebook account.  Any insight into how to set this up would be appreciated! 

I am trying to review content from a member I had received an invite link from, but when attempting to attend I was unaware the event had ended. I would really like to view the content that was being offered. Please and thank you in advance.

Hello. I would like to host paid webinars where I am able to provide free access to some people. Ideally, I would just provide those people with a discount code that gives them a free ticket. Is that possible through Zoom? If not, is there another way to provide free access to some (people with a paid membership) and charge others (people who are not members)?

Hi! I created a Zoom event with the 5k capacity, but it is not allowing more than 1k to enter the room. Please help! I have 4k people who are very mad!!

We have a Zoom Pro account  and I want to host a zoom meeting for about 75 participants and intend to make some confidential announcements so need to protect the privacy of some. Is there a way to make sure the chats are only seen by the host and that the participants cannot see each other? Do I need to host a webinar instead of a meeting to do this?

Hi! I lead a class in English with a translator, who translates into Ukrainian Live after me (not simultaneously). Up to that moment, both of our voices are well heard by participants. At one point, we need to play a soundtrack. To do it, I share the sound on Zoom: Share screen - Advanced - Computer Audio (Mono or Stereo). At this point, the issue with the sound appears. I need to talk while the music is playing to give instructions and the translator needs to translate what I say when I finish talking. If I am sharing the sound and talking, there are no issues with the music or my voice, but when the translator starts to talk, the music is cut and deformed. The same happens if we reverse the person who shares the music: If my translator is sharing the sound and talking, there are no issues with the music or her voice, but when I start to talk, the music is cut and deformed. I can't lead the session if I try to mute myself when my translator is talking and vice versa, it disturbs

We have a large webinar that requires audio notification of polling questions.  Is this possible? 

Our team is new to Zoom Sessions and we are trying to figure out if we can remove two-factor authentication for attendees who register with their email (not their Zoom account). Zoom Support will not give me a yes/no answer, instead keeps saying that it's possible, but then gives me incorrect instructions that do not apply for Zoom Events/Zoom Sessions.Does anyone know if this is even an option? I currently have 1 Webinar License in my Zoom Pro account.  When I go to add increase the Webinar license to "2" it will not let me increase it.  The Plus sign does not activate the number to go up.  I cannot purchase another license. Anyone know of a fix for this?  See screenshot of the page I am having issues with.
