We're disabling the Q&A functionality and instead would like to use the Chat feature for questions however we only want the questions to come to the "Host and Panelists" instead of "Everyone". Is there a way to lock it to only "Host and Panelists"? Right now attendees are able to toggle between the two but we want to disable that. Thanks!

Hello We have to organise a webinar in which a speaker (external business consultancy) shows a report to attendees. The speaker should be able to be on video and should be able to share material, while the attendees:1) shouldn't be able interact with the speakerand2) shouldn't be able to see who else is connected There will be less than 500 attendees so we can't buy the Zoom Webinars subscription.As an alternative, we are considering to buy the Zoom Session subscription. We have two questions: 1) Does the Zoom Session subscription guarantee the 2 criteria above?and2) Is it possible to buy the Zoom Session subscription just for one month? Thank you for your help!

Is it possible to get the attendees name and the organisations name while they join the meeting. For example, can the attendees name display as Abhishek-Chorus Call in the webinar if the registration fields mention the option.

in a Crestron Zoom Room setup, mic audio goes through without issue but music cuts out consistently.  i've made sure Echo Cancelation is ON and any form of Noise Suppresion i can adjust is turned OFF as this was the only thing i saw online that could help.  everything else is setttings in the laptop or phone app and aren't available via Zoom Room panels.  I've confirmed that the feed is solid as it's also going out live over Viemo with no issues, can work 100% on my laptop and i've even switched out the USB interface and tested again in the Zoom Room and my laptop.  only in the Zoom Room is there an issue. Crestron has gone through their support and stated that their isn't an internal setting to adjust, so i'm left with whatever Zoom settings.  i couldn't find anything directing me to the Admin Portal to make any of the suggested changes and it appeared that any of the changes for live music might need to be done per meeting and can't be a

Video issue. When I create webinars, the participants cannot press the video icon to be visible, despite the correct settings. Only those who have set an image are then visible with their image. What am I doing wrong?

I have Zoom One plan and Events. I have been looking for the 'practice' and backstage options in the Event. I cant see options. However I made a test 'webinar' and both functions are available.My assumption is I need to convert my Event (meeting)  to a WebinarIs this correct - 'practice' and 'backstage' functions are only available in Webinar mode? I need all attendees to be able to input to the discussion - this is why I selected 'Event (meeting) but perhaps I am mis understanding and the webinar has this function BUT the ability for attendees to input is under the control of the Host? Any feedback would be great Thanks 

We recorded a Zoom Event with Production Studio scenes. The video includes random flashes throughout. When we freeze-framed them, it's a full-frame picture of a white "mute audio" symbol with black background, This reduces the quality of the video post-session attendees. Anyone know what is causing this and how we can avoid it? is this a bug with how Zoom captures video?

Hi all, I have an active one month Webinar subscription wich ends on the 10th of march, however i have a webinar scheduled for the 20th March, how can i renew my subscription for one more month? Is it possible? I have allready used the Webinar link on my communication so i would like to keep it as it is. Thank you 

I am trying to figure out how many hours of video recording 5 GB of Zoom cloud storage would be? I have a webinar this fall and will have 4, 2 hour recordings, would 5 GB be enough?

I have a recording of a webinar that was recorded to the cloud. I'd now like to share that recording link with everyone that registered. Is there an easy way to that within Zoom? I don't see a way to customize the follow up email aside from editing the subject line. I'd like to avoid sending out a mass email from Outlook for fear of being flagged as spam. I do remote lecturing about music via Zoom, and have the following setup at home:webcam for video,laptop to connect with meeting link and as a monitor,ipad to play music samples,Electric piano to play live,headset (Audio-technica BPHS1) with earphones and attached mic,All of the above goes through a mixer (Yamaha: MG10XU)I've used this setup a hundred times very successfully. Yesterday, the mic setup failed me and I don't know why. Symptoms: Either I could hear the host and she/audience couldn't hear me, or she/audience could hear me but I couldn't hear her. I played with the mic settings, and nothing solved the problem. Ultimately, we did the webinar with her (and the audience) hearing me, but I couldn't hear her - which was ok since I was the only one talking. I am having an issue, where I am hosting a town hall for my company next week, and we plan to utilize a few zoom rooms in our building as an overflow.  The issue is when in a webinar, the rooms in question are attendees, I myself am the host of the meeting on a laptop. When I select "follow host's view", when joining from a laptop as an attendee it works without issue. However, the Zoom Rooms in attendance are still seeing myself in this instance who is off camera and supposed to be hidden.  Am I missing a setting in the backend or something I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

In the past, I have been able to transfer hosting duties for a Zoom meeting to another participant, and then open one other Zoom meeting at the same time as host. I don't seem to be able to do this with Zoom webinar. Is there a work around? If an alternative host opens the meeting, could that address the issue? 

So all of a sudden Facebook can't scrape og:image & og:description tags. The Sharing Debugger reports: This response code could be due to a robots.txt block. Please allowlist facebookexternalhit on your sites robots.txt config to utilize Facebook scraping Tried creating a new webinar, and then a new event in two different accounts to no avail. Any else experiencing this? Adding the header image manually in FB is easy enough, but now it isn't clickable which is a downgrade in usability. 

We are trying to add a Confidentiality Agreement to our registration process for an upcoming Webinar Meeting. We want attendees to accept the agreement as part of the registration process.  We had intended to do this via the Registration (edit) -> Custom Questions option but there is a limited character option and our agreement is 153 characters long.  Does anyone have any ideas how I can add this as part of the registration process for a webinar?

I have ZOOM ONE. The product details said OnZoom is based on our meetings & webinars license. I am currently able to host meetings longer than 40 minutes. How come I cannot schedule my OnZoom event longer than 30 minutes?

Hi, I do host webinars using Zoom and would like to know how can I extract data from registrations to the webinars? In registration form there are fields like Company, Country, Position which are not present in CSV reports. How can I access these fields and extract data from them?

When I host a Zoom webinar that includes written interpreting speech to text (same language) for deaf people done by an external professional provider (so no automatic generated text to speech!!), is it possible to display the text in the Zoom recording? So that deaf people can follow the text when they do not have the time to attend the Webinar but watch it later? (I know that there is the possibility to show automatic generated transcripts but they do not have the same qualtiy as the transcript done by an professional)

I see it is possible to schedule recurring meetings.  Is it possible to schedule a series of meetings on different dates under the same meeting id. ?  We are scheduling a series of monthly vendor presentations.  The vendor will change each month.  The meetings will be on a different day/date each month.  What is the best way to set this up.  We want to send all meetings out in an initial emails and then promote each one individually closer to the presentation date.  I am new to the community, thank you!
