I know I can hide participants in webinar mode for privacy but can I still allow for chat? I am conducting a virtual focus group and participants have the option to enter a real or fake name, use their camera or not. Will the settings work?

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing issues joining Zoom Meetings using a Logitech Rally Bar that’s set up as a Microsoft Teams Room device with Zoom support enabled.While I can successfully join meetings scheduled with a Zoom Workplace Business, Webinar, or Large Meeting license, I consistently face issues when attempting to join meetings scheduled with a Zoom Events 1000 license.Here’s what happens:Both the Workplace Business and Zoom Events meetings appear on the Logitech TAP panel at the scheduled time.For the Workplace Business meeting, I get a Join button and can connect without issues.For the Zoom Events meeting, there’s no Join button available, making it impossible to join.I also tried joining via Meeting ID,

The panelists in my webinar would like to see the results of the poll before they are shared with the webinar. Is it possible to give them access? Or do we need to make them co-hosts to see this?  Thanks,Mary

We need to add two BSL interpreters to our webinar but we didn't tick the box for interpretation when setting it up. Is there any way to change this setting so that we don't record the interpreters as standard in our recording (we currently have to spotlight them for someone to see them)?

Can somebody tell me is it possible to Integrate zoom webinars registration form on the website? So that people can register on the web page and the registration information will be sent to zoom.

When I am recording my webinars you can see gray boxes in the recording and on the screen that viewers are watching. How can make my recordings cleaner. I use two computers.  One to administrate and the other one for recording? Suggestions please! Thank YOU!

My colleague and I are in charge of running webinars for our organisation. Our organisation has a Pro account, and we are both Workplace Pro users on this account. If I set up a webinar via my account, is there a way for my colleague to be able to collaborate on the setting up of this webinar via her account? For example, update the description, manage registrations, access the reports and the recording? We understand the Co-Host aspect which is useful for the actual running of the webinar, but would like to collaborate more on the pre and post event aspects of this.

I am experiencing an issue with sharing both computer audio and screen simultaneously during a webinar session on Zoom.Here are the details of the problem:I am using a Zoom Webinar plan and hosting webinar sessions.When I attempt to share my screen during the webinar, the "Share Sound" checkbox is visible but grayed out, making it impossible to enable sound sharing.If I go to the "Advanced" tab in the screen sharing menu and choose "Computer Audio Only," the computer sound is shared successfully, but the screen is not shared.This issue occurs on multiple PCs, not just mine, so it seems to be a broader issue rather than a device-specific one.I have already checked the following:My Zoom client is up to date.The settings in my Zoom account on the web portal do not seem to provide any option to enable or disable computer audio sharing.My computer's audio and microphone settings are configured correctly.

When I was the host for an MNC series of webinars on HVAC topics,  I was told that it is not advisable to have a breakout room as the audience may be too large to handle? But when I tried it out during one of the webinars,  I noticed it is possible to do so but you need to prepare your breakout room in advance. You need to do some management of likeminded participant to ensure the audience do not get passive in their interactions. Do share what are your strategies for keeping your breakout room engaged and participative especially for the shy Asian audiences.

Yesterday we hosted webinar. There were problems with receiving link to join, especially for people who we manually approved the day (they didn't receive it). What could be wrong? Notifications were set for one day and one hour before the webinar. Later that day, two hours after we finished our webinar, Zoom send another invitation for that webinar to everyone - why would it send it again after its done?   Thank you.

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my recurring webinar series on Zoom. The webinar dates were automatically changed without any action on our part, and Zoom sent an email to participants informing them of a schedule change, which is incorrect and causing major confusion.Here are the details of the issue:Issue: Zoom modified the dates without any manual changes from our team and sent a misleading email to participants.Impact: We are losing participants due to this confusion.Could you please investigate why Zoom changed the dates automatically and provide guidance on how to prevent this from happening again?We would appreciate a prompt resolution, as this is affecting the success of our webinar series.Thank you in advance for your help.

I am planning to run a zoom interactive workshop in mid april through ticket taylor . I will thinking that I will upgrade my package from zoom business pro to include an add on for a monthly webinar at the start of april . I am trying to avoid the cost of setting this up now but need the webinar link to put on advertising and the ticket Taylor platform .Having never done a workshop/  webinar before , do you set this up as just a meeting  ? If so I can do this as I have access to via my business pro subscription or do i need to stop being tight with my money and buy it now to get the code. Hope that makes sense. Michelle 

I'm organizing a Zoom Webinar event and want to schedule a walkthrough session with my panelists beforehand. This walkthrough will cover:Familiarizing them with Zoom webinar controls (audio, video, screen sharing).Practicing entering and exiting the webinar.Testing breakout room functionality.Understanding the transition between the live webinar and the "backstage" area.I have a few questions regarding this walkthrough and the webinar setup:Panelist Registration: Do my panelists need to formally register as attendees for the webinar in order to participate in the walkthrough or the live event?Early Access & Reusability: Can we access the full webinar interface a month prior to the event for our walkthrough, start and stop the webinar during the practice session, and then re-access the same webinar with all settings intact on the scheduled event date?  Hello,  does anybody else have issues accessing Breakout rooms if the host isn't present at re-ocurring zoom events? How can I create a re-occurring (fixed timings) event, which will be available to participants at all times, (23hours and 59minutes), that also includes Breakout rooms, that are automatically created, and existing, and participants can use them, without the host to be there, or without the host having to pre-assign or assign participants to breakout rooms - how to have this feature set up in advance automatically?thank you!

We are running a hybrid meeting and using Zoom webinar for the online audience. All speakers will be presenting in English and we know we as hosts have to select the language that closed captions appear in. Which for the majority will be fine. We will have numerous delegates joining whose first language is NOT English. Ideally individuals watching need to be able to select the closed captions in their preferred language (just for them to see) is this possible? If yes, what settings do I need to activate? IF not is there a 3rd party system we can purchase to add to zoom for this. Help please!

Hello,In a few days I have a quite big event and I’d like to do it on Zoom Webinar.The event will have multiple speakers that speaks few different languages. Whole event will be translated on 11 different languages. Translation flow is a little bit complicated but I need help only with one thing.If speaker speaks polish on stage there is a translator that will do polish -> chineese translation.If speaker speaks chineese the same person will translate it from chineese to polish.How to set this up on 1 translator account/laptop?Can I give double role for this person?

Whenever I share a hyperlink to may participants, they are not able to click on it. This is a major issue as it hampers my webinars. My browser is updated and I use Chrome. None of the link that I share with my participants are clickable.

I'm trying to host an In-person event, and ZoomEvent always makes a Zoom link. This is an issue because it makes our registrants think the event is hybrid rather than in-person. How do I remove the Zoom link from the ZoomEvent?

The Zoom/HubSpot integration seems to be limited for our organization. We are needing to collect and map both standard fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Organization, etc.) along with custom fields for our Zoom Webinars and allow for this information to pass into HubSpot with proper mapping. When running tests, the form will result in errors for an empty required property even when we are not requiring the fields. Anyone else encounter this and/or have suggestions and solutions? 

I have managed to get it to work but only for my account and what i type in the chat but it doesn't seem to work for anyone else that joins the chat in the webinar that i host. Any help would be appreciated.

While doing a webinar, I tried to chat with someone and its stops my video from playing. How do I change that to let me chat and play the video at the same time?Thanks

Wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. I have two ticket types for my event. One paid - the general offer, and one free - determined by email domain. By default both are showing under general offer. When i untick one and save then update, the change reverts back. None of the changes I make are saving after clicking update.Any ideas?
