Transcripts in Webinar

Hey all! 

 

I was trying to use the transcript feature in a webinar but it was not working, is it possible to use?

 

The main account that the webinar was created in was NOT on the call but I was a co host and could not do it.

    @kibrahim The automated captions features should be available the same way as it is for Meeting. However, you need to make sure, that the automated captions is enabled for the account and/or webinar.
