Dear Zoom Experts:I am scheduling a 4-hour webinar with 6 speakers. Is it possible and how would I be able to end up with 6 recordings from the single webinar? Can I make multiple recordings in one long webinar?thank you in advance.
Hello all! I have a question. I'm producing a large webinar with 300 attendees in the next couple weeks. The Webinar will have 4 "panelists" which will be the ones having a discussion with each other. The remaining 300 attendees are there simply to watch/listen. How do I create a "GreenRoom" type of place where the panelists can join and I can get them setup technically, make sure their sound and lighting is good, and THEN move them into the main webinar where they can begin the event? RIght now it seems a little sloppy to just have them join and everyone in the webinar is allowed to see all the setup! Any ideas how to make this work? thanks!Brad
Hi - we just finished a webinar with a big amount of participants who provided their names, and would like to view the complete list of attendants now in order to be able to contact them now (after the webinar). Where can we possibly see the list of names?Thank you in advance
I don't see live streaming option under advance settings. Help

Hi there, We're planning to host a webinar to launch a new product. As part of this launch webinar, we want to send a sample to the registrants before the event. To do this, we need registrants delivery address. Can you set the webinar registration form to have address field? Thanks Ed
I am planning a webinar. I set up the event so that registration was required. I invited my panelists. Then I realized that I didn't want to require registration, so I edited the event so that registration was no longer required. I know this changes the link for participants to go into the event. However, do I need to send new invitations to my panelists? Or will their original links still work?
Hi, can we hold simultaneous webinars in the same account, if they are hosted by different users? Thanks!
I tested several times the recording of a webinar during which I interact with attendees through 1 or 2 surveys. They are a real added value to my presentation.Unfortunately, that part of the webinar is not recorded and I look kind of stupid talking about a survey that does not appear on the recording. Thus I cannot diffuse the replay...Does any of you have a solution ?Thanks in advance,Xavier
I have to organise a webinar on Thursday 7 April, for the webinar zoom option (at 37€), it says that the number of participants must be between 500 and 50 000. Can I organise a webinar for 90 people with this extension?please help me 🙂
I made a unique password for a webinar and when people registered that was the password that was saved to their calendar. When I sent the reminder email 1 day in advance and then 1 hour in advance. A different password was automatically generated and sent. People were confused as to which password to use and people were having trouble getting into the webinar. Do you know why this happened? Should we not customize webinar passwords?
Hello -- Looking for advice on registration gatekeeping in Zoom Webinar (or meetings, if it's easier in there). I need to prevent registrants from sharing their Zoom link, but don't see a setting that will let me do so. Also looking at an Eventbrite integration, but when registering there we sometimes (but not all the time) get a separate Zoom confirmation email with a shareable link. Appreciative of any advice.
I have a question regarding how to ensure the Host of the webinar is not able to link the identity of attendees, but at the same time restrict access to the webinar only to people who have previously signed up for the webinar (through a separate non-Zoom survey). In principle, I can send a webinar link to those who have signed up without the requirement to register or authenticate, in which case they click on the link, enter the webinar and their identity is kept anonymous throughout. However, those who have been provided with the link can share it with other external people who did not sign up initially and I want to prevent this from happening. I know that if I do require registration, individuals receive unique links that can be used once only that they cannot distribute, but in case of registration, their identity then gets revealed.... Any suggestions? Basically, on how participants can generate one-time passwords without the need to register. Thanks!
Hi, We have a Meeting pro account. I set a meeting and shared the link to participants, however we may need to change the meeting to Webinar (as we have panelists). In that case we'll have to change the account, but the Q is- will I have to create a new link to the meeting/ webinar, or can I use the one I already shared? Thanks.
We created a webinar, but it disappeared from the administration page. There is currently no information about him and the registered participants. Zoom is currently asking us to repay the debt, although we have already made the payment. I did not find any information here, the support has been working for a long time, and the event should take place one of these days. Maybe here I will find advice on where to go for a quick solution to this problem. Help, please.
good morning. our association has a zoom subscription.Nw they need to organize two webinairs in May and June. Is there the possibility of purchasing a specific license without having an annual subscription? Thanks for your help.Club '74
Hi, What happens with your Scheduled Webinars if your webinar license expire before the event? Does it convert to Zoom meetings and also registration links? Thanks Simon
Hi, I recorded a Zoom webinar last week and just went to check the recording but it only recorded on speaker mode. I read online that the default was gallery mode so I didn't confirm the settings (SO STUPID ON MY PART), but now the recording is missing all the AUSLAN speakers and their lovely work translating the webinar so that the deaf and hard of hearing could participate. Is there any way Zoom has a copy of it in the cloud somewhere........... Hopeful, A new Zoom user
Hmmmmm... Can't quite figure out this one. I'm licensed and paid for the ability to host webinars, probably just like a billion other people before me have done. So I'm thinking it's all done and settled and this is just flowing like clockwork. Then I go to my website and program in a test webinar. It's seemingly all set up correctly with godaddy. I input my Zoom account info such that webinars that get signed up for on my website are sent to Zoom automatically. So I basically register myself for one of my own test webinars. I then switch tabs to my Zoom account and see that, instead of a webinar being created, Zoom has instead created me a meeting. So, basically, what starts out as an attempt to generate a webinar from my website ends up portaling to my Zoom dashboard as a Zoom meeting. Zoom chat help was no help at all. Zoom chat help says they will create a ticket, and that the engineering team hasn't created a patch or a work-around for this issue yet (which I
When I share my screen, the other users attending the meeting/webinar see some black frames on their screen, corresponding to my zoom windows (e.g. participants list or breakout rooms), see attachment.Does anyone know how to remove them? Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot in advance!
Hi. I have set up a webinar in zoom. I am the host and have a co-host in the same organisation. I also need to set up a meeting in zoom that will overlap in timing with the webinar. Can I have a meeting and a webinar running at the same time on one account?
Hi everyone! Hope someone can help me. I understand it is not possible to set up the livestream to different youtube links according to different language channels within the same webinar, since the audio that is captured and livestreamed is the original one. Now, is there currently any alternative to this, so that webinars with simultaneous interpreting can be streamed live?If there isn't should I invite the portion of the public that I know will need the translation to be in the webinar and use the tool, while still livestreaming to youtube for a wider audience? Thanks!
Anyone else disappointed you have to purchase or upgrade to the Events license to be able to use the new backstage feature? I was really looking forward to using this feature in our webinars until I found out its not available for regular webinar license.
When sending panelist invitations for a Zoom webinar, how can you tell if a panelist accepts the invitation? I don't see a tracking feature.
