webinar passwords

I made a unique password for a webinar and when people registered that was the password that was saved to their calendar. When I sent the reminder email 1 day in advance and then 1 hour in advance.   A different password was automatically generated and sent. People were confused as to which password to use and people were having trouble getting into the webinar. Do you know why this happened? Should we not customize webinar passwords?

    You should most definitely be able to customize your Webinar passwords. We are sorry this issue happened for you! In this instance as it will require additional research please  log a problem with Zoom Support at
    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new so  the support team can help you with this issue and determine what occurred.
