I'm doing a paid webinar but need to be able to register some attendees myself so they don't have to pay.  Is there a way to do this besides adding them as a host or panelist?

Zoom Pro says that it supports 'Social media streaming'. I want to do this, but cannot find any guidance or training on how to stream either notices of events or recordings of events.

Is there a way to upload a recording to Zoom and have it launch as a webinar on a specific date and time?

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to make webinar templates available to all team members on an account? If it's not possible, this would be a really nice feature.  For starters, it would allow multiple team members to set  up a webinar with the same firm-standardized template. Anyone agree?

Hello. How can we set a recurring webinar with two different start times please? The first webinar starts a 7.30pm. The other two webinars on the following two days start at 9am. Grateful for any adviceJohn

I donr know how to help my client, who during accessing our free webinar, by clicking a link sent by us- was asked to use the phone number to have an access to sound- which ended 100 Euro bill for calling those numbers? Why did zoom ask for calling to use the sound>? What can I do to help my client?

Please confirm the below points, 1. All the webinars have the same Attendee Status (eg., Attended, Cancelled) or it will be a different Attendee Status for each and every Webinars? 2. If the same attendee status is for all webinars, then please provide those attendee statuses? Thanks

I am planning to create a webinar that requires pre-registration, in order for most of participants to be able to get email and unique link to join my webinar. However, some members might have difficulty in accessing email, so they might instead be asking for a link to directly join a webinar (some kind of generic link). Is there a way to also invite new participants during the webinar with generic link, or any link that acts like an invitation link of a webinar that does not require pre-registration? Thankyou

I have three webinars that have already been scheduled and today the panelists told me they would like Q&A and chat disabled. I know how to disable chat, but how can I disable Q&A if it is already scheduled? I found how to turn it off in settings, but that seems to only apply to future programs, not ones that have already been scheduled. thanks! 

Some registered attendees have not received their joining details. I don't have access to the details to resend but I can reregister them. Is this OK? To register someone again so there will be two registrations for the same person for the webinar. Thanks 

I included a custom question in the registration email, but I don't know how to see the results before the webinar starts. It was a question of whether attendees want to comment during the public comment period. We want to know this information BEFORE the webinar starts to schedule the appropriate amount of time on the agenda. How do I find the results of that poll? Since I included it in the registration email, it seems like I should be able to see the results now.

I want to create a recurring webinar but with three separate days/times in a week. Is it possible to do this under one registration page/link so that potential registrants can select from one list of all of the days/times available (rather than having to visit three separate pages/links)?

We can copy text in zoom meeting chat, but we cannot do the same in WebinarIs this a bug or a product characteristic?There are any setting I have to set so the attendees could copy the chat?

Hi, we have a Zoom Webinar license with 500 participant limit. We recently did a Webinar and when we reach a total of 25 participant (including panelist), no more attendee were able to join.  Did we accidently put a 25 participant limit in our Webinar ?  Is there a maximimum limit of 25 participant elswhere in our account ?  When a participant left,  another participant were able to get in. Thanks.

I recorded a webinar to the Cloud today at 3 p.m. edt. Know it was recorded because I got the message at the end about it was converting the recording. Did not turn off my laptop.  Went back tonight and there is no evidence of the recording...no email to me about the chat or recording...no listing of it on my Zoom Recording page...etc. Able to retrieve it from the Cloud now???

When a host or panelist is running late or having a lot of difficulties getting set up, it would be great to be able to broadcast a message to attendees who are waiting to be let into the webinar. I understand you can do this with meeting "waiting rooms," but not when you are in a webinar "practice session." Are there any plans to add this invaluable feature to the host controls during a webinar? It is not something you can plan for (despite leaving 30 minutes to get set up, I would have used this feature two times in the last month), but it is so important to let attendees know what to expect when things are going awry.

I recently scheduled a webinar but on the registration page an advert for Zoomcorder (not a Zoom product, as far as I can see) has appeared - see attached screenshot. I haven't seen this kind of thing on other registration pages that I have used. Can I delete this or is this just Google/Google-style advertising built into the registration page? It seems strange that Zoom is enabling advertising for a non-Zoom product! Many thanks!

Is there a way to freeze the video position of the panelist during a panel discussion so the videos don't keep moving around as the different panelist speak?

Once a month we host a webinar for 300+ employees all around the world.We always show videos, but as they're being "streamed" from locations with less than perfect network performance, they are jumpy, audio is not synchronized, etc. So the impact of the videos is tremendously negative. Does Zoom Webinar offer a solution?In other webinar tools I've used, they had the ability to load the video to the scheduled webinar and thus run it from the webinar platform. Looking forward to your respons(es). Cheers, James

I'm hosting a webinar and one of the registrants can't access the email he registered with. How can I change his email so that he gets the automatic reminder emails? 

We have a few webinars that were schedule, invitations sent and registrations confirmed.  Suddenly they disappeared from ZOOM and no longer show up as upcoming, scheduled events.  No clue what happened - we only use ZOOM for these special events. Any idea how to re-claim "lost" webinar events?
