Webinars

When a host or panelist is running late or having a lot of difficulties getting set up, it would be great to be able to broadcast a message to attendees who are waiting to be let into the webinar. I understand you can do this with meeting "waiting rooms," but not when you are in a webinar "practice session." Are there any plans to add this invaluable feature to the host controls during a webinar? It is not something you can plan for (despite leaving 30 minutes to get set up, I would have used this feature two times in the last month), but it is so important to let attendees know what to expect when things are going awry. 

Hi! currently I'm using a Zoom Webinar account with a limit of 500 participants and I want to increase to 1000. Will my previously programmed webinars will be cancelled? Thanks!

I recently scheduled a webinar but on the registration page an advert for Zoomcorder (not a Zoom product, as far as I can see) has appeared - see attached screenshot. I haven't seen this kind of thing on other registration pages that I have used. Can I delete this or is this just Google/Google-style advertising built into the registration page? It seems strange that Zoom is enabling advertising for a non-Zoom product! Many thanks!

Is there a way to freeze the video position of the panelist during a panel discussion so the videos don't keep moving around as the different panelist speak?

Once a month we host a webinar for 300+ employees all around the world.We always show videos, but as they're being "streamed" from locations with less than perfect network performance, they are jumpy, audio is not synchronized, etc. So the impact of the videos is tremendously negative. Does Zoom Webinar offer a solution?In other webinar tools I've used, they had the ability to load the video to the scheduled webinar and thus run it from the webinar platform. Looking forward to your respons(es). Cheers, James

I'm trying to embed a webinar into my wordpress site. I found directions to create and download the SDK Web Chat app but don't know what to do from that point.

I'm hosting a webinar and one of the registrants can't access the email he registered with. How can I change his email so that he gets the automatic reminder emails? 

We have a few webinars that were schedule, invitations sent and registrations confirmed.  Suddenly they disappeared from ZOOM and no longer show up as upcoming, scheduled events.  No clue what happened - we only use ZOOM for these special events. Any idea how to re-claim "lost" webinar events?

How can attendees of a webinar see the profile of guests? Thanks!

Hello,Good Morning!!I am using the "eRoom - Zoom Meetings & Webinar" this plugin and I have integrated this plugin with my zoom account. Hi there,I plan on hosting webinars to approximately 300 people. What do I want to look for in regards to internet speeds and so forth from my internet provider for best quality video? What can I expect to pay monthly?Totally new at this and don't want to mess up, because these webinars will be prepaid. Thank you

Hello: We have set up a webinar for people to sign up for. We have been notified from people who signed up, that the webinar has been cancelled  or their registration has been cancelled?  We have not done anything to the webinar and it is still active. Has anyone encountered this before? We have had 4-5 people contact that this has happened to them.      

If I have an already existing webinar event, can I apply the settings and poll questions from a Webinar Template? OR can Webinar Templates only be applied during Webinar creation? Use Case:We have a 3rd party integration that sets up our webinars for us. This integration does not support webinar templates. We would like the ability to go in and have webinar owners apply their own templates after the webinar is set up, to save them time applying custom settings and polls. 

Hello, We are trying to integrate Hubspot's workflow with Zoom, but encounter an error when we attempt to use the feature "Add Contacts to the zoom webinar"  It doesn't say what kind of error or how to solve the problem, so we are kind of clueless. We would appreciate any kind of help. Thanks.

Is there any way to prevent Panelists from seeing the Attendee List in a Webinar? We have a External Vendor that we'd like to make a presentation to our clients, who should remain anonymous to the panelist.

Hi and thanks for taking my question. I use a Webinar template for scheduling.   In it, I have the HD video set to high quality and Zoom set it for me and that is what is shown on the template settings.  But, when I look at the webinar settings for a scheduled webinar the HD video is hit highlighted.  Why is this?Template settings: Webinar settings that used the template: Thanks for your help. Peter 

HiMy case is as follows:I have 3 webinars scheduled.I created a webinar in Zoom for the first scheduled date.The person who registered for the first one wanted his registration to be active for all 3 webinars.After the end of the first webinar I edited the date of the next one so he could attend the second webinar without new registration.Everything worked well but there was a problem because the person did not receive any reminder email before the second webinar. There was marked to send email 1day and 1 hour before new date, but system didn't send it.Is this a bug in the Zoom system? Or should I solve such case  in a different way?Unfortunately I have not found a way to manually send a reminder from Zoom. 

In Webinar settings, I have Host video off and Panelist video on as our speakers will be Panelists. However, panelists can view the raised hands. If I promote one of the Panelist to Co-Host will their video still be set to off like the Host?

Hello! Is it possible to change the confirmation/reminder emails that are sent after a user registers to a Zoom Event?  For example, I'd like to change the subject line from 'Order Confirmation' to 'Event Confirmation' and either move the text saying 'This event is open to users located in this list of countries or regions. Users located outside of these countries or regions will not be able to join this event. Zoom Events Privacy Statement · Zoom Events Terms of Use' or delete it. To confirm I'm using Zoom Events not Zoom Webinar.Thank you in advance!

Recently conducted a webinar. A participant joined and then logged off. He was still shown as part of the attendees and was answering questions!! He says he had logged off all devices. How was he still seen as logged in and answering questions!! His named appeared many times as an attendee.

Emails that should remind users on upcoming webinars look very uncommon for German users. There is always the time zone mentioned, which I assume confusing. Date format is Amercian, although I set everything correctly within the admin account. I am admin and we use a vanity URL. Current: Datum Zeit: 4.Apr..2022 10:00 AM Amsterdam, Berlin, Rom, Stockholm, Wien Should be: Datum und Uhrzeit: 4. April 2022, 10.00 Uhr How can I update this? Is it possiblle to hide the webinar information showed when you click on the left top corner during a webinar?I would like this information to be hidden so that no attendee can share it.I know the several security options of a webinar / meeting but, in this case, I need to disable the green shield information.Is it possible?Thanks

Before a webinar our registrations are syncing from marketo to Zoom through our connection. However, after the webinar some people that 'attended' are actually syncing as 'no shows'. Has anyone had this problem before and know how to troubleshoot it?
