Hello,  I'm attempting to provision an Audiocodes 445hd desk phone. Automatic provisioning didn't occur after resetting the phone so I went through the manual steps to provision. On the final step of the manual provisioning guide it says:  Configure provisioning server:1. In the web interface, go to Management > Automatic Update > Automatic Provisioning.2. In the Provisioning Method drop-down menu, select Static URL.3. In the Configuration URL field, enter Provisioning URL in above of this dialogue.

I received a payment credit cards updating request yesterday on my mail. I wanted to be sure it was from Zoom since I surrendered all my credit cards numbers and codes. thanks.

Hi everyone, What happens when I select "remove" on a phone number listed in the "unassigned" bucket of my account? Does the number go away forever and there's no way to reclaim it or does it go into some other bucket that I still have access to? In the scary scenario (that's #1) will this removal reduce my total phone number of occupied licenses thereby freeing up 1 phone number license on my account?   

Has anyone been able to find a way to silence the phone beeps when you are dialing a phone number or extension through the Zoom app? When I type in a name to do the transfer it's blissfully quiet, but sometimes it is faster to dial the extension, but the beeping in my ear is really annoying. BTW, I transfer calls all day!

Just getting our company up and running with Zoom Phones. My question is about ensuring Caller ID is set up properly. I have a local number assigned to me. When I look in my settings, it says that caller ID is set to my company name, but when I test it, the phone number appears without my company name. What am I missing?

We answer incoming calls for two separate companies.  When calling in, you know how to great the client based on the incoming caller ID (the name of our company pops up along with the client information).  We have a call queue group set up for when our receptionist is out to lunch or on vacation.  However, our company name doesn't pop up on the phone display when it rings through.  The name of the call queue group pops up instead.  How do we change it so we know how to greet the incoming caller? 

Hello there. I am a relatively new admin for a Zoom phone system with Poly phones.So far, my experience with configuring and administering our phone system can be summarized with this general statement:I find the system has been engineered to meet a lot of varying needs; however the quest of accommodating many needs actually makes things complex when sometimes you want simplicity. Please note, I'm talking generalities here and I'm purposefully not mentioning a specific area or question.  I find a lot of times when I configure something one way I either have to sacrifice something to achieve it, or I create new issues in the process of arriving at a solution for the original problem. That being said, how do I go about either requesting new features so I can make things better for myself and others?

We are a non-profit and a victim service provider. Do we need to create a brand and campaign to use SMS?Thanks!

We confirmed that both Safari and Chrome have mic access but there is no sound when she tries to record.  The mic works on all meetings.  What are we missing?

Can someone help me get my W60B setup?

I am having issues finding a report setting that will allow me to see the total SMS being sent each week. I can get the leaderboard, but that does not include all of my users. Has anyone found a useful report that tracks SMS be user or call queue? 

I have the W60b setup with three handsets all using the same number.  I would like to set it up with each handset having their own number (separate lines) so each handset user can make calls. Thanks

Having trouble provisioning JUST SOME Poly VVX 250 phones on 2 sites | Duplicate IPv4 address detected from  MAC: fc:44:82:c*:**:24  ( the asterisks are replacements for anonymity) Its weird - its 2 sites with a very similar mac address that shows as a duplicate I have already run Microsoft Software to look for a ROGUE DHCP server and it only shows one running. I have researched what kind of device starts with MAC: fc:44 - it reveals nothing that give me any clue as to what the device is on my network - only that its intel.  I need help as to how to locate the device that is giving me the duplicate IPv4 error.If someone can tell me what kind of device mac id: FC :44 or FC:44:82 is I would be appreciative Another weird thing is some phones did register. This problem is driving me bonkers. I don't know anything ab

hi,I must change the default audio prompts when the recording starts or stops on demand (I need to upload new in a different language).Is this possible? I went to the path: Company Info/ Account Settings/ Default Audio Prompt But there is omitted these specific prompts  "This call is being recorded""the recording has stopped" Thank you Alex 

Hello All,I have just signed up to the ZOOM phone system to be run out of Aus.Tried the chat option and caled ZOOM however 90 minutes later I am no closer to choosing a phone number and can not seem to get anywhere with anyone at ZOOM and the website keeps taking me in circles A couple of questions is ZOOM customer service this horrendous all the time?Shall I get out while I can and find a better provider? Is there anyone here who can guide me as to how to set up a phone number. Thank you 

How do I manually active an account that I create (inside zoom portal) with a fake email address so I can assign a number a vm to it. I need a couple of false accounts to assign numbers to for delegation to others. *********** will get a DID and vm, but since no such email or user exists, I can't click on activation email. what's the solution?

I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. After I auto provision my T46U, it must reset the user name and password for the web interface.  I am no longer able to log into the phones web interface to setup the multiple line display.   However if I factory reset, I am able to log into the web interface until I auto provision again. I haven't had time to look at the lines of code in the auto provision if anyone has a quick fix, that would help. Thanks

Hi, good morning.We have a problem when verifying the installation of zoom on the mobile phone, as we are in the middle of changing telecommunications company, and we can not receive sms.Is there any alternative method of confirmation, independent of the phone line?

I am having a provisioning failure with our Grandstream 2604p.  Firmware is 1.0.3.57 which show approved by zoom and provided by grandstream.  I have tried the https url as well as the http url in the configuration guide.  My DHCP is et to no and none, I see the phone downloading the file, but ultimately get a failed to download firmware... even though this is a configuration file and not firmware.  I haven't been able to try then Web Interface option as I cannot find the SIP user ID or Authentication ID anywhere in the documents that is readable.   Help

I have orderd license of Zoom Pro， added Audio Conferencing service and enabled toll/toll free for  China, Hong Kong,  But I still can't find dial in number, neither toll nor toll free, when I schedule to attend the meetings. How can I can the call in numbers for China/Hong Kong? Thanks a lot
