Hello Everyone, I would like to send the Whiteboards I make through the Zoom phone app to my personal email, but the Zoom Phone app I just set up won't let me send them out.  How to I enable "collaboration with users outside of my organization?"    - Court110 

I have a few rooms where all I need is an internal "extension to extension" option... does this exist? What is the cost? When I try to add a physical phone to a basic user I'm told that I need a license... I dont need any advanced features and dont want any out of office calling... Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! 

Hello, Currently, we have applications that can send SMS texts to cell phone numbers with common carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.   How can I send an SMS text to a Zoom number?  I have an On-Call Zoom phone number that I use external contacts so the calls/messages are forwarded and must change the forwarding to a number each week depending on who is On-Call.  I would like to send an SMS text from the application to the Zoom phone so it is a one-time setup in the application.  Otherwise, I must change the application to send it to the on-call personal number every week.  Please let me know and thanks so much. Jim Lucas

We have a third party answering service. At 9 PM we forward calls to a phone number (a zoom line) that the answering service has configured. How should I configure this particular line? I had it set as an auto receptionist, but when we tested this it went to the IVR recording and then to voicemail. 

UPDATE:  I'm an idiot and was giving out the wrong number. Hello everyone, I'm a relatively new Zoom Phone user.  I'm three weeks in and, all of a sudden, I'm getting reports from clients (and more importantly prospects) that their inbound calls are going directly to an automated generic message.I don't see these calls on my call history nor do I receive the voicemails, which is business critical. The behaviour is exactly what is described for blocked calls. I've reviewed my Call Handling and Block List thoroughly and can't identify any issue there that might be creating the problem.  See attached screenshots. When I test the line from my personal phone, it connects normally.  When I call from my different cell, it goes straight to the generic message without showing on my call list and I do not receive the VM. I've submitted two tickets but but Support has not be helpful thus far.

Please try again.". 3 - pictureAnd I even tried entering the sound code next to the security code.But the result was the same. "Phone number registration failed. Please try again."          

Where do we find the phone numbers that people can use to dial in to Zoom meetings? Zoom used to provide those in the meeting link, but they don't any more.

We recently ported a line from ATT to Zoom Phone. We are using the same iPhone that was used when the line was connected to ATT. On iPhone under settings -> cellular, I turn off the line under the ATT settings, I get an SOS symbol where it had originally said ATT. Does this mean that Zoom Phone is only going to work on a mobile device when connected to wifi? 

Hey everyone,  I'm in the middle of a Zoom Phone POC and trying to find a way to give managers in the company access to view the User Performance Reports for members of their team. I've given my test user the phone power pack and now they can see the report but its restricted to only theirself. I as admin can filter by user or dept. Surely there must be a permission in roles or somewhere that allows the user to see others reports. This is how it looks for me This is how it looks for my "manager" role Anyone else run into this? Surely someone's manager wants to see their teams stats without giving full admin

Hi I really hope someone can help me. I just purchased the Zoom phone system for unlimited calls to US & Canada 15$/monthAnd received a confirmation from Zoom for my purchase. But when I try to assign my license to my account and set up the phone system, it appears that I have a basic Zoom plan! How do I activate my phone system?

Our phone ATA Adaptors are turning off all the time and we cannot use the phone lines.

I am using a Jabra Link 370 Bluetooth adapter with a Jabra Elite 75t earbuds.  Up until a few weeks ago, tapping the left earbud muted not just the headset, but toggled mute within Zoom itself.  After a Zoom upgrade and an upgrade to the Jabra Direct software, it has stopped working consistently.   That is, most of the time it does NOT sync the button action.  Note that the syncing of button action is working in Skype for Business and MS Teams. Details:Current Zoom version is 5.9.6 (3799)Current Jabra Direct version is 5.11.01302Jabra Link 370 firmware is 1.87.0  (this is the 370 UC version)Jabra Elite 75t firmware is 2.0.0"Sync buttons on headset" is checked within the Zoom Audio SettingsIn a call, tapping the left earbud button will mute the earbuds, but the mute is not reflected in Zoom. Over the past few weeks it has worked intermittently, but I have been unable to reproduce.I uninstalled the Jabra Direct app, with no changes in the above.I a

I have 19 phone system users but only 5 Zoom Hosts. As such I can't set up branding or a campaign (minimum 10 host requirement for branding). How do we continue to use SMS with our phone system?

We're a small organization dealing with parents and prospective parents. If we're sending a simple SMS, are we required to put the STOP line in every text? We probably send three texts a week on an individual basis.

I have a user setup as an operator, this user has the powerpack and all is working except the option to send to voicemail. when a call comes in and the operator chooses the transfer option from the app it only shows 2 options, Blind transfer and warm transfer...no send to voicemail. When I login with our admin account on the app that option is available. How do I make it so a normal user has the option to send to voicemail???

Hi! We have multiple call queues set up with a department voicemail set under the Overflow setting, however when transferring directly to that department's voicemail we get the default system message. I presume there is a setting that we are not seeing?

I have a problem where the phone call I'm on loses audio when another application has an audio notification. For instance, if I'm on a zoom Phone call, and a Slack message or an email comes in, and Slack or Outlook has a chime, then I lose the audio from my Zoom call.  This just started happening yesterday - it hasn't been a problem for the last two years that we've been using Zoom phone.  I'm on zoom desk top, version 5.13.11 (13434)

We are B2B and have no plans to perform SMS campaigns to consumers. I would like there to be 1 number that clients can send text messages to and that all users can review/see the text messages directed to that one number.  I have SMS enabled for the Call Queue and all users are set up as members.  Please let me know the tricks of the trade.

One of our users has a recurring issue of not being able to hear someone on the phone. It happens randomly and reinstalling zoom fixes it. Its not her audio devices and the weird thing is if we do a video call it works just fine. I have pin pointed the dll in question sipphone_audioctrl.dll when renaming to sipphone_audioctrl.dll.bak then closing zoom renaming back to sipphone_audioctrl.dll and opening zoom again the issue is resolved. I was hoping support could look into this. The file is in C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin. Let me know if you can help at all.

I was able to get all the information I needed to port my Zoom number to Verizon. I have the Verizon phone with a number that is activated. I can make calls out from this phone and the caller ID says it is the same number I had with Zoom. Unfortunately, I can't receive calls or texts. All incoming calls and texts are still going to the same phone number at Zoom. Will this issue be resolved with time, or do I need to do something in Zoom to make this issue stop?

Hi Community, I wanted to know if Zoom admin had the ability to lock down the Call Queue for our users.Basically taking the ability to opt out of receiving calls from call queues they are apart of.Currently users are able to go into their settings and uncheck the call queue they are in to no longer receive calls. Is this possible?

I am in Zoom meeting and I want my Zoom phone call to ring while I am in Zoom meeting on my laptop. Right now I see only the Zoom phone call pop-up comes on my Zoom meeting screen and does not hear it ringing.

A quick search didn't find anything so I am posting this for anyone who has a similar need. Some users in our office need to have phone lines covered periodically by their colleagues.One way to implement this would be to use Call Delegation but we didn't like this because then it's always ringing on the colleagues phone. To have Call Forwarding to an Internal phone I figured out these two options by signing in to the Zoom web portal:  (please let me know if you can think of other ways)1.  In the navigation menu, click Phone, then click the Settings tab,            -scroll down to Call Handling,            -click on When a call is not answered,             -choose Forward to another extension,          -enter the user that you want to forward to and click Save,         -then Edit your Call

I have 2 users in my company who were using company cell phones. We ported the cell phone numbers to zoom so that they can continue to use those numbers in the zoom app on their personal phones and not have to carry around two cell phones.Contacts from the company cell phones show up in their zoom mobile apps on those phones but not in the desktop app.They are unable to see the contacts stored on the company cell phones in their mobile (on personal phones) or desktop apps.I somehow need to get the contacts that were stored on their company phones into their zoom accounts so that they can view them in the mobile app(on personal phones) and desktop app.They were both using company iphones and use personal iphones.Can anyone help?
