There's an odd situation that's raising concerns for an associate who is using a Windows 11 machine during desktop audio calls with outside parties. Symptom(s):- The voice from ONE of the external attendees frequently drops mid-conversation from my associate's end, however, others can speak and hear that attendee with no issue.- During that drop, my associate continued to prompt the external attendee with questions to see when audio is restored between them at the same time that everyone else reported no issues hearing the external attendee outside of our organization. The odd situation is that this is the only attendee that my associate is having trouble hearing  while others are still able to hear each other with no quality concerns or drops. Hello -  People in our company have multiple Zoom lines on their accounts. Some users can see the voicemails for one line while others cannot. Is there a standard setting so that all users can view the voicemails? In order to view the voicemails does the line have to be the users default line? Thanks!

Hi there,We have signed the contract and are almost ready to start setting it up. The question arises - we can run clients (mostly for telephones) on our office computers, laptops and/or Azure AVD. Does anyone have experience with AVD setup? Is Azure AVD recommended and are there any benefits? I found here several old (a year or two ago) posts with complaints. The situation has changed or not? I have a Yealink MP56 Zoom Phone Appliance. When there are incoming calls the phone number and whatever Caller ID info is displaying instead of the contact name I have in my Contacts. Same for the call history and voicemails as well.I have contacts synced with Google and that is working, though when I login to the Zoom web site I don't see the contacts listed in settings under Personal – Personal Contacts. I do see "For Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365, sync your contacts here." Clicking "here" takes me to Personal - Profile - Other at the bottom, and Google syncing is set up there. I even reauthorized it to be sure.Oddly, in the Zoom Workplace apps on my Mac and on my iPhone I do see the contact name on incoming calls, history, and voicemail. The contacts are appearing in "My Contacts" in "Cloud Contacts" in Contacts on the Zoom Workplace apps and on the Zoom Phone Appliance app. To test further, I also created

Hello, we are developping an environment with Zoom phone via Web proxy servers and we are unable to register on the Zoom Cloud.I saw this recommendation from ZOOM: Due to the real time nature of Zoom Phone, web proxies may provide a sub-optimal experience to the end user. Also, in the case of Zoom Phone, all traffic is already encrypted so web proxies do not make it more secure. With this in mind, the best practice is to bypass web proxies when deploying and using Zoom Phone. So, my question is, Is there any way to develop ZOOM phone via a proxy server?  Zoom Workplace: Version: 6.0.4 (38135)

Is it possible to port a landline phone number to Zoom without losing the ability to receive phone calls to that landline? I just want to be able have customers text my business, but still be able to call. Any advice on this? 

When dialing in from an android phone it is repeatedly duplicating the first number entered for the meeting ID. This is happening no matter what number is entered as the first number. Anyone know of a fix for this or come across this? 

My office (real estate brokerage) does not send text messages to our customers unless they text us first. And even then, it's just quick replies. No active texting campaigns. Am I still required to complete the "Campaign Registration"? 

My mobile and zoom desktop app are updated to latest version. However earlier when I closed my zoom desktop app my mobile app would automatically open go to mobile available status. But now when I close desktop app mobile app shows out of office. How to fix this. Version 6.0.5 installed in both.

right now, I cannot make phone calls at certain times of the day, Zoom comes on and tells me they cannot connect the call, my administrator has limited that.... I'm the admin. I cannot find a way to turn this off. It's actually very frustrating.... I see that my administrator has restricted calls from 8:30pm to 9:00 am - but I'm the admin and I can't change this.... Where do I go to change it?

Hello, We recently started to use Zoom Phone and some of my users are using it on their mobile devices as well as me.The biggest problem is that if I'm on a regular call and someone is calling me on Zoom Phone, It doesn't put him on hold, it just calls in the background with the ringtone of Zoom Phone App as well!! I can't even shut it, I just have to mute my phone or reject the phone call which is so frustrating.. This is something so simple to implement, can you guys forward that to the devs? Thanks..

I have the zoom app on my phone. I would like to put to do not disturb on but it only lets me put it on certain hours and for only 24 hours how do I put it on for the whole weekend I hate zoom. I'm blocked all my notifications from my phone from zoom and I still get phone calls My phone vibrates doesn't ring so annoying. Anyone else have any luck and how can I put a do not disturb on for the whole weekend or when I'm on vacation this is ridiculous.

Hello,I am our account admin. We have an SMS Campaign established which is not full. We have one phone number that requires to be added to it, but every time I go through the steps to add it, it gives me the message that it takes 24 hours. So I check back and it's still unverified. Can you add numbers to a pre-existing SMS Campaign? If so, any thoughts on why this one number (that has been a part of our system for a long time) won't add?Thanks 

For over two years, I was able to use my organization's Zoom SMS feature. All of a sudden, I started having issues with being able to send any text messages three weeks ago. I imagine it is also affecting my ability to receive messages as well. My organization opened a support ticket about the matter two weeks ago, and I am still waiting to hear back.  Has anyone else had this issue where their SMS feature randomly stopped working as expected? 

I'm a single-person business using Zoom for meetings and for my phone. Zoom is linked to Outlook, so it knows when there's something on my calendar whether it's a Zoom meeting/phone call or not.  The problem is that Zoom won't ring my phone when it sees any event on my calendar. Since I have to block off time on my calendar to get work done for my clients, it's now not letting the phone ring for large chunks of the day. Where can I find the correct setting to turn this off, so that the phone always rings unless I'm specifically in a Zoom meeting?

I have a call booking system set up, people can book calls every Tuesday and Thursday. However, is there something I can do to disallow people booking on the same day? Sometimes we don't have enough time to setup and prepare for a call, I'd like people to book a couple days in advance. 

I have a couple users with Android phones that when they are on a call on their cell phone and receive a call on their zoom app it will ring through the earpiece and they cannot continue their native call until the zoom call is disconnected.  Any help would be appreciated.

Does anybody know if there is a way to set a spend cap for overages on Zoom Phone? For example we have unlimited local calls, but international calls are chargeable. This is fine, but I'd like to know users couldn't inadvertently rack up an enormous bill.

Is there a Zoom Support number for Canada?In March our organization paid for a PRO Account and today, when I call support with our Account and Host Key the message I got is that our account cannot be found. This is also a follow-up to a pervious message I posted which I thought the solution offered might have helped but the situation is going from bad to worse as I still cannot sign-in from a second computer and now I find out Zoom does not recognize our paid account. To resolved this I tried to change that sign-in email address because when we initially opened the account, we overlooked to change the sign-in email (which I do not have access to).
