Zoom presence status

My mobile and zoom desktop app are updated to latest version. However earlier when I closed my zoom desktop app my mobile app would automatically open go to mobile available status. But now when I close desktop app mobile app shows out of office. How to fix this. Version 6.0.5 installed in both.

Hello @NG89

 Please make sure that your mobile and desktop are utilizing the same email account/address in order for your mobile and desktop presence status to sync. Another troubleshooting step you could take is to reinstall Zoom on your mobile or desktop to see if the syncing begins. You may also want to check if your admin has disabled the presence status on your account in the settings. The support article below should walk you through the steps.
