I work for a nonprofit organization and we have been trying to get an SMS campaign submitted for months. I have followed the campaign creation checklist to a T, and I continue to get vague rejection messages that don't make sense based on all the work we've done to make our campaign legitimate. It's frustrating because we don't use Zoom texting for any commercial purposes anyway- we rely on it to communicate with our clients. Below is the message I got with our most recent campaign rejection:Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign CWIOFGR. Explanation: Opt in message does not have brand or disclosures, Inadequate details on website consent methodI left the Opt-in Message as it was when I submitted the form (Zoom automatically creates it for you, and I would assume they do so with the appropriate requirements in place) so I'm confused as to how that could be the issue. Hello prior to upgrading to the app version 13 when a call use to come in and i was on the other line it would display on the phone. Now it displays on the phone and this loud sound constantly till you answer the call. This leads me to not hear the people i am on the call with. How do i turn this off. 

I am a single user using zoom full time during my business day. There is no need whatsoever for 99% of my calls to ever be recorded and the prerecorded message by zoom about recording is too long, too impersonal, and scares off potential callers. I've spent hours attempting to reset the recording options to no avail and it still is apparently recording and even if it isn't recording it's playing that stupid message every time I dial. How do I put an end to that or as a minimum record my own message referencing recording?

One of my users cannot answer calls from the lock screen on his Samsung S23. If the phone is unlocked he can answer calls just fine but when the screen is locked there's just a progress circle animation that says please wait. We tested this on a Google Pixel and there was no issue answering from the lock screen. Any insight on what may be causing his problem?

Hi, I am trying to get the zoom phone subscription because I am moving to Zoom from skype. But every time it shows error 5613 and I am still unable to get the subscription. Anyone help please!

The Voicemail tab has the ability to mark messages as "unread" but the SMS tab does not. Often I get an SMS and need to check it to see if it's an emergency...and if not I want to mark it as Unread so I remember to check it again later. Seems like a pretty standard feature...and hopefully easy to implement. Can this be added? Also hoping to get some thumbs-up here to help Zoom realize this is of value. Thanks!

We have recently integrated Zoom with our ServiceNow instance and the team handling phone calls in the workspaces area has advised the Zoom Contact Center UI takes up a large portion of the screen and closing the phone while on a call has caused issues for some. You can drag it and move it to another part of the existing window, but is there an option to pop it out into it's own window?

Is there a possibility to automatically log you out of the queue when going on DND (Do Not Disturb)?

i am buying trying to buy the zoom phone but not able to. when i am trying to buy it is saying error:5613. How to solve the matter. I am in Pakistan and i need to buy Zoom Phone USA & CA unlimited.  

I've come to terms with the fact that the SMS for Zoom is not going to work for my business and I'm looking for other options which saddens me. For starters, I can't opt-in a client manually to receive texts. Nor can I find information that explains why I can or can not. If I had a client for a long time I would prefer to indicate that they have verbally agreed to SMS if they have asked to receive information. I deal with a lot of grieving people and they hate extra steps. Some clients or new clients forget to opt-in and become a little agitated with not getting the information that they requested promptly. Then, I just had an issue where I can't send videos of my products via text, only photos. In what world does SMS not include video submissions. Maybe it's me but I would like to be able to communicate in whatever way the client needs. Furthermore, phone calls having weak singles when I'm not at my desk is troublesome. I'm begging for help. 

I am the scheduler at my company and schedule most all Zoom meetings for others. Why does this change my availability status to "in a calendar event" and cause me to be marked as unavailable? Is there a setting in the meeting scheduler that I can change?

Hello. We are integrating and testing Zendesk and Zoom Phone.1. Installed the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app from the Zendesk Marketplace.2. Clicked the Zoom Phone icon in Zendesk and logged in with the Zoom Admin account.3. Set permissions for the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app in the Zoom app.4. In the Zoom App, completed the Zoom Phone for Zendesk settings > Zendesk sub-domain settings and checked the boxes for ticket creation for inbound and outbound calls. We have completed all the settings and conducted inbound/outbound tests, but tickets are not being created in Zendesk.Can you help us?

Has anyone been able to come up with a solution for people to access their voicemail without using a Zoom client and/or adding the enable callers to check voicemail?  It would be nice to be able to call a phone number, enter your extension, enter your PIN and listen to your voicemail.

We have ATAs by AudioCodes. We have both 1248 and 124 units. We are having issues with DTMF working with the Emergency Blue Lights and our All Campus Alert System. We can connect with each of the units but once connected they do not seem to pass DTMF correctly. Any help would be great. 

After successfully porting a number from RingCentral, I cannot enable SMS to work with the single number.  I have tried unbinding the number from the auto attendant, but get the message: "main company number can not change".  Any help would be appreciated!

I have 150 Polycom E220 phones that are used as "Common Area Phones".  I would like to add a speed dial to all of them for the IT Helpdesk.  I can import the lines for a single device, but I haven't been able to locate a way to import a speed dial to multiple devices.  (The templates don't seem to fit this use case)Any help would be appreciated (even if it's I need to stop looking and do them 1 by 1)Thanks!

Hi. Has anyone experienced not being to connect when doing outbound calls? Some calls that we make says that the call cannot be completed and try again later. However, when we call other numbers, it was able to connect. Can anyone help us with this issue? The zoom support has been very slow in resolving and answering the ticket. 

I've been using Skype phone service for 10 years and need a cost comparable replacement because of high medical expenses. I bought a metered phone from Zoom 9 days ago on July 11th. I used a credit card and a sales representative. He gave me a numbered procedure to set up my phone and took off from our chat before walking me through the process. The procedure he gave me doesn't work and never shows me "click on setup" or "Start setup" I've been waiting forever and ever for answers. I need to do this on chat. I get emails that they will be contacting me "soon" and soon never arrives.

This is more of a suggestion for the development team with an issue regarding the search bar functionality, specifically tested under the Common Areas navigation page.  Currently, it appears that the search bar only returns results where the queried term appears at the beginning of a string. For example, if I search for the term “page,” to pull up extension that are named "page", the system will only return devices with names that start with page. It will not return results such as “Warehouse Page,” even though the word “page” is clearly present within the name. This behavior significantly limits the usefulness of the search function, especially for organizations like ours with naming conventions that may include keywords in the middle or end of names. Suggestion:The development team needs to fix the code to return results that contain the search term, not just those that start with it). Hiwe have migrated to Zoom Phone and I´m happy how everything has working so far.We have only one mayor problem...During non business hours we can not call each other, we all receive the voicemail driectly.. I have added business hours for our main number (autoreceptionist) as well as for all users. All users have their normal phone number and also an extended number. I was thinking tha the extended numbers are only for internal calls and will be not affected from the closing or business hours.Can someone let me know how the best practive looks like? Thanks 

This is an old issue that has now cropped back up again. I work remotely and my network has both IPv4 and IPv6 set up and is working.I have my network settings on my PC to prefer IPv4 over IPv6 (so when I ping google.com it will respond with the IPv4 address instead of the IPv6 that Windows 11 tries to do) This was enough for it to accept my address in the past and I would no longer get the alert, but recently after an update several weeks/couple of months ago it has now reared its ugly head again and Zoom cannot confirm my Emergency address and the alert will not clear.If I disable IPv6 the issue goes away. It looks like Zoom is not defaulting to IPv4 for location awareness and IPv6 is being used instead.Will there be ANY fix for this in the future, as its kind of infuriating and disabling IPv6 should NOT be the solution.Thanks Shad
