This morning Vimeo on my iPhone has decided to stop uploading videos from the phone. Whenever I try I get the message 'Error - Something strange occured. Please try again' - I have tried several times but does the same, Any ideas how to fix? 

Hi We'd like a deskphone for use in a backroom ... to hear an incoming call and take the call from the front room (where the PC is located). Zoom documentation states that common area phone limitations include Call handling rules based on business, closed, or holiday hours. If you require one of these features, consider using one of these workarounds:Add a phone user and assign the desk phone to that user. We've not yet bought the desk phone. Is it easy for users to log in and out of deskphones? Would logging out of the deskphone also log the user out of their PC zoom app login?  Complicated!!!! Thank you for any advice or suggestions. Richard

We are currently using a Cisco ISR router to translate all private IP addressing for internet bound traffic. We also have a Fortinet firewall in place as well.  The firewall rules/ports documentation Zoom support provides is not enough because we are getting one-way audio issues with our test Polycom phone. Does any one have any insight on how to make it functional?

Hello, I'm a Zoom phone pro user, i have i small company of just 2 people (it's a medical office).I find totally unecessary that end users have to choose to "listen the message", "save the message" or "record another message" after already has recorded a message...Also because, once i use the system in Italian, i find very annoying the male voice used (i find it totally aggressive, not adapted to a healthcare context).  Is there any possibility of deleting this last choice for end users or at least change the message or the voice used for this? Thank you,

Hello, I have several users reporting a code 4102503 when trying to make outgoing calls. They can received incoming calls and also voicemails show up in their Inbox. The laptops are definitely connected to the internet.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi All Is there anyway to configure how unassigned numbers are treated?  Ideally i want unassigned numbers for a particular site to route the the auto-receptionist of that site, however this does not seem to be possible.  Alternatively i cant find any settings or articles on how to add like a audio prompt or anything that will change the current behaviour of the call just dropping in the event a user calls a unassigned number.  Thoughts anyone?? Many ThanksJason

Incoming calls on Zoom Phone in Canada are not displaying Caller ID Name in most instances for incoming calls from Canadian numbers.  CNAM works differently in Canada and is transmitted with the call instead of a CNAM database lookup.  Any other Canadian users experiencing issues with incoming CNAM from domestic numbers?

If it needs to move please do.I have been on and off zoom user for about 2 years as the need shows up.  But.... up till now my PC or laptop has gotten me through.  Now there are some meetings I want to attend and I am not at home or work.  I just loaded the app on my AO2s android.  It states it is working but when I try to sign in with the correct password, after about a minute I get failed to connect with no error code that I  see?How do I go about getting signed in prior to tomorrows meeting if I am not at home?Thanks for your help.

I just noticed today that the Zoom client checkbox to "hide incoming calls while in a meeting" is greyed out so cannot disable it. I've been rummaging around in the client preferences as well as the zoom portal and so far don't see any place to change this. I noticed this because some of our users are complaining that the Zoom meeting option to join audio by calling you on your phone seems to have stopped working when using their Zoom phone. I'm wondering if some kind of interaction with the "hide incoming calls while in a meeting" option, but cannot test since cannot disable the option now!

I am a new zoom user. My outlook contacts that are coming into zoom is using the "Person name" field when populating in my zoom contact list. Unfortunately, many of my contacts are only business names and do not have an actual "name" in the (person) name field. Thus, many of the contacts coming to my zoom phone list only have a phone number listed and no name. I have found a "work-around" which is to open every Outlook contact and copy the business name to the (person) name field so that the zoom contact will show me who it is and not just a phone number and no other information. Is there any way to change the field that zoom is showing on the contacts from (person) name, to either business name or even better, the "file as" field in Outlook

Hi! I was on a call when I lost the person I was talking to and the error  Unable to connect to server (code: 1201503) showed. I have updated my Zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my laptop and it still shows the same error.  Please help me!

why does not zoom enable virtual background without physical greenscreen on i3 intel in Macbook Air? it's been a year since macbook air with i3 was released.

I want to create an "Admin lite" role for our receptionist that will allow them to export everyone's DID and Extension for a printable phone list. This should be View only. They will also be the one responsible for entering company holiday hours and possibly recording voice menus and greetings. Obviously they will need Edit rights for those things. Which Role settings need to be checked for this?

Several of my users continue to report that inbound callers keep getting an error that says that the call cannot be completed because the number is disconnected or invalid. When I look at the logs, the number does not even appear as an inbound call. The user's line works just fine (We've tested it from cell phones, etc.). Sometimes it seems like it happens when people from different area codes try to call. Zoom support can't assist because I cannot provide a log of the call since it does not show up. This has happened with several of my users over the last year or so. Is this a known issue? Do I need to have my IT group get involved? Thanks for any help!

Hi everyone! II use the iPad 9th generation to teach online. But now, when I share my screen my camera turns off. I don’t know what to do, instead of just share the screen it’s seems that the app is recording just like google meet. I was using Zoom because of the possibility of sharing while the camera was opening, now, this doesn’t work anymore. I hope someone could help me.  

Hi All, I would like to create accounts in bulk before a go-live date, without them being enabled.We've turned off email notifications, but if they restart the app the icon will appear and some will try to use it before cut-over.  How can we create without enabling? Thank you! 

Good afternoon,We recently switched to Zoom Phones and some of my users aren't happy with the quality of it. Some of my users have been reporting that there is an audio delay when picking up calls from their mobile devices via regular wi-fi and mobile data connection. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks!

Hi Evolve2 65 headset with usb jabra Bluetooth, on windows 10 zoom desktop app. The headsets say they are zoom certified. Manual says the calls can be answered by moving down the boom or tapping the button on the outside of the earpiece. Jabra connect app has the correct settings, and latest firmware. Unfortunately this doesn’t work … no call control …. maybe there is jabra support but any helps or comments appreciated! otherwise it’s a warning that zoom certified doesn’t mean call control 😞 

For the last week, my phone is not connecting on my desktop. I have a "Not connected. Attempting to reconnect...try now" window that opens. When I click the try now, it spins for a bit and then nothing changes. The phone rings on the app installed on my phone and I receive SMS messages. No issues with meetings. Only connecting by phone. 

Were having issues where people listening to our incoming line voicemail from a handset it doesn't tell us when the call came in, we can however get that info from in the zoom app. Any ideas on how you can hear when it came through?

Hi, Perhaps an unusual scenario requiring creative thinking! we would like to turn down the volume of the incoming calls at the front desk. but we would also like to hear the ringtone from another room. this means we need two different ringing devices. The second one can literally just be speaker because we would actually walk to the front desk to answer the call because that’s where the computer and client info  is! so I was thinking of getting a desk phone for the back room to hear any incoming calls to call queue calls. But the concern is that the desktop phone would presumably keep ringing after we have toggled out of the call queue at the front desk (for a break) … rather than go to answerphone. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
