Hello,  I've been using the same report for my call queue for almost a year. Suddenly I went in to run the report and it's completely different.  I've attached the file to show how it used to look. Now it's giving me a breakdown of each individual call which is great, but for the purposes of being consistent on the reports I submit to management, I need the old report. 

Hello,My company is in the process of migrating over to Zoom phone.  We purchased a batch of Unlimited Calling Plan licenses,  Toll phone number licenses (for 'parking' unused ported DID's and 2nd phone numbers for a couple of users), and some Toll-Free number licenses.  I was told by the sales team that Auto Receptionists and Call Queues were treated like named phone users, and would consume a Calling Plan license.  However now that I'm setting it all up, I do not see my Calling Plan license count decrease when setting up an AR... only the Phone number license decreases when I assign a number to the AR.  So that seems to indicate that the AR itself is free, and you just need a phone number license if you need it to be externally accessible.  Is that right?  Could I just set up 100 AR's with just internal extensions for free? The main reason for asking is that on our old system we have a lot of nested IVR's, some of the st

Hi All, I am new to Zoom and  our companies Zoom system. We are having a issue with the Call Handling for external calls. We have set the Call Handling Ring Mode to "Sequential" and this works as expected when receiving internal calls. I.E. It calls the Zoom app for 30 second before then trying the mobile.However when receiving external calls it always calls both numbers simultaneously. Is there a separate setting for this somewhere? 

We have started testing this feature which was recently introduced in the zoom client.Using desk phone call control – Zoom Support When users enable this feature, and then take their laptop home the phone they are 'controlling' is not reachable unless they VPN into the network.  If a user tries to disable this feature, the zoom client won't allow them to while the phone is unreachable.  I think that this control feature should be allowed to be easily be disabled (in the zoom client not the web ui) whether the phone is reachable or not (so the user can use their local zoom client).  Anyone else had this experience and how do we turn this conversation into a featu

Whenever I am talking on my iPhone w/BlueTooth using the Zoom App about a minute into the call I can hear the person that I talking to but they can no longer hear me. Is anyone else having that problem?  Does anyone have a legit solution to this major problem?  

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere however I couldn't find the exact solution. Using Yealink desk phones here. We have 2 call queues A & B.Call queue A rings three administrator phones, after a set period also rings Supervisor A, finally escalating to  voicemail if no answer.Call queue B rings the same three administrator phones, after a set period also rings Supervisor B (mobile)  finally escalating to  voicemail if no answer.If  Supervisor A is in the office alone they may want to pickup a ringing call from either queue A or B at any stage. I've added their phone to a group call pickup and assigned a button on his phone. This works for calls to direct extensions in the group or internal calls but is unable to pickup calls that have come through queue A or B.The simple fix would be to add the internal extension numbers for the queues to the Group Pickup members list but only user extensions, no call queue e

I have successfully connected the zoom phone to salesforce. I can able to call and record the zoom phones into salesforce. However, I'm unable to view the zoom phone recording transcript in salesforce. I can view only zoom phone audio recording and voice mail.   But, I can able to view the transcript in the zoom account. Please help me to fetch the zoom phone recording transcript to Salesforce. 

As much as we love our system, EVERYONE complains about how disruptive incoming phone calls are when the user is working on their computer.   Is there a setting we can use to turn this off?  It's not sensible that a desktop app would do something like this - grab the mouse away from what the user is doing every time a call comes in.  It's nerve-wracking.

Is there a way to have queue calls skip a user if a user is away from their desk for a set period of time using the desktop  Zoom app? When employees take a break or are just absent/sick with no notice, its hard to remember and cumbersome for an admin to take that employee off queue calls. And, even if we remember to do so, when the employee comes back, its easy for them not to realize they are off the queue calls and delay toggling back into the queues. Currently, during these absences, we often have queue calls waste time cycling through that empty desk, wasting a lot of time for the callers. Ideally, there would be an option for each Call Queue to skip users when they are idle/away for a set time. This feature would also be a good audit metric in a report to see how often they were idle and how many calls were missed on that desk specifically due to them being idle.

When looking at analytics of the calls.  Is there a list of what the dispositions mean?   I can figure most, but what is the difference between call cancelled and call denied?    

Hi All,I currently have Verizon cell service.  I need to be able to record calls and it seems like Zoom might be a good option.  BUT, I want to keep my phone numbers so I don't have to train clients on a new number, buy new business cards, etc. Who has done this (with cell phone) and what pitfalls do I need to watch out for?  For example, will all calls be via Zoom?  Any service issues (bad areas with poor cell/data service?)  Anything else you discovered that was disappointing? Thanks,Dave White

Hello All! Has anyone else been getting a recurring missed call badge in the Phone -> History section that, when cleared, comes back?  I have several users in my company who have a missed call  badge showing up and then reappearing seconds or minutes later.  I'm trying to gauge if this is system wide. Thanks!John

Is there a way I can go to an SMS conversation using deeplinking for Zoom desktop app? I would like to click a link on my CRM and take me to the SMS conversation.

Hi! We are new to zoom phone. The 'call queue' phones ring for the allocated time eg 45 seconds - despite all users being logged out. Is this how the system is supposed to work? Or does this mean that someone has accidentally still logged in from eg. home? I thought that calls go to 'overflow' (Eg voicemail) if all users are logged out, but it doesn't seem to work like that. Thank you very much for any comments greatly appreciated. Richard 

Hello All, I am using a new computer with my original company zoom account. I have logged out of my zoom on my old computer. My original zoom links and login are used on continuous meetings. On my new computer no one can enter my room, as it says a meeting is already going. If I click the link sent to my email that someone is waiting it will stop my current open meeting and then restart on its own. Then I can let others in. How do I avoid this?

Hello. I was wondering if anyone out there has integrated with a Rauland Telecenter U (TCU)?  Rauland specs state that it does not support Secure SIP or Secure RTP.  Would the TCU be able to place SIP calls without any authentication or be able to page through the SIP Trunk of their Controller? Unfortunately, Rauland has very little SIP settings that can be changed so it's pretty much set it up their way. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance! 

I use Enterpirse software that allows me to click on a phone link and it will open the app and add whatever commandline is needed to insert a phone number, example:From what I've read, via Zoom docs, "callto:" and "tel:" should work, but when entered, even from cmd, the phone number does not get added to the zoom app. It does, however, open the app or brings it to the front window if already open.Any ideas? TIA Thoughts: After lots of testing and doc skimming I was able to come up with "tel:[Phone]".  This adds to zoom dialer, but does not start the call. Any ideas ona  command to also start the call? 

Hello,   Is there a way to have multiple auto receptionist for 1 main line. For example for our Main Auto Receptionist, the business hours are 9am -5pm. But we have users who start their day at 8am, as well as people who end their day at 6pm. Is there anyway for our main line to route calls such as this: 8:30am - 9am -> ring 2 users  9am - 5pm -> IVR set up during business hours 5pm - 5:30pm -> ring 1 user   And anytime from 5:31pm to 8:29am calls are routed to a voicemail   Thank you!

What file format can be used for uploading messages into auto attendant/IVR?

Anyone hear anything official from zoom on zoom phone appliance for the CCX 400? It was listed in the release of 5.11.0, but doesnt seem to provision, nor is it listed on the page for officially supported poly phones. HiI have configured a user group on my zoom portal for which I have enabled call recording feature (phone settings). When I call Zoom api to fetch data,API is giving the phone and sms records for all the users which are under the account , I would like to fetch data for just the users which belong to this Group. How can that be achieved.  thanks

Not quite sure how to word this one. I set up Zoom phone to use while out of the country, I want to point certain accounts to this number, however I'm not receiving the alert texts that normally contain a verification pin/number i.e. a bank verification message. SMS is set up correctly, I can send and receive texts on my phone/desktop app, does anyone have any insight? Thank you.

We have employees that leave or get fired a lot, and people don't think to notify me about it. So, by the time I need to edit the Zoom account, the mailbox is gone. Is there no way to just change the email? It's frustrating from the admin side that I can't just do that and go on with my day. Instead, I'm left to delete the account and start another one running through all the configurations. It's annoying. I've setup aliases for the email accounts and never even receive an email from Zoom. Same thing goes for when someone's mailbox is still there. Never get a confirmation email from Zoom. This has been going on for some time now.
