We are looking at migrating from on-premise Skype for Business 2015 to Zoom phones.  We have a large number of AudioCodes phones that can be reflashed back to stock images (as listed in Zoom). When provisioning as Zero Touch (factory reset), the device indicates that the Firmware URL and accompanying Configuration URLs do not exist (Configuration file was not found): - Firmware URL: https://provacp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/AudioCodes/420HD.img- Configuration URL: https://provacp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/AudioCodes/420hd/<MAC>.cfg <-- this is different than what the configuration site suggests (Zoom Phone provisioning drops the 420hd subdir, but we have tried it both ways) Has anyone successfully connected an AudioCodes (or Yealink) to Zoom?  Support cl

I have a use case where I need to pass callerid parameter in the URI scheme to initiate outgoing call from zoom user's custom number instead of the assigned zoom number. So the callerid parameter is mandatory.     zoomphonecall:+1234?callerid=+56789The above URI scheme works from desktop web app but when I use the same from web android it says invalid phone number.

Hi There, We're in the process of setting up Zoom Phone for our Sales Team and we're struggling to get the Recording of calls to capture under the activity in Salesforce.  We have turned on Auto Record for the users, however, when we head to the record and try to replay the call it brings up the following error message 'This call log does not have recording!'  However, the recording is saved in Zoom Call Logs as seen. and the call is pulling to other third-party software such as Gong.  Any help or advice from Zoom-Salesforce experts would be really helpful on what we are missing here!  Thanks! Chris 

Using a Poly VVX 250. I've got the outgoing countries set and all works fine on the app. I can call out to anywhere I need. However, I get the following message when trying to make outgoing calls on my poly phone: "Sorry, we cannot complete your call. Your service plan does not support calling to this destination"

We have a user that has changed the ringtone for all options.  His 2 direct lines, his ext, and his meeting.  When he is called through a call queue that is he part of it outputs the "default" ringtone instead of the selected one.  Is this some setting on the call queue I do not see?

I can't seem to find out how to get a Zoom Phone number.   I can see the various plans, I can see info about porting an existing number, but nothing about getting a new number (much like a Skype number).Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Currently, our POTS provider has a switchboard for us which handles calls. This allows our receptionist to see which lines are busy and answer a ringing call for any phone within the organization. BLF covers the first part. The second seems to be more complicated.  We’ve tried call monitoring and call queues but they’re not quite what I’m looking for.  There isn't an option to answer a ringing call with monitoring. Call queues rings all phones at the same time which isn't ideal for our scenario. I basically just want the receptionist to be able to see a line is ringing and if she knows it's not going to get picked up she can answer it herself.  For example, if my phone is ringing. The receptionist and see that my phone is ringing with BLF and knows I'm not available to take the call. She can then take the call for me.

I work remotely with my personal laptop and am not able to make calls with Zoom, when I try to dial a number (via accessing my work system with a remote desktop program) an error pops up on Zoom saying "No available audio device.  Check if your devices are properly connected."  Given I don't have a microphone attached to my computer at the office, I need Zoom to connect the call which would then hopefully allow me to switch the call to my cell phone.  Is this possible or does not having a mic at the base computer at the office essentially block me from using Zoom?We previously used Ring Central, I would click a number on my database, it would begin dialing on Ring Central (via my office computer), on the RC app on my cell phone it would have a pop up saying switch to this device.  I would click that and then I was able to take calls on my cell phone.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

We are new Zoom Phone users.  Things are generally OK but users are complaining that contacts that are entered into the Poly VVX-411 phones are randomly lost.  That is to say all local contacts are completely wiped out unexpectedly and seemingly randomly. I assume that is because the phones are periodically restarting and they are not sync'd with the Zoom server, but it certainly could be something else. Have tried researching the issue and saw a possible cause could be a blocked port on our firewall  preventing the contacts from syncing with Zoom - but no details on what port to look for.Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I'm the Zoom phon esystem admin. We have only PolyVVx250 phones that, up to this point have worked properly. Over the last week or so I've noticed that the corporate directory is extremely slow. Yesterday morning when I got to work my phone told me I had two voicemails. When I accessed my VM messages there were none.  I rebooted my phone this morning and it's showing the two phantom VM's again. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions to correct these issues?

How does zoom sip interface with Audiocodes Gateway?

Hi,A few weeks ago I got a zoom error code 4101702 - of which is not an error code in the error code page on the Zoom website and my IT department can't seem to fix it (I'm on a business account but no one else is having the issue).Meetings work just fine.    My issue is that incoming calls that used to trigger the pop up that a call is coming, no longer happen (they just pop up in voicemail) and when I try to make an outgoing call - it "fails to connect" Anyone seen this error code before and know how I can fix it so I can take and make calls again? Thanks

Having switched from RingCentral to Zoom Phone, I am finding that I cannot manage users as well as I used to. Is there any way to manage all of the settings of a user's account, including their voicemail recording, how long their extension rings, call routing for their line, etc.? Seems that user management is just being able to switch permissions on and off, but I cant really configure a user's setup unless I use their credentials and log directly into their account.... is that true?

We have been noticing a lot of customers saying that we are coming up as SPAM when we call out. We do not see this in our internal calls but somehow it is happening on all out-going calls. This is a very bad deterrent for business.Any suggestions?  ThanksJosh

Trying to get to the bottom of outbound caller ID - our main site is in the US, and we have created a site for the UK.  The only options we have for caller ID are the main site number (US number - not much good when you're in the UK), or hiding the caller ID.  Is there a way to use the users assigned phone number as the called ID?  I've tried adding a custom number, but the only option I get is to add an auto attendant from the US site.

What is the best practice for time-of-day call routing? We have one central number with six users spread across multiple time zones with up to 3-hour time differences. The users who start first in the morning will answer the calls, but some users will still be in bed. We still want calls to go to voicemail after hours and on weekends. Is it simply a case of ensuring users have their hours set up correctly and having one call queue with the spread of all possible working hours listed or am I missing something more efficient? There are also multiple places to enter Default Business Hours. Users, Auto receptionists, Company info etc. Is there one place that overrides them all, or do we ensure they're all set up? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Do you know where can we check the available calling credits?  I am not able to see any quantity listed on the account – just the next renewal date. I want to make sure we do not run out.

I have Outlook/Exchange integration enabled.  Is it possible to automatically mute incoming Zoom phone calls when my Teams/Outlook status is set to Busy, Meeting, DND, Focusing, and other?

I have end-users that are in need of hearing the voicemail message header when calling in from a third party phone. For example a user that has a wireless phone that they cannot put the Zoom app on are wanting to be able to call into a Zoom voicemail box and listen to the voicemail messages which they can do however they want to be able to hear the voicemail message details like the date/time that the message was received. I've went thru the process to test and the system does not provide an option to listen to the voicemail message header. Is there a hidden option that the end-user can select to hear the header information? Or is there a setting somewhere that can be turned on to give the option of listening to the header information for a voicemail? Any information anyone could share with their experience on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

I cannot get this to work. There was no set up help from Zoom and you can't get them on the phone. I hate that auto receptionist crap that traps my callers with every incoming call. I hate the extension options, we don't have extensions in my office. The phone is supposed to ring and a live person picks up every time all the time in my office until this zoom phone has almost near killed my business and the personal touch we used to provide.   I'm trying to maneuver through this but it's been a week now and no help from Zoom.

We are in the process of switching from Teams Voice to Zoom Phones and during the trial period, I imported 9 contacts to test the importing process.  We will be linking our Office365 contacts when we go live but now I can't seem to get rid of these 9 contacts.  I am also an admin for the Zoom account but I cannot find if there is an admin permission that I need to check in order to remove these contacts.  Any help page I find on Zoom points me to the Contact Management section in my web portal but I don't even have that option, I can only see Personal Contacts.  Any help would be appreciated!
