I've confirmed I have the correct format (using the copy invitation setting). What else could be causing this?

Zoom is fully functional on my 2021 Macbook Air, but, when I connect to the Dell S2419H monitor, I have no microphone audio: class participants cannot hear me. I've reloaded Zoom, plugged and unplugged, rebooted, retested, and howled at the moon. Apple tech support couldn't resolve it, and my account doesn't qualify for Zoom tech support. Any suggestions anyone?

Hi. I was the host of a zoom meeting and when I recorded, I selected on my computer. (I use windows).  I have that recording and it works. Is it at all possible to upload it on zoom cloud for sharing or is there a copy in the cloud somewhere? Or how else can it be shared? Thanks, M

Buonasera, vi scrivo in merito a un problema verificatosi durante una riunione organizzata ieri sera alle ore 21, noi ci siamo collegati mezzora prima e li si è verificato il problema. Il link della riunione è stato regolarmente generato e condiviso, ma al momento dell’accesso Zoom lo ha riconosciuto come “non valido” e ha reindirizzato alla homepage, impedendo a noi (e ad altri) di partecipare. Successivamente è stato generato un nuovo link per lo stesso meeting. Grosso problema per noi perchè in così poco tempo non era possibile avvisare tutti i contatti invitati e siamo stati costetti a rimandare di una settimana, davvero una brutta figura con le persone coinvolte. Quale puo' essere stato il problema?

Hi, I just installed Zoom client 6.1 on openSuSE and screen sharing is not showing any option anymore on Basic, but only under Advance tab, and there in this one I can only select Screen Portion, but also cannot confirm the screen sharing. Please fix it or let me know how to downgrade to previous version. Thanks in advance!

It used to be that when I paused a screen share, Zoom would just freeze the shared screen. Recently, that behaviour has changed. Now, I pause screen the participants see a message, "(hostname) has paused screen sharing." What changed? Is there a setting I need to fix? I am using Windows 11, Zoom Pro version 6.4.6.

I have ever used pause screen and it  shown last screen  in meeting.Recently ,If I pause screen ,it turn black and shows the message "Host has paused screen sharing".  How to keep last screen while using   pause screen ?  

Been running into this issue for several months and everything I have tried has not worked. I have Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars turned on in the Account Settings. I have Read.ai, Otter.ai, Fathom.video blocked as domains. And I have Only authenticated users can join meetings from Web client turned on.Yet every meeting we have I have to kick several of these AI notetakers from our meetings. We don't want to have turn on Waiting Room for every meeting.As an admin can I not stop these from joining all the time?

I've been using Zoom in my dance studio for many years – always with the same HD webcam (Logitech). The video settings in Zoom were always set to HD, and everything worked fine.Since last week, the HD setting in the video settings has been disabled and can no longer be clicked. I've already checked all software (Zoom, Logitech camera, Windows) for updates. Zoom is the only software running on my PC; no other programs are installed.When I log in at home with the same camera and the same zoom account, I can activate HD without any problems. I've also tested a camera from another manufacturer – and it also has the same problem.I've tried everything, but I can't figure out what's wrong. I haven't changed any settings or software, and suddenly HD no longer works.Can anyone help or has the same problem?

I face an issue when using my Sony XM5 headphones during meetings, whenever I take headphones off to do something else, the meeting audio always automatically disconnects. I have to restart my headphones to reconnect to the audio. I checked my headphone settings and turned off the 'Auto Pause When Take Headphones Off' feature. I haven't encountered this issue when using any other apps on my phone or computer to play music, it only happens when using Zoom.

The recent Mobile Zoom app update (April 30/25) has now removed the Audio Settings: Disable Original Sound from the Settings.  Can this please be added back into the app immediately?

We are a small church that has been having "hybrid" church services via Zoom for the last year.  Everything was good until we replaced our laptop, and now any time more than one person speaks together (as in group prayers), or there is music in the church, the folks on Zoom just hear silence.  We have tried using the "original sound" feature, but it doesn't help.  Our previous laptop ran Windows 10, and our new one has Windows 11.  We use an external camera with mic (Spedal 920PRO). We also experienced a problem wherein the audio was delayed by 10 or 15 seconds, both with someone speaking on Zoom being heard in the church, and the audio in the church being heard on Zoom.  This stopped when we switched the audio input from the mic on the external camera to the laptop mic.  The video did not have a delay, and it wasn't choppy like when the internet freezes.  (This also since we started using the Windows 11 machin

Dear All I am an online tutor.  One of my tutees cannot join a meeting using her laptop but can using her mobile phone?  Unfortunately this cannot be a fix as she cannot use the interactive whiteboard.  I would be grateful if anybody has any suggestions. Kind regardsLen

How can I get recordings from past years such as 2020, because I really need that recording? 

Currently using Zoom app on my samsung s8 tablet, in landscape (with a keyboard). Whenever I join the meeting however, my camera rotates the view 90 degrees, as if it doesnt register that the device is been used in landscape. As far as i can tell, there isnt an option to rotate the camera on the app (i.e. no options button next to the video for settings change).  Is this a bug/can it be fixed?  Cheers

Hiya My laptop is running Windows 11. Recently the desktop app and web app aren't syncing meetings. And I can no longer delete some meetings in the desktop app! Help please. Heather

Lately it has happened a few times that while being in a meeting, the app had an error and crashed, the issue being afterwards it was impossible to start a meeting again. I tried to solve it by updating the app, restarting my computer, de-installing the app and installing it again, of which the latter worked so far.But this morning it didn't work, and I suspect the problem is that after crashing the app still thinks to be in a meeting, which seems to make it impossible to start a meeting again. I also tried stopping the meetings from my 'task manager', but that also didn't work today.Does anyone have ideas on what might cause this problem and more importantly, what I can do to solve it?Many thanks!

I have a paid Zoom account, and I am unable to schedule any meetings. When I try to schedule any meetings, I receive "Error Code: -1". (see attached image). Is anyone else encountering this? What is the solution? Any help is appreciated.

Saludos a todos. Desde este domingo siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x  pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels. La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baja calidad cuando desde mis equipos  1.- No he cambiado ninguna variable de HD2.- La reunion del domingo la primera si me grabo a 720P pero cuando paro la grabación y pongo a grabar la segunda en la nube, cuando voy a bajarla me sale recording_640x360.mp4Hago pruebas de ancho de banda y todo bien, con test de subidas y bajadas 400 megas en total.No es por ancho de banda, andemas de una reunion a otra solo paramos 15 minutos, paré la primera grabacion para que se quedara renderizando en la nube, y puse a gabar una segunda a los 15 minutos. Pero esta ultima me bajó la la calidad de mala manera.Alguien mas le

I teach a monthly Photoshop and photo editing Zoom meeting monthly. I tend to have 15-25 participants. I make modifications to a photograph and discuss what I'm doing. I don't want there to be too much  lag between what I say and what my students see on their screens. I currently have gigabit internet speed from Comcast. I'm wondering what lower speeds I could use and still not have a noticeable lag? Finally has anyone used any of the 5G service providers (Verizon, T-Mobile et al) successfully for similar meetings? Thanks in advance for your feedback Steve

Hello, good morning, I have a problem with zoom for linux (the ubuntu version), the problem is that when I mute the audio with the keyboard, the shortcut doesn't work, preventing me from following the zoom conference (it's a course), I have a equipment not compatible with windows 11 and I need a series of programs in which there is uncertainty as to whether they will continue to work in windows 10 after the end of support for it, so going back to windows is not an option nor do I want to do the dual boot on my computer.please, could you tell me how to solve the problem? I imagine that zoom for ubuntu will have dependencies, what is the package that is causing the error that I am commenting on? I would like to before formatting (of course, it will have to be linux), learn about this operating system, since there are things that have to be interacted with commands in this system and I would like to use it again this way (I have experience in the command environment since I live

I'm having trouble finding information on this. Can someone explain what determines the aspect ratio of a meeting recording? I'm trying to edit a meeting recording (recorded on the cloud) on iMovie, and iMovie is cutting off the frame so that the thumbnail of the speaker next to a shared screen is partially cut off. I went back and looked at the aspect ratio for this Zoom recording, and it shows the dimensions as 1724 × 772.  Then I went back and looked at previous Zoom videos I've edited and the dimensions of the raw Zoom videos vary -- I have some that  are 1760 x 900, some 1724 x 778, and several 640x360.  However, I've never had this problem when editing in iMovie before putting the video on YouTube. I can make adjustments in iMovie so that the entire Zoom recording is shown in the frame, but that results in a letterbox effect in the edited video, which I don't want.  I'm not clear at all how the Zoom aspect ratio/dimensions are s
