Hi Zoom Community,We’re experiencing an intermittent audio issue when joining Microsoft Teams meetings from Zoom Rooms, specifically on Poly X50 devices.What we’re seeing:When a Zoom Room joins a Teams meeting, the remote Teams participants can see video from the room, but cannot hear the people in the room Audio from the Teams side into the room works This does not happen consistently — some meetings work as expected, others do not The issue has occurred across multiple rooms, not just a single deviceWhat we’ve tested so far:Joining via calendar invite (room invited to the meeting) Joining via Teams meeting ID Testing with internal users and a third‑party/external participant

I cannot remove the blurred background on Zoom meetings. It isn’t the blur from the app settings - it’s a softer background blur. For context: I have a paid pro Zoom account and I’m on Mac Pro. I have checked my default computer cameras and the blur is gone - this is definitely a Zoom error and not a computer problem. I’ve also already:gone through all the video settings and unchecked everything restarted zoom restarted my computer reinstalled zoom with a computer restart gone through my computer system library and searched for hidden zoom files to make sure all settings were totally removed + emptied trash updated the newly installed zoom to best work with a silicon chipAfter the update, the background was clear for less than a second then immediate reverted to soft blur. I’ve spent way too much time on this. I need a clear background for work. Help please.

My workplace app has not been working for the past 3 weeks. Anytime I try to log into the app it gives me message that it’s unable to connect, sometimes it connects, but looses connection a few seconds after. My internet connection is fine. I can log into the workplace app on other devices. I’ve reset network setting and cleared cache on this particular laptop. I’ve also uninstalled an installed the app, but it’s still not working.

I'm relatively new to Zoom and therefore might have missed something but if I invite somebody to a meeting via the persons email address they don't receive an email with the invitation. Is there something I need to configure / enable? I tried via Android App and via Webbrowser. Steps to reproduce:1. In Webbrowser (Firefox) login to zoom.us and navigate to "Meetings" - "Schedule a Meeting"2. Add *********** in "Invitees"3. Click "Save"4. *********** never receives an invite (even after hours or days)I have tried various email addresses (incl. gmail and the likes but no success)

Question you know how when you log into zoom there is a join button and you can hit the drop down and see your previous 10 meetings. They do have a clear history button but lets say you only want to get ride of one is there a way to delete it out the history without getting rid of everything? Thank you!

I am writing to request clarification on some features related to host privileges and chat records. Could you guys please provide detailed information on the following points?1. Difference between Host and Alternative Host Could you guys clearly explain the functional differences between the original Host and an Alternative Host?2. Permissions for Alternative Hosts If I assign an alternative host to a meeting: 2-1. Equivalent Controls: If I (the original host) do not attend the meeting, will the alternative host have exactly the same control privileges as I would, including starting cloud/local recordings and screen sharing? 2-2. Accessing Chat Records: Even if I do not join the meeting myself, can I still download the chat history file after the session conducted by the alternative host has ended? Or is downloading the chat file only possible if I am personally present

Hello everyone. I’ve encountered a curious issue with a participant. This participant does not appear in any of the three zoom reports (registration, participant or poll) even when I had Required registration to join the session.I was able to communicate with the participant, and she told me that she wasn’t able to join by her computer, so she joined by her personal tablet, when she tried to register the registration page didn’t populate so she skep it and joined. Has someone encountered this issue before?Thank you in advance for any help.

I consider myself experienced with Zoom ... I use it DAILY and usually use MMHMM camera with it... well now I can't get rid of this virtual background to save my life. I have recorded a video showing that there is NO virtual background selected.. I really really need help because I am struggling teaching with it because I can no longer use mmhmm... help! The Zoom Desktop App on my new Dell laptop running Windows 11 doesn’t launch. I uninstalled and downloaded zoom app and reinstalled, the zoom version is latest. I cleared Zoom Cache. Issue is not resolved. The Zoom support could not help further and created a ticket. Any tips regarding this will be appreciated.

Its happened three times already that when I add or delete someone from an event, it replaces my event text. I get the message "The event description will be replaced with the Zoom default invitation." This has been really frustrating as a I have to quickly edit it back to what I originally wrote and it resends to everyone.  I've been making the changes through outlook/the zoom plugin. Anyone have any solutions? Can't seem to find any.

I'm trying to share my Pro Tools screen through Zoom. Supposedly when I check the box labeled "Share Sound" it should automatically install the "Zoom Audio Device", but it doesn't nothing happens. And for whatever reason, Zoom doesn't seem to make the driver available to download on it's own. 

Since I had a meeting the other day, not even using my own meeting room, instead of the title of my meeting room being Lauren Gayl's personal meeting room, it now says  How do I get this to show the correct information again?

The removal of the upcoming meetings list on the app is a serious problem for me. Yesterday I tried to start a meeting for a Funeral and found that this was not in my calendar. It transpired that somehow when I created the meeting it was arranged for 2027. This is not an easy mistake to make as you have to step through each month to get to this date. Had the meetings list still been accessible I would have seen this immediately. I really do not like the calrendar approach that Zoom has adopted, it makes finding upcoming meetings so difficult.

Please add an option to disable the 'You are muted while recording' notification when a user is intentionally recording with their microphone muted. As a frequent Zoom recorder, this repetitive alert is unnecessary and disruptive, especially when I am aware of my mute status and choose to record without audio.

 There's some debate as to who's responsible for this fiasco. Zoom blames Apple, but an article I linked to below says that Zoom integrated the "feature." Regardless, I resent this defective "feature" being forced on people by default. Now, every week, I only see ONE of my parents on screen because of this monumentally inept design. It's not just that this feature is mind-bogglingly defective, but that it should never have been activated without user approval. Apple, like any developer, needs to think about users when making design decisions. If you roll out a "feature" and enable it by default, a large number of users will be stuck with it permanently. I am 2500 miles away from my parents, who use Zoom on an iPhone. Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues.  I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android).  After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera.   The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem.  Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg.  While I can se

Is there a way to setup others at your organization to be a host on every meeting you create?  I know you can add co-hosts on single meetings, but for efficiency we are trying to set up co-hosts for all meetings.  Our project managers set up meetings that are hosted by others.  All users have zoom licenses.

i can't see myself on video zoom link ?

I cannot see myself; a virtual image is displayed.My camera works.The "Stop Video" button works and my camera is displayed. The light on my camera is on.  In prior Zoom meetings I could see myself. 

After recent updateusing an iPad. The layout changed. Finding meetings was fine. Finding reoccurring classes or meetings was difficult. I did find them eventually under a new heading called my everyday meetings. The next time I went to start my reoccurring meeting that category was nowhere to be found. Now I’m back to square one. It’s very difficult to negotiate this layout. today for example I needed to copy and paste the meeting code and join the meeting rather than host it. This is ridiculous. when the meeting was finished the original layout appeared, and I found all of the reoccurring meetings at the bottom of my regular meetings. This is very frustrating that it changes so rapidly.Please help. 

Hi, I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed.IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE:- kernel 6.13.4- libcamera 0.4.0I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera.Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important. Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black. Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue? Thanks, Wolfgang
