Zoom App is not launching on my new Dell Windows 11 laptop

The Zoom Desktop App on my new Dell laptop running Windows 11 doesn’t launch. I uninstalled and downloaded zoom app and reinstalled, the zoom version is latest. I cleared Zoom Cache. Issue is not resolved. The Zoom support could not help further and created a ticket. Any tips regarding this will be appreciated.

    Sorry you’re dealing with that. Since you’ve already reinstalled and cleared the cache, you might try running Zoom as Administrator and checking if Windows security or antivirus is blocking the app. Also make sure Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables and graphics drivers are updated, as Zoom sometimes depends on those. Hopefully the support ticket helps, but these steps have fixed launch issues for some users.

    I’m having the same issues on a Dell. The laptop has been updated, Zoom has been uninstalled and reinstalled (it wouldn’t update). Cache cleared. Drivers up-to-date.  Last week, I started having lots of connection issues. I could access zoom on a cell phone and switch to laptop, but now that isn’t working and the camera won’t function at all IF it even connects. Many of my colleagues have had problems this past week, too. I’m very frustrated with zoom!

    SAME issue. And I was giving a presentation tonight to a national audience. It started just a few hours before. I had to use my phone.  Very embarrasing!

    Hi Could you help check whether there is any zoomcrash_* folder under C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\logs or any zoom.dmp under C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps, thanks
