Recently, if I change the date and/or time of a single meeting in a recurring series, when anyone who has previously accepted the meeting accepts the changes, I get the following message:Accepted: XXXX MeetingFrom Google CalendarYou are no longer invited to this eventView updated information on Google Calendar Why is this happening? These invitees appear to still be on the invite list, but then I get questions about whether they were uninvited or if the meeting was cancelled.

I have a paid Zoom account and I am using the desktop application (version 6.3.11) as the host.The issue is that while I can successfully enable Spotlight during the meeting, the recording does not capture the Spotlight view. I have a new 7th generation Surface Laptop and zoom states that it does not support virtual backgrounds (or filters for that matter) on my device.  The specs for my laptop are:Processor Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GB (31.3 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processorPen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points Does anyone know what's up with this?  Am I to assume that zoom backgrounds will not work on my brand new laptop?? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

I haven't changed the settings, but now my shared window appears in a very small size on my recordings. How can I fix that problem so that it remains the same size on my recordings, whether I share my window or not ?

A while back I signed up for a personal Zoom account. I used it mainly for online open mics where musicians perform for other musicians in an open mic fashion. Then I got a job and, of course, they had a work Zoom account for me to use. I'm on Ubuntu 21.10 so I downloaded and installed the zoom client. I get scheduled for Zoom meetings and I click on the link and a browser tab opens and starts the Zoom client. Sometimes I seem to be using my personal account and sometimes I am using my work account. And sometimes I have two zoom icons in my notification area and I am apparently running two different copies of Zoom. It's very confusing. If I log out and stop all zooms and start one up again and click Sign In there's an SSO button there. Assuming that's single sign-on so I click that.  The Zoom window changes to say "Sign in with SSO" and then there is a domain <company name>.zoom.us. When I type in "Zoom" in Duck Duck Go. It brings me to one of my zoom accounts and I am already signed into it. Then when I try to sign off it doesn't let me. I stay signed into this account despite signing out of it.

Hello, I have a zoom business paid account. I am trying to create a meeting in my outlook calendar and assign an alternative host that is someone that has a free zoom account outside of my organization.  Is this possible?  It gives me an error that says that the person is outside of my organization and that I cannot proceed with making them an alternative host.  Any help is appreciated!  Thank you!

Hi, I recently purchased a Mac Mini and an Apple Studio Monitor. Today was the first Zoom session. I have no video at all. Audio is fine. I updated Zoom. Zoom tech messaging requested that permission be established in Apple System Settings > Privacy and Security > Camera setting for Zoom is on. Still no video. Microphone is also ON and performs. No phone support. Video Assistant is unable to understand this sitation, which is disappointing. So this appears to be the only possible support option at this time.  

My meetings are being automatically recorded locally instead of in the cloud, despite the fact that my settings are set to record to the cloud. I have gone to https://us06web.zoom.us/, logged in, chose "settings" on the left sidebar, and clicked into the "recording" tab. Under Automatic Recording, it is toggled ON and "record in the cloud" is selected. I also have the "Host can pause/stop the auto recording in the cloud" box checked, if that makes a difference.  When I start a Zoom meeting, it starts recording automatically.However, when I end the meeting, the recording processes and saves locally. I thought perhaps it was saving locally AND to the cloud, but there's nothing in my Cloud Recordings area.How c

We have pro versionWhen I share my screen to show Adobe Lightroom my participants can see my screen perfectly well, however when I select a tool in Lightroom to show how to edit a photo, the screen goes blank for my participants and a green border appears on my screen around the main part of Lightroom that I am editing Could anyone please advise When I select these tools, they do not open in a new screen, it is part of the Lightroom software I am usingI am not talking about the normal green border when sharing 

If enabled, Zoom displays reminders (notifications) of upcoming Zoom meetings, which is nice. However, Zoom also displays reminders of non-Zoom calendar events from Outlook. (See screenshot of example.) Outlook provides its own reminders. I don't want double reminders of non-Zoom calendar events. How can I turn off the Zoom reminders of non-Zoom Outlook calendar events?

I'm having a strange audio issue. I'm in a meeting where one user has a conference microphone in a room, and occasionally, the sound from the room starts repeating. As in, someone from the room will say "oh wow okay", and immediately after other users will hear "oh wow okay" again, identically, coming from the same room. Weirdly, it's not just the audio that's repeating - we're also seeing the repetition in the transcript: "0 wow, okay, oh wow, okay". It happens with incidental noises in the room as well. As far as we can tell, no other users in the meeting are having this problem when they are speaking. We fixed it once for the room by ending and restarting the Zoom meeting, but now after several restarts, we're still getting this repetition. I'm trying not to call it an "echo" because it's not like the feedback loop you'd get from a speaker getting picked up on a mic in the same room - it's sporadic repeats of words and sounds. Has anyone else

Hi all! For probably a year or so I have had the following problem: After some time of listening to other participants and thus having been silent, when I start speaking there is a delay until my microphone kicks in which means the others do not hear the first few words I say which, needless to say, quickly becomes annoying. It happens across at least three laptops and reinstalling the app does not seem to help, nor does changing the headset I use. Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so, is there a fix? Alex

I attended a Zoom meeting recently and they asked me to type my email in as I was entering the Zoom.How do we get people to do this as they enter our Zoom? And then access these emails after the zoom.I want the emails of those that actually attended. I already have their email to be notified of my zoom, I just want to send a specific email to those that actually attended. 

I'm interested in personalizing the in-meeting announcements or notifications in Zoom. Specifically, I'd like to know if there's a way to customize the content of the pop-up messages that participants receive during a meeting. Has anyone successfully done this, and if so, could you please share the steps or options available for customization? Example: When an employee enables meeting summary, would we be able to edit/add to the message that currently pops up or add an additional pop up message completely customized to our standards?

I have an urgent problem. I have already raised this, but I absolutely need this solved. Windows forced us to switch to Windows 11. The very day I did that, sound started cutting out in Zoom (can't hear anything at all). I know it is Windows 11 because the problem corresponds exactly with the moment I switched. This is a professional risk for me that I cannot afford. I am an interpreter and use Zoom (client's preference) almost on a daily basis. This sound cutting out happens every single time.
