I am the host of the Zoom meetings I am having trouble with.I have brand new a 14" 2021 MacBook Pro with M1 Pro CPU. This computer works OK with Zoom using its own screen, but the Zoom video freezes when I connect it to a TV monitor using HDMI. The other Zoom participants have no difficulty with sound or vision. Audio works both ways for me.Before purchasing this new computer, I have been successfully hosting Zoom meetings using a 13" M1 MacBook Air connected to the TV by HDMI.Can you please help me with this problem.

In the last days there is a female voice announcing when a person is leaving the meeting, when I make somebody co-host and also when a person leaves a message in the chat. How can I disable this disturbing voice?

I have a recurring meeting. This month I changed it from being an anytime meeting to one that starts and ends on a specific day of each month. I could not be at the meeting that took place yesterday on 28 May. Later tonight when I checked my email I saw a message from Zoom that one meeting participant had joined and Zoom was waiting for me to start the meeting. How do I learn if the meeting started - or if it didn't? In previous months, there was no need to start the meeting. Anybody invited could automatically join. Is this no longer the case? Since I, myself, was not free to join I don't know exactly what happened. 

ZoomでMTGを行う際に、画面共有を行うと落ちることが多いです。およそ2回に1回のMTGを使用します。 すべての外部デバイスを外してMTGをすること、サポート記事を参考にCleanZoomで削除後にアプリを削除する方法を改善しました。 また設定から画面共有のハードウェアアクセラレーションの設定をOFFにしたところ、アプリのクラッシュはなくなったのですが、画面上に黒い四角（？）が現れるようだったのでこれでは不便です。何か改善方法はありませんでしょうか？ OSはWindows 11 Pro、デバイスはDELLのノートパソコン、Latitude7340になります。 

My client has a podcast that he records via Zoom, which includes him and a guest. He will record the session and we end up with two separate audio files of the speakers and then one video file which is a gallery view of both speakers. But is there a way to record both speakers individually on full screen?

Hey! I have paid to have additional space to save more cloud recordings. Strangely I can't seem to predict how many files are produced with each recording. Sometimes it's 4 and at other times it's 7. When it's 7, additional higher resolution video files are produced but I don't know how to make that happen every time. Thanks in advance for any wisdom!

I am unable to remove a field when editing transcript in recording. If I wanted to completely remove a field as I believe it is inaccurate, Zoom only allows you to amend it and cannot delete it. It you remove all the words in the field, it gives you an error that says “The field is required”. The only workaround is to add a “.” Please can you give us an option to remove a field completely? thank you

I keep having attendees tell me they're getting canceled notifications, but I'm not cancelling anything. SO I'll delete the zoom, and start over, just for it to happen again. I'm taking everything out of my outlook calendar before I create a new recurring event. Please help!

Hi,for more than one year, I have been using some recurring meetings but for last few days two of them have got disappeared. I tried to find them in web portal thinking that they might have been deleted unintentionally but in vain. I still keep their joining liks and IDs through which I am still able to join them and use. But they are not shown on the main screen of Zoom app. why? where are they hidden?since the Zoom app has updated few days ago, the meeting icon is not found on the main page of Zoom app. So, where are my other scheduled recurring meetings? Regards, Jamia Abi Hurairah 

I went into “a meeting” link that was on my zoom this morning as the host and no attendees were there. I later received emails from two people who had signed up and said “we were in the meeting but it said the host was in another meeting”. I’m cofused as to what went wrong.  I don’t understand why they have a separate link. This is a reacurring meeting and I want to correct this for the future. Thanks for any help someone can provide.

Hi im hosting a meeting in about a week where there's some people who have paid for the whole meeting and some people who have paid for half of the meeting. And I want to know if there's any way I can remove the people that only paid for half the meeting or if I have to close the meeting so only the ones who have paid for the full meeting can join again.

Hello there, I have problems with my zoom acount at the moment. I start a planed meeting as a host and everything is fine (Camera, sound, etc) Soon after I invitet a new Member to the meeting the problem shows up: At first the camera is freezing and then the hole meeting crashes and starts new after a few secons. Then the meeting is fine again for a few minitues and then the problem starts again. I run Zoom on my windows 10 PC, newest update, I tryed all the simple stuff like deinstalation and reinstalation, deleting every other program that would use/confuse the camera maybe.On my Ipad, same account, same meeting these problems are not showing up. Maybe someone can help. Hi, my volume output changes while zooming sometimes. I think when give my monitor free I´m suddenly minimum 20% with a lower volume output. I became only aware of it, cause others members told. How to fix it? Many thanx for your help! kind regards - Thorsten

My Personal Room settings seems to have "Mute participants upon entry" set as a default because every time I turn that option off, it's selected again a few days later. I've been battling this issue for years now and it's just not practical to keep having to go into my Personal Room settings and turn off "Mute participants upon entry" every couple days. Anyone have an idea why this option keeps reverting back to being selected? 

Hello,  If I want to teach a group of 5 people, is Zoom able to have them share all of their screens with me at the same time, but the participants cannot view the other participant's screens? If I want the students to show me what they are working on without me going into different breakout rooms and leaving them alone, I want to supervise them while working, but the other members cannot see what each other is working on.  TIA 

My company is having problems with the participant 'filmstrip' changing to a much smaller size during screen shares for our video recordings even though this area is set to a larger size during the recording and we see it as larger.  We primarily utilize the desktop client on Windows 10 or 11. Our investigations indicate that adjusting the bar that separates the participant area from the screenshare area can help but still doesn't reflect the ratio we see on our screens.  Also, when another participant shares their screen, the participants videos/the strip of videos, resets to a smaller size.  Is there a method to ensure a consistent participant view size throughout the recording, preventing it from shrinking excessively?    

For bi-monthly meetings with 4-6 zoom participants, I am receiving complaints that the Gallery view needs to be fixed - either at the bottom or top - because the in-person guests want to see the zoom participants and vice versa. Also to move the gallery sometimes means it moves off screen and I'm unable to drag it back. These meetings also include PPTs and PDF docs.  Thanks in advance.

Hello!, I am new with Zoom. I bought Zoom One PRO license, and now I would like that another person be able to create meeting too. Because I can't meet with my group always, and I need that someone else do the meetings in my name.  I tried to get information, but I found that zoom is very complecated, have a lot of information, and very little simple explanations. I guess that I need to buy another license of Zoom One Pro, in order to give it to the second person. am I right?. or is there another option?.. Thanks 

I am brand new to Zoom ~ have the basic account.  I need to see who attended a meeting that I was just in (job interview and missed someone's name). Suggestions?

Friends,Our church organization uses Zoom once a week to broadcast Sunday service, we have the Pro Plan.  Up to a couple of years ago once you chose your audio & video settings for the account they stayed that way until you changed them.  The audio setting "Sound For Musicians" works great for us.  We use bells and such and the compression/gating of the noise reduction ruins our sermons unless it's set to "Sound For Musicians''.  Some brainiac at Zoom thought it would be a good idea to require you to have to check that box for "Sound For Musicians" on the screen each time you have a meeting.  Our volunteers are elderly mostly.  Their experience with AV is operating the remote for their tv.  So 90% of the time they forget to check the box. My question is: does the new option to "Create a&nbsp

I have a weekly recurring meeting that I needed to change the day for one occurrence on. I changed it but no notification was sent to the invitees. This seems silly as most meeting software automatically does this. Is this working as intended, is it a bug (feature), or am I missing something? 

I wonder if anyone has had such a horrible experience as this. I was recently on a zoom meeting and a disgusting zoom bomber came on, I was knocked off the meeting, and somehow he came back into the meeting using my name, so I am locked out of zoom. I'm a licensed psychotherapist using zoom to see my clients, so this is really a problem. I have submitted a report and an appeal to zoom and so far heard nothing back. The Zoom 5.11.3 is one of the most complicated Zoom versions I have experience.  The workspace is not user friendly.   The tools level is hard to understand.  Last night I was trying to record my meeting which is formally as one of the easiest tasks to perform in Zoom.  I continued to click on the "Record to this computer" and this version of Zoom never began the recording.  Is there a way for me to return to the previous version of Zoom with this "Work space" version.  This version is horrible.
