We have been using Zoom Meetings for a while and we recently upgraded our audio to include the Audio Conferencing Plan. After looking at the US based numbers we realized we didn't see any US Toll Free Numbers. There are 5 US Toll numbers to choose from, but no Toll Free numbers. There are Toll Free Numbers for Lebanon and the United Kingdom, but not the US. Does anyone one know if it is offered for the US?

Not sure if i chose the right "location" for this post, but im trying to figure out a way my customers can send me a zoom clip or screen recording of what they are looking at.   I have an ecommerce membership site and want to put a button in there that says "record your sceen". From what i can tell there are lots of zendesk integrations for this but just wondering if zoom can do it on its own. Like can i pay for a zoom plan upgrade and get a customer support portal?    

Our users wil join a meeting, and zoom will use the the montior's HDMI connection to run the audio output, even through the system default uses the external speakers on the PC.  Is there a way to force zoom to use the default, for all the users on the system?

Is there a time limit for cloud recordings for long meetings. Ours seems to end at 90 min even though the meeting is still going on.

Hi there, I found it is extremely laggy on the audience side when share screen with my iPad Pro (M2). It is unlikely to be an issue related to the Wi-Fi speed, as there is no problem when share with my laptop or phone. I wonder what the problem might be and how to solve it (high resolution or refresh rate or something???). It's really annoying.

I have encountered an issue with a participant joining via Zoom app on android.We need to watch them complete a task while sharing their screen.However, when asked to share their screen, the participant only had one option to share (whiteboard) - there were no other options.Host permissions had been allowed for participants to be able to share their screens.Any ideas what could be causing it? 

I have the Zoom 1 Pro license. Can I change my Meeting ID to a custom link? I don't see it in my Profile setting below the Meeting ID. Am I looking in the wrong place, or do I not have the right plan?

Under zoom.us/recording/management   There's no option to delete cloud recordings made 2 years ago under my account. It is fully greyed out. My account has fluctuated between the pro and basic plans since, so these recordings should have already been automatically deleted.   I checked user roles and I am the workspace and account owner with full privileges.I just subscribed to Zoom and paid $15.99 to record a podcast. Zoom is forcing me to upgrade for $10 to upgrade my cloud recording storage to 30GB while preventing me from deleting previous recordings. I notice that others have had this issue. Meanwhile I cannot contact a real person to offer support.   Please may someone from the team reach out to me and get this fixed as soon as possible?I'm also Facebook friends with Zoom's founder and CEO but I don't want to was

I have receiving the error=1 in Android Zoom SDK. I have integrated with the help of this GITHUB link - https://github.com/zoom/zoom-sdk-android?tab=readme-ov-file I have changed target SDK 33 to 34 and new changes in gradle. In 33 SDK and gradle all is working fine and the user can also join the meeting. But this same flow is not working in 34 SDK. I have received Error_code=1 I have researched many sites and AI and I found mobilertc.aar and commonlylib this two file I need new file which is support in SDK34 and grandle. FYI - Old .aar and commonlylib are not worked and app has been crashed.Thanks, Pankaj 

When doing a screen share and joining with audio clients can hear me but i cannot hear them. this is a persistent issue. I ensure that i am unmuted as well as the client and volumes are turned up. Help Please!!

We have an associated, verified domain.  We're interesting in consolidating all of the users that are using an email with our domain to our corporate account.  However, the  "View User Summary" link only tells us the overall number of people that would be impacted by this.  Is there a way to get the specific accounts that would be prompted to consolidate, and if any of them are paid accounts?

Zoom refused to accept this password for my login and gives an illogical error for it.  Why is that?   /aQ1@#$%0% I used it successfully with my original user name for my account for many years, and Zoom never complained, but recently I had to change the login user name for my account and tried to use this same passwordbut this time the system gave an illogical message as a reason why it would not accept it as a password Please tell me what password rule is violated by this password:  /aQ1@#$%0% , or perhaps there is a programming error in Zoom? Thanks Thanks

Currently when I create a meeting, the default setting is to have the meeting run for 30 minutes. The vast majority of meetings I book are 1 hour in duration, so I have to adjust this every time I set a new meeting. How do I change it so that the meetings will be 1 hour be default? (i.e. a meeting that starts at 10 am will end at 11 am by default, instead of 10:30 am, as it does now)

Hi All, I am Emmanuel Katto. I'm using Zoom for virtual meetings with a team, and we often have multiple audio devices connected to our computers. Is there a way to limit the audio input to a specific device, such as a headset or a microphone, instead of picking up audio from multiple devices? We have a team lead who uses a USB headset for audio input, but sometimes other team members' microphones start picking up their voices and it causes echo or feedback. Any Idea how to resolve this issue? Thanks!Emmanuel Katto

Hello and I've watched the screen sharing video a few times now.  My question is what to do if the iPhone/ipad choice doesn't show up on the menu to chose what screen you would like to share?  The iPad is plugged into my laptop and the only option I get is to share my desk top.  How do you get the cable option to show up?  Thank you.

I noticed that recently the video- and audio recordings are slower in speed than the original meeting. This makes my voice sound deeper and slower. It is not natural and a big problem, as I am sharing the recordings with clients. Since there is no customer service contact with Zoom, I landed here. Has anybody experienced the same issue and can help me?

Hello everyone,I am facing an issue with transmitting audio through the newest Zoom Version from my Line-In input on my Windows 10 PC. While other audio sources, such as playing a video file via VLC, are being transmitted without any problems, the audio from my Line-In input is not being picked up by Zoom.Here's what I have tried so far:Zoom Audio Settings:Selected the correct input source in Zoom settings.Enabled "Original Sound for Musicians and other professional audio sources."Windows Sound Settings:Made sure Line-In is selected as the default recording device.Checked the volume levels and ensured the input is not muted.This issue started occurring after a recent reinstallation of Zoom. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?Thanks in advance for your help!

Zoom support is a fail. I have put in two tickets about this and support doesn't respond for a month. Then they finally do, but it doesn't email me a notification so that I know. What in the world?I was invited to a recurring meeting by a 3rd party. It shows up in my iCloud calendar the 2nd Tues of every month. If I hit Decline to get rid of it, Outlook pops up an error message: Unknown Error.I can't for the life of me get rid of this. The 3rd party says they have no mtg on their end. How can I rid my calendar of this?

Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue while playing background music through Zoom meetings on my MacBook. When I share my computer audio and play music from Spotify, there's a noticeable delay between the audio from my MacBook's speakers and the speakers in our conference room. Is it because my macbook is within close vicinity to the conference room speaker? I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered similar issues and if there's an understanding of why this happens? I've tried adjusting settings and testing different configurations, but haven't found a solution yet. If anyone has insights into why this delay occurs or suggestions on how to minimize it, I would greatly appreciate your input. I am just curious, how can I shorten a link that takes up a wall during a zoom call? As if, I copy a link from, lets say Youtube, and it fills the screen...  Is there a way to shorten it, as if other websites, and discord can do? 🤔 🤔

Does anyone know how to how to designate an alternative host in an all ready scheduled meeting, please?  I've searched and haven't found anything except for how to do it when you're scheduling the meeting.

Zoom Version 6.6.1MacBook Pro M1 Pro w 16GB Ram 1 TB SSDRunning Sonoma 14.1 When I have a meeting (usually just 1 or 2 people) and I share video on Quicktime Player, if the video is playing at 1 hr and 25 mins then Zoom locks up like clockwork every time.  I can't even quit Zoom.  The video being shared stops. The video for my meeting participants stops. The audio for participants is still active but I get a big rotating colored ball on my screen and can't do anything except restart my computer.  It's been happening for months but I can't utilize Zoom anymore if this is going to keep happening. Also, I have a Pro account. I am allowed to submit support tickets.  There is no link that I can find to submit a ticket anywhere.  Why is an important link like this hidden?  Could someone direct me to where I can find the support ticket submission. I have enough ram. I only am running Z

My settings for meetings are not being applied/saved.I keep having to add my preferred settings every meeting I have set in Google Calendar.Why doesn't Zoom just Fix the problem with an update?This is a bug because I know many people who are paying like myself having the dame issue.This is a huge issue which seems to force the Pro Tier for support.
