I have a weekly recurring meeting that I want the waiting room enabled for. I don't want the rest of my meetings to have a waiting room enabled. However, the only thing I know how to do from the Zoom support article is enable waiting rooms for all meetings. Then, when I go into the individual meeting's settings, the checkbox is greyed out, i.e., I cannot edit it. This is so frustrating as I used to be able to choose which meetings had waiting rooms or not--it wasn't an account-level setting but rather an individual meeting setting. Can anyone help? Every time I set up a new  Zoom meeting I get a message in my e-mail inbox saying that the meeting has been deleted.  This just started happening recently.  What is causing this and how do I fix it?

I'm watching a previously recorded video through my web browser and playback immediately is paused when resumed. This happens whenever I click on a transcript or seek forward in time. E.g., I click on a transcript with a timestamp of 0:33 or skip forward 46 seconds, I press play and then playback is instantly paused. Does anyone have experience with this? Trying a different browser didn't solve it.

Hello, I want to set up so that all participants (including myself as host) will be able to join the meeting with camera and microphone always on upon entering the meeting. Is this possible?  

I did an important interview on Sunday.  I just discovered it has been automatically deleted. Can I recover this important interview?

I've got an interview today.  They have sent me a zoom link.  I have to have a virtual background bc I live in a small apartment.  While I've opened a zoom account and put a virtual background on. Will this background come on when I hit the link for the interview?  I was told to only hit the link when I'm ready to start the interview so I will have no time to hit the filter button prior for that call. I need to know now so I can start moving furniture to have a blank wall  Thank you

I have not been able to join Zoom Meetings for 2 weeks.  I'm getting "Unable to Connect: Check to make sure you are connected to a stable network that is not blocked by a firewall or proxy."  Error Code 5003.  I've tried a number of proposed solutions including uninstall/re-install Zoom.  Can anyone help?

I have been trying for months to get Zoom to recognize my Rode mic.  To no avail.  Online support is useless.  No luck with Youtube videos.  Anyone got any suggestions?

When testing my meeting the poll came up without the radial button for the participant to click on 

Our CEO has several recurring meetings as well as other meetings that are not showing up in his Zoom account. I've checked and confirmed that the add-on "Zoom for Google Workspace" is active in his account. All the meetings show up in Google Calendar, but do not show up in his Zoom app. Adjustments need to be made to events and the CEO is unable to make any changes. CEO is using a mac running macOS Sonoma (up-to-date)Version: 6.1.0 (35886)No error codes.I see there are several discussions already started here in the forums regarding similar situations. I'd appreciate some support.Thanks.

I have done many steps that I found online about sharing my screen on my HP laptop,  but nothing works. I am the only HOST and cannot share my screen. I use ZOOM daily and cannot share. I have the SHARE button on the bottom of my screen. When a participant enters, a message pops up "You are restricted in sharing in this meeting." My participants can share. I downloaded a new version of Zoom to no avail.  Please help! Thank you!

Hello, I stopped recording at the beginning of the call then started a second recording once the call started properly. I only see the initial recording, which was 7 seconds and, even though I then clicked record again there is no audio or visual of the remaining 1 hour of the call.  please help!

Hi I have a zoom pro plan and it is getting untenable.  The picture lags and freezes and is just awful.I have checked my internet upload and download speeds and they are fine.  I have loads of space on my computer.  It is frustrating me that I don't know what is causing this, and I am paying for a service that is rubbish.  I am now looking for an alternative as I don't want to upgrade my zoom package and it still be c*ap.   Has anyone else had the same problem?  If so did you fix it or leave?

I have a laptop with an i7 processor and I can't change the backgrounds.  I'm using the desktop version because since July 10th, the APP version doesn't work on my laptop.  Everyone says to click your photo in the upper right to see "settings" but I don't have that option when I click my photo.  I've heard of others users with the same issue but so far there's no posted solution.  Is anyone able to help?   This all started near July 10th and it's still not working. Please help! 

Hi Zoom Community Can I record a 4 hour meeting/workshop to the cloud with my Zoom Workplace Pro account? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I currently have 5GB of storage a month - any advice you can give me would be great! Thanks Hayley

We upgraded our account on Jul 26 to accommodate 500 participants in a meeting we held today.  However, when we reached 100 participants could no longer join.  What did we do wrong?

Hello ZOOM Community.  I am needing help on creating breakout rooms while already in a breakout room.  Example...I have created 3 breakout rooms for different employee roles, then I want to breakout those rooms into even smaller rooms for discussion.  And these rooms will  open at different times during the meeting.  Any suggestions?

I am trying to share my iPad screen in a Zoom meeting on my laptop.  I click on the 'double-screen' on my iPad and find the Zoom link, but it times out and displays a message that says "AirPlay - Unable to connect....".  I've updated to the latest Zoom version on all devices, tried it using my iPhone instead, but still get the same message.  I have also powered down and restarted all devices.  Need help to figure out how to get past this issue.  TIA!

Hi, I am using the desktop app on my MAC desktop. I am able to use the invitation link to enter the meeting. I am able to join the waiting room. When the host starts the meeting I am able to see and hear the gallery. I can see my video in the gallery but my audio is muted even though I have it set to not be muted when I enter a meeting  I am then unable to click on anything- audio, video, chat, etc. I can’t even close the window. All freezes but I can still view and hear everyone else in the meeting . I have reinstalled the app but that didn’t help. I am enrolled in a class and this is causing huge problems. Any suggestions? Thx so much. 

Hello team !!! I faced an issue with presentation (share desktop) by Cisco products (SX80, Jabber). I start the Zoom Meeting, to Zoom meeting connected 1,2_PC with Zoom Workplace app and connected 3_Jabber client over SIP Cloud Room Connector.1st step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber don't see the shared desktop.2nd step, 3_Jabber client share the own desktop, 1,2 PC see the 3_Jabber shared desktop.3rd step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber see the shared desktop.4rd step, 3_Jabber exit from Zoom meeting and join again, there is no visibility share/shared desktop to/from 3_Jabber client, until make 1-3 steps. What could be the problem, has anyone encountered such a problem ? 

When using multiple screen shares, the latest share always comes to the fore. How can I prevent this so that the same views are always visible and this does not change? Is there any setting I have to set?

Hello, after updating to Windows 11, my Zoom client won't launch or rather won't operate. According to my task manager, the client is started but I can't start/participate in a meeting nor see the app.I have already tried reinstalling the app and deleting the browser plugin.Is there anyone who knows this problem and may be able to help?Thank you very much in advance.

Hi guys! I've been having an isssue with Zoom on Windows 11. It only starts just after the install but once i exit it, it never wants to start again. I tried everything, running it as an administrator, various fixes i found on the internet but nothing seems to make it work. Also i found out, that it works perfectly fine on the administrator account on the same computer. The only way to use it is to uninstall and reinstall it every time i need it, which is getting kinda annoying. Hope someone had a similar problem and knows how to fix it 🙂

Since the update to workspace, now when I'm on a zoom call and there is music being played by the host, zoom muffles the sound completely, however I can hear voices when poeple speak. Also strange when I do test my speaker once joined the zoom call - the sound is just almost a 'thud' or plays half the little zoom ring tone then almost completely mutes it. I've tried using speakers, headphones and trying all the audio settings on zoom with all the different noise cancellation settings to no avail.  It seems to be a zoom problem, I have no issues listening to any music etc on any program on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
