Hi, I am using the desktop app on my MAC desktop. I am able to use the invitation link to enter the meeting. I am able to join the waiting room. When the host starts the meeting I am able to see and hear the gallery. I can see my video in the gallery but my audio is muted even though I have it set to not be muted when I enter a meeting  I am then unable to click on anything- audio, video, chat, etc. I can’t even close the window. All freezes but I can still view and hear everyone else in the meeting . I have reinstalled the app but that didn’t help. I am enrolled in a class and this is causing huge problems. Any suggestions? Thx so much. 

Hello team !!! I faced an issue with presentation (share desktop) by Cisco products (SX80, Jabber). I start the Zoom Meeting, to Zoom meeting connected 1,2_PC with Zoom Workplace app and connected 3_Jabber client over SIP Cloud Room Connector.1st step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber don't see the shared desktop.2nd step, 3_Jabber client share the own desktop, 1,2 PC see the 3_Jabber shared desktop.3rd step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber see the shared desktop.4rd step, 3_Jabber exit from Zoom meeting and join again, there is no visibility share/shared desktop to/from 3_Jabber client, until make 1-3 steps. What could be the problem, has anyone encountered such a problem ? 

When using multiple screen shares, the latest share always comes to the fore. How can I prevent this so that the same views are always visible and this does not change? Is there any setting I have to set?

Hello, after updating to Windows 11, my Zoom client won't launch or rather won't operate. According to my task manager, the client is started but I can't start/participate in a meeting nor see the app.I have already tried reinstalling the app and deleting the browser plugin.Is there anyone who knows this problem and may be able to help?Thank you very much in advance.

Hi guys! I've been having an isssue with Zoom on Windows 11. It only starts just after the install but once i exit it, it never wants to start again. I tried everything, running it as an administrator, various fixes i found on the internet but nothing seems to make it work. Also i found out, that it works perfectly fine on the administrator account on the same computer. The only way to use it is to uninstall and reinstall it every time i need it, which is getting kinda annoying. Hope someone had a similar problem and knows how to fix it 🙂

Since the update to workspace, now when I'm on a zoom call and there is music being played by the host, zoom muffles the sound completely, however I can hear voices when poeple speak. Also strange when I do test my speaker once joined the zoom call - the sound is just almost a 'thud' or plays half the little zoom ring tone then almost completely mutes it. I've tried using speakers, headphones and trying all the audio settings on zoom with all the different noise cancellation settings to no avail.  It seems to be a zoom problem, I have no issues listening to any music etc on any program on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

I am running Version: 5.17.11 (31580).  I used to be able to go to MORE and SAVE the chat manually.  Now there is NO LONGER a SAVE under MORE.  What happenned?I would also like to have an AUTO-SAVE the chat for me, the client.Also, I want to add comments to the CHAT stream without it being sent anywhere in order to add my own explanation of what the HOST is putting in the CHAT.

Hi! I use zoom for my language class online. A great feature was that I could keep the chat open on the side, which the teacher uses to write sentences down, while also still seeing the face of the teacher. Now, with the latest update (version 6.1.0), I can no longer keep the chat on the side. Instead, the chat window opens in front of everyone’s faces, blocking their view. I have to dismiss the chat in order to see the teacher and my classmates. I am really not happy with this update. Also, when I use stage manager, if the presenter is sharing their screen, at any window size that isn’t full screen, it hides the view of the group/teacher. I also can not choose to manually zoom in to see the content on the screen anymore if the text is tiny. It really feels like the latest update has bricked a lot of the experience for iPad users, and I am wondering if others feel the same. I would like these features that were native in the old version to be re

I have recurring meetings set up to record to the cloud.  That is working well, but it is always recording the active speaker view and that is not always the prettiest.  Could someone tell me how to change to gallery view on these meetings that are automatically recorded to cloud?

Hi,I really hope someone can help me!I have been having audio problems on zoom, although I use maximum volume the audio is still really quiet.Having tried what I feel is everything suggested I upgraded to the latest version of zoom 'Zoom Workplace'  and it is worse!  The audio is now clipped and I can hear nothing clearly.  Zoom participants can hear me fine.I'd be really grateful for some help.  Thank you.

This morning, I updated to V6.1.6 (on Windows machine running current version of Windows). After about 20 minutes, Zoom started continuously restarting with an uptime of around 30 seconds. Switched the host to another machine connected to the same router but not updated, and the connection was stable, with no latency during a 10 minute conversation. While the restarts were happening, other participants on machines that had not been updated continued as normal. After that meeting, I started the client to do some testing, noticed that both the Join and Share buttons were greyed out. Another other reports of issues with this upgrade, please? Restarting Windows to see if there is anything there that might be causing this.

Is it possible to keep the gallery "fixed" on the screen so all participants can see each other?  Sometimes, it disappears behind documents, etc. I've tried lengthening and widening it but want it to remain fixed.  Thanks.

Has anyone else noticed that your screen is blinking or blipping in and out during meetings? It seems to keep happening while I'm on screen. I have updated to the most recent version of Zoom.  What happens is my screen freezes for a second, then the screen disappears and reappears, like it's lagging somehow.If anyone has ideas or a solution, I would appreciate it.

I have noticed that invitations to scheduled meetings in Buenos Aires often include a reference to "Georgetown."For example, the meeting invitation displays:"Time: Jul 31, 2024 10:00 AM Buenos Aires, Georgetown."Not only do Georgetown and Buenos Aires not share the same time zone, but Georgetown is also not a common reference point in Latin America. This reference leads to confusion as many people wonder what Georgetown means after Buenos Aires.This issue has been persistent for many years, as I have frequently noticed that invitations scheduled in Buenos Aires include this reference to Georgetown.

At a recent meeting I normally host, a guest had some docs to share separate from the docs I was sharing.  This was last minute.  The guest took control as host or just posted some docs (I don't know how or which), showed the docs from the laptop the guest brought.  Once the docs were shown -- the meeting was still going on -- i tried to share my own docs to the assembled in person and zoom guests.  The entire polycom screen turned blue and although we could hear the zoom attendees, for the next several hours the meeting ran, with the gallery and my docs on the guests laptop and NOT on the full screen for the in person attendees.  Therefore at the meeting's conclusion, no one in the meeting room saw the docs.  They also complained of sound issues.  What happened?  I think I know but need clarification.  Thanks.

Hello - I've been trying to upload video to the Zoom Waiting Room for several weeks now, and have tried everything.  My video is the right type and the right size.  I can upload it, but when I click Save the system tells me "Video Upload Failed".  I have tried multiple different videos (all the right type and size).  I have the latest and updated version of Zoom.  I have logged out and back in.  I have turned off the Waiting Room and turned it back on (in conjunction with logging in and out).  Any other ideas?  Thanks!

On the desktop app and web app: I can still see the recurring meetings I created myself, but a recurring meeting, that was created by another user, has disappeared. I can still see it in my android app though. Why and how can I change this? I need to be able to access this meeting regularly.

I've encountered a problem with Zoom Version: 6.1.6 (37851) on my MacBook Air M1: during a meeting, after giving Zoom permission to 'Screen & System Audio Recording', I'm prompted to restart Zoom, which I do as expected. However, Zoom doesn't relaunch by itself, even though I understand that it should – when I grant the same permission outside of a meeting, Zoom automatically restarts. Once, when replicating this behavior, I got a "The application "zoom.us" is not open anymore" message from finder. In terms of troubleshooting, I've tried to reinstall zoom several times, but to no avail. No crash reports were generated by zoom.Here, I'm attaching a link to my video with this behavior. 

When I am in a meeting and get a phone call, if I answer the meeting gets disconnected. How can I fix this?

We are switching over to Acuity scheduling and have changed over to zoom meetings to integrate properly. We would love to use the feedback survey option available at the end of the zoom meeting but I can't seem to figure out how to automatically do that when the meeting is booked through Acuity. Any ideas on how to do this or if it is even possible?

I noticed there is a new format for scheduling a Zoom meeting.   I used to be able to put the date and time in the initial screen and then it would take me to a second screen to put in the invitee email addresses.     The new format requires you to input invitee addresses on the initial screen but it doesn't seem to have all the previous email addresses stored.   It is very frustrating.  Maybe I am doing something wrong.   The new format seems to have started about a month ago.  Can someone give me some pointers?   Thanks, Rob

Hello, long time Zoom user across many companies. I know that I can control notifications of joiners / leavers in my meetings. However, I would really like to have this setting at my account profile level for all meetings I join regardless of whether the host has it enabled or not. I personally like to have notifications of joiners because I'm not always looking at the zoom window during the meeting. In some cases, I need to know that a new person has joined as many times joiners do not introduce themselves if someone else is talking. Thanks

I held an event that required registration. I would like to download a list of those who actually attended, including the data from the custom questions that they entered upon their registration. I can't find a way to do this. The standard Participants report is only a list of names and email addresses, without the info provided by registrants. There is also the option for download the registrants list but I need the participants/attendees list with the info that the participants provided through their registration. Could you help?
