I'd like to know how many separate participants a host can pin to separate screens. For example, if I have a quad card, can I pin 4 individual participants to the 4 individual screens? Thank you

How long does a conference last from a Basiv account in Ukraine? A few months ago, it was more than 40 minutes.

Every single time, I have to say no, I do not want audio. I am deaf, and it is very, very annoying. Every single meeting I go to, pop up the "you want to turn on audio", every time someone spotlight me, pop up the "you want to turn on audio" and whenever I want to record the meeting, pop up the "you want to turn on the audio." NO I DO NOT WANT! We can see each other fine in sign language and I just want to be at peace without the audism.

Hello All,  I am trying to change our teams video settings so that the ones who need to are recording at HD. I found the article that shows me where to go and the options I should have. I am not finding these options. I am using the Zoom app on an android 11 phone. When I schedule a meeting and want to send an invite, there's no way to copy a link. I'm in Meeting Details and I click "Invite" and I see "Share". There are some random contact along the  top row and along the bottom are probably 25 apps from my phone that have nothing to do with Zoom or inviting people to a meeting. THERES NOTHING THAT SAYS "COPY LINK". It's crazy. When I click the Chrome icon, it's a complete mess requesting me to sign into my account but not accepting my valid password (which  is what I used to log in here on my computer.) The Zoom app is updated and this problem has persisted for months to the point where I don't even bother using Zoom on my phone. Anyone have any ideas?

This is an old machine, circa 2011, I believe, an A1311, 8EMC 2428, iMac 12,1 running Mountain Lion OS X 10.8I go to zoom.us/download, select Mac, and click on the "here" for Apple Silicon; When click there to download, I get a confirmation popup, confirm it that I wish to download, then it immediately says it cannot install to this machine. Is there a directory for backlevel version of Zoom?

Hi!in the past few years i've been teaching English as a private tutor for a couple of children. While screen sharing the "remote control" access for my students has been a key element to allow more interaction for them while being able to click on my screen to play games and so.However, since the last update I can't seem to find that option anywhere. Could somebody please tell me how to find this feature while screen sharing? It only gives me the option to give control during slides presentation, but it doesn't work either when he have tried using Powerpoint. Thank you.

I have an acquaintance who has an iPhone 12 running system 17.51.She has meetings with a "coach", and Zoom works fine on her computer, and it used to work fine on her iPhone until about a couple of months ago.Now, when she's in the waiting room, and her coach tries to let her into the meeting, the connection "gets lost."  She isn't being told "Goodbye" and that she's being logged out, she just seems to lose the connection.Anyone have any info on this issue?Thanks for any help!  

i use windows magnifier as i’m off the charts shorts sighted. Usually when in a meeting and share my screen (usually a video) the other person sees the video normal size. i use 2 monitors and have VLC playing one. Sometimes for some reason the other person sees the video zoomed in like i do. I made sure i selected share application . Why does this happen and only sometimes ?

Recently I have been unable to log into my Zoom account directly using my Windows PC to start or join Zoom meetings. When I try to log in I get an error message saying:-"Your app version needs to be 5.11.4 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app." I am a private user so I don't have an IT team to contact. (I am the IT team and the user 😁)I am however able to log into my account using the Zoom app my Samsung phone and also using the Zoom app on my Apple iPad. I have tried downloading the latest version of Zoom to my PC but it does not address the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions? 

Hi there, I have my zoom work perfectly on my laptop. However, when I log into VMWare and start zoom on the virtual desktop (VD), my video is very pixelated and the virtual background is disabled. I've already tried to - Update Zoom on both my laptop and on VD to be the latest versionLog in to Zoom account on both laptop and VDDouble check the settings on the zoom account to enable virtual backgroundRestart laptop, VD, Zoom a couple timesBut it still doesn't work for me. Any advice here?  

As a participant in a call, when I use interpretation I listen to the original audio at the same volume as the interpreter. Normally the original audio is at the back and the interpreter is louder

Good afternoon, everybody ! I am a teacher and I have many online classes on ZOOM. I usually use the app on my computer, but recently I've bought a Samsung Galaxy S9 Ultra tablet to work when I am not a home. However, I am very disappointed with the functionalities of the ZOOM Android app. Is it normal that it is only a simplified version of the computer app ? I can't select one window to share, there's no chat window (it takes the whole screen and I can't see my students while writing a message...) among other limitations. Is there a way I can have the same functionalities and experience on the tablet as the one I have on the computer ? If the answer is no, I am afraid I'll have to leave ZOOM and use some other meeting app. I am really worried about this, many of my students have already complained. It is not normal to pay for a product and do not be able to use it as needed.Many thanks for you help,All best

I have been sent an email to my hotmail account but am unable to RSVP.  Others who have received the same email are able to RSVP but there is no option for me.

We recently reported an issue where someone came into a waiting room for an invite only meeting. When we declined their admittance Zoom pushed us to a reporting tool. The reporting tool then sent us an email with a link to confirm the report but the link doesn't work. Confirm the Report When we click on the link we get an error message: "Looks like you can't access this page right now" (200). We've tried it across multiple days.This was using a Windows 10 machine, in Chrome, Zoom One Pro account

This issue has been resolved! The Zoom Engineers recognized the flaw and restored the original recording. Although the time still shows incorrectly, when you play the recording the entire original plays back. 😀   Update from Zoom! I have an enterprise account and my employer. I'm on a Mac but the newest build of Zoom refuses to take me thru the SSO process to login.    Previously at login, I clicked on the SSO button and it took me to the employers portal I signed in, and then the Outlook widget set Zoom mtgs on my calendar.   As of last week, the SSO button does nothing but login me in under my corporate email to a FREE ACCOUNT, with 40 min limit. This is a ZOOM BUG, please fix!

So as the title suggests, the AI Companion is generating meeting summaries for all of the meetings that I schedule through my zoom app or portal, however it doesn't generate for meetings that are scheduled through my calendly links. I've looked through settings on both Zoom and Calendly and don't see any that seem amiss. Thoughts?  

I rely on captions to understand what's being discussed in meetings. Right now, if I try to dock both the chat window and the full-transcript window, one overrides the other, and I end up keeping one of them windowed to see them both. Is there any way to dock both windows on the same column so one can see the closed caption transcript and be active in the chat? If not, is there a way to set windowed features to always first/ in front? It's a pain trying to fish through windows to re-locate these, but maybe these functions already exist and I'm just unaware of it. Thanks in advance

Despite the fact that the active speaker mode was enabled, the conference was held and recorded in the 2-window mode!We paid for a subscription so that the functions would work efficiently and record video for an international project, where the speaker mode and close-up of the speaker are an important condition!!!Fix the problem and make it possible to test the display modes so that the organizer could see what is being recorded in reality, and not after the fact, when it is IMPOSSIBLE to configure and change anything!!!

I have Automatic recording"Record meetings automatically as they start" set to the off position but it still automatically starts recording every meeting. Please fix. I do not want the recording to automatically start. Thanks

I can see all of my previous meetings on the Previous Meetings list page from December 2023 through March 2024, however, I don't see the several previous meetings now from May and June 2024. Anybody know I can retrieve them?

Hello Team ! I need to collect email addresses from people at my zoom meeting (not webinar).Here is my problem : we can collect @ but users need to fulfill a form (firstname/lastname/@) then receive the final link of meeting 5 min later.This is a problem, I would need people to give me natively this (like with webinar) and get into our meeting directly. The long form + email process is KILLING the flow we try to set up.Any ideas for how we could fix it ? Thank you !
