Help! I've set up a meeting and registration is required. I register a person and now it keeps that person's information in the fields when anyone else gets the link to register so now we have multiple registrations with this person. How do you clear this up.

I have a  zoom account that I use for a variety of different meetings outside of my work email.  I just got an email 20 minutes ago saying that account is now suspended....No warning just straight up suspension????  I'm not even sure what I did, it was so vague.... "Hello,We've detected an issue with your Zoom account that violates the Sensitive Content section of Zoom's Acceptable Use Guidelines. For this reason, this user has been suspended.If you wish to dispute this decision, you may submit an appeal.Regards,Zoom Trust and Safety"

Zoom keeps freezing, and basically not working on continuity camera since latest OS update, I have the latest Zoom update on Mac Desktop.  The camera will keep cutting out zooming in and out and freezing. When I serve as host for a meeting in my Pro account, and run the Zoom app on Linux or Windows 10P, I am unable to turn video on or off for participants in the participants window. When I move my cursor over a participant's video icon, the icon is obscured by a "Mute" bubble. The bubble blocks any attempt to turn the participant's video on or off, all I can do it turn the participant's microphone on or off. I see this problem in the latest version of Zoom running on Windows 10 and on Linux Mint 22. 

Hi, Can anyone help? I can't seem to play a YT video via my zoom. I can hear it but no one else can! I like to play background music but for some reason it won't work. Any support would be much appreciated.  Thanks MJ

When I log in to my Zoom account and click "Meetings" or "Webinars," the events I created do not show up in the right-hand pane. I only get blank pages. This started approximately August 18, 2024. If I use Google Chrome, events show when I select these menu items.

Can someone tell me how to add specific dates of meetings to include on the invitations?

I have a Calendly meeting type that I want to attach Zoom to so they will not have to receive another email for the zoom link. How can I do that for a meeting that is reoccurring and may a different date or time?

I am a speech therapist and I just attempted to register for Zoom for Healthcare. My confirmation said that I have Zoom Workplace Pro. Is this considered the same thing? Also, It said that I need to establish a BBA agreement to enable HIPPA compliance which I need. I looked this up and was given the option to click "Subscribe". Is there more to do to establish this agreement?

If I schedule a meeting through zoom itself, it uses my (correct) work email. But if I schedule a meeting through Google calendar and then select Zoom for video conferencing, the host shows as my (incorrect) personal email. I can't seem to figure out how to fix this?? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the zoom add-on and that didn't help. It has to be a setting in my Google Suite but I can't figure out where.

Since the new year, gallery pictures have become tiny.  I was just on a call with 6 people.  Each gallery picture was 25% the normal size.  This was not happening to the other participants.  I am not the host. How do I correct this on my Windows ?

We held a member-wide training session that required registration. A meeting message was sent out to registrants about the meeting. After this, our committee scheduled a recurring committee meeting. The meeting notice was sent to all registrants from the member-wide event, causing confusion.  Is there a particular setting that sends these notices out? I want to ensure that our committee meetings are only sent to specific people and not the entire membership. Conversely, when it is a training, I want to send it to all members. Help!

I've recently install Zoom on a MacBook. But my Schedule button is inactive, my profile is not loading fully, and my previously scheduled meetings not showing up.I tried installing, uninstall and reinstalling, restarting, still the same. I tried the installer for Mac with the Download button on the website, and also the link for Apple Silicon.My privacy settings look OK, mic, camera, accessibility are set for Zoom. My previous Mac is working well.

I have a MS Teams room (Pro)  in a Logitech Rally Bar.  working perfectly, with MS Team internal and external.  I'm wondering if i can receive invite from Zoom Regular (free) account to this room?   I did enable the feature from guest to receive from Zoom and Webex in the BAR settings. The Bar is running OS Android. Thanks 

When I record a zoom (webinar type), through live chat, I send the payment links. However, the chat cannot be seen in the zoom recording whn i share the link with my clients. Please I tried everything and have this problem a long time ago, I already saw similar messages in this page... 

I have had a paid subscription (pro plan) for several years and for some reason the last two days I have received a message that pops up on my screen when I'm in the middle of a zoom call that my call is going to terminate in 10 minutes... for a total of a 40 minute call (just as if I were a "free" account holder) ... not sure why this began happening but need some help... I should not be receiving these messages and having my calls terminated....

When I try to open my app on my windows computer it says I need to update the app.  I downloaded the app, and when I tried to install the update it asked me for my password.  When I entered the password it said I needed to update the app.  How to proceed?

How do I make sure that all participants in my private meeting always get the right to share the screen when they join?

Ever since Zoom issued an upgrade to Zoom workplace recently, I've been unable to connect to Zoom meetings.  I received error message that ARM chip processor will be required and instead of connecting my tablet Zoom crashes.  It worked fine prior to this upgrade.   My tablet is Lenovo YB1-X90F which uses Intel Atom based on x 86 architecture.   How can Zoom introduce an upgrade, without notice,  which no longer works unless your device has ARM chip processor.Are there any solutions?
