not able to connect on Zoom

In Zoom meeting
From Participant's account, he/she  clicked  "Join Session" or "Join meeting" or meeting link before the scheduled time but showing that the meeting has not started.
but when checked with host, 
he joined the meeting.

they were not able to connect on Zoom when both the participant and coach joined the session.
any suggestions?

    When the screen of your Zoom App is stuck in connecting, it means that there is a network or server issue you need to address to solve it. Checking your internet connection and refreshing the app will be the right place to start. Power cycling the router is usually the first thing you could try.

    Come across the same issue as you... It is not a network-connecting issue because I can comment here
