Hello, everyone! Here's a problem, or bug, that I've never been able to figure out. I am a sole owner and proprietor with a Workplace Pro account. For most of my meetings, I have the "Waiting Room Only" enabled, and no passcode. However, every once in a while, I have a meeting with a passcode and no waiting room.  Whenever I schedule a Passcoded meeting, no matter when I do it, every meeting after that has the passcode on it. If, at 11 a.m. on a Monday, I schedule a Passcoded meeting for 3 p.m. on Tuesday, I have to immediately create a non-passcoded meeting, or all the meetings before 3 p.m. on Tuesday will have that passcode! Then I have to schedule another passcoded meeting before my Tuesday 3 p.m. meeting or my 3 p.m. meeting won't have the passcode -- everyone will be stuck in the waiting room. My zoom students from China can no longer access my PM on zoom why? I have been using the same pm room for several students since 2019, everyone has the newest version, I did not change any settings all of them has VPN (virtual private networks) so it can not be blocked. HOWEVER in one day, all of them could not longer access my PM room why? 😞M

I've bought an Amazon fire HD10 tablet in order to do meetings via zoom. The company I work for like to use a virtual background for this, but it says my device isn't compatible ?  They say that admin has removed this from my zoom account but it's still the same problem.. Showing the same message. I've tried everything, resetting, allowing camera access, re-installing, updates etc etc . PLEASE can anyone help please !?  Any help would really be appreciated. 

I attend weekly online classes via zoom. Class participants always discuss the class in the chat box. Lately I've noticed that there are certain emojis in the chat box that will cause animations such as a cakes raining down. I find this to be quite irritating, especially since it will happen several times in a row if multiple people are wishing someone a happy birthday or something like that. I disabled animated emojis in my zoom settings, but it's still happening. I want to be able to focus on my class and not be irritated by these incredibly distracting animated emojis.Please help me figure out how to disable these. Thanks in advance.Edit: Okay so the reason that disabling animated emojis doesn't work is because it's actually the phrase "happy birthday" that triggers the raining cakes. I really need an option to disable this on my end. I understand the desire for people to wish someone a happy birthday but I shouldn't have to see raining cakes several times

Hello Everyone,  Need help regarding attendee report.  Issue : Can attendee will be able to see the his previous meetings (Basic role)? As far as I know as an attendee we won't be able to see the previous joined meetings or pull up any reports. However, is there any alternative option is available? I have an encountered an issue as below.  Scenario : The user is using zoom license and joined the meeting as an attendee with basic or member role privilege. However, the user wants to know if he can check the meeting participants list and previous meetings? #zoom #meetings #attendeelist@zoommeetings @ZoomMeeting

Hi, I am the host of 14 guests at our monthly Zoom meetings.  When all of us use video we start to have connectivity issues and the audio becomes distorted.  If we turn our videos off, the audio works perfectly. Can someone explain what the issue may be?

How do I airplay a zoom recording from my phone to the tv. Th usual airplay does not work nor does screen mirroring

This question doesn't seem to exist anywhere on the internet. So hope someone has an idea to this. Scenario: I am the host. my guest shares screen. I want to use my mouse cursor to point things out. NOT remote sharing, NOT me controlling actions on guests screen. Simply a movable pointer/cursor to tell guest where to go/click. Does anyone know if this is possible?

One of the co-hosts had just changed to a new laptop, and this co-host do not have the "Record" button in the Breakout Room. Other co-hosts do not have this issue. The "Record" button was showing in the old laptop previously, but now it's not showing too. If the co-host hosts the meeting first, then transfer the host to another participant and make as co-host, the co-host can see the "Record" button. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? When I mirror my iPhone 13 to my tv, it will turn my camera (video display) sideways, and there is no option to rotate the view.  If I unmirror the iPhone to the tv, it works fine.  I have had no issues for over a year until last week.  I have signed out of all devices, uninstalled/reinstalled zoom.  Checked all the settings on my tv, and my iPhone software is up to date. I have also signed into the desktop client and the camera view is correct.Appreciate any help.  I am using the latest zoom version.

I recorded a zoom meeting to the cloud. All the settings were correct so I would have a gallery view file. I've done this multiple times. The meeting before had three files. The meeting after had three files. This meeting had only two files and the gallery view was missing. I need this to submit to a board for certification.I've checked the Trash on the web portal.Is there a chance that it was an error or glitch on the Zoom side? I've upgraded my account so that I can use the Live Chat support feature, but it doesn't recognize that I've upgraded and won't allow me to use this feature.Aaargh!

My zoom recordings were deleted for a strange reason. I had to update my card payment, I did, but my account was still deactivated. Now my cloud recordings were deleted. How do I get them back? 

I want to set up a recurring meeting invite for 2 days per week but at different times. Does zoo allow this option ? 

From the attended meeting history in https://docs.zoom.us/meetings, There is no option to delete meetings from history. How can I delete meetings one by one from Docs/ My meetings?

My USB headset is detected and selected at the start of the Zoom call and works well.  But, after perhaps 5-10 minutes into the call, the audio quits, and my microphone stops working, with no notice (except for people telling me they can't hear me).  If I switch my 'speaker' to another device (such as my laptop speakers), the audio plays through the laptop speaker.  Then, I can switch my speaker back to my headset and it will continue working for another 5-10 minutes.  This cycle repeats for any Zoom call. It also behaves the same for another USB headset (Logitech), so I don't believe it's a headset failure.  I have a third wireless headset where this fails in the same way.  It does work fine with an older Bluetooth headset, and never quits when using that. This is a Dell 5570 laptop, running Window 11.  I've updated the Audio drivers to the latest version as of July 2023, and it makes no difference.  I've

My topic currently reads  "[My Name]'s Personal Meeting Room."  Can I change the meeting topic for all my meetings instead of manually adding the topic? There is no EDIT option for this in the settings Zoom version Version: 6.0.11 (35001)

Hi EveryoneI'm hoping you can help with this problem. I have set up my account so that I can share files with participants in a meeting. However, when I put the document in Chat, even though it says I have been successful and I can see it, my participants cannot see it - or just one or two can.I wondered whether it's because I scheduled a number of meetings before I changed this setting to enable document sharing.Can anyone tell me how to resolve it? I'm about to run lots of meetings and really need this functionality.Thank you

Hello, When sharing a screen, a small window displaying what my camera sees is shown in the top right-hand corner of the shared screen. Is it possible to move this window to another position, for instance the top-left corner? Thanks VW
