Cannot join the meeting

Hello friends,

Our meeting participants in China suddenly cannot attend the meeting. It says:

Due to the restriction of the host account, you cannot join the meeting.

Error code: 13215.

We paid annual fee for our accounts. We are in the US. I don't why it suddenly won't work. Any ideas?

Few Steps can resolve this problem.

Check your internet connection

Uninstall and reinstall the Zoom app

Enter the meeting ID and passcode manually

Check for specific errors or contact Zoom Support

Yes I am facing the same issue, Participants from China not able to join due to this error code: 13215.
