Seit einigen Wochen habe ich Probleme damit, wie sich die Teilnehmer bei einer Online-Konferenz darstellen.Bei der Galerie-Ansicht sind die Bilder der Teilnehmer winzig zusammengeschrumpft, oben links in der EckeBei der Sprecher-Ansicht erscheint der Sprecher normal, jedoch sind die Teilnehmer-Bilder zu senkrechten Strichen zusammengeschrumpft und befinden sich in ihrem Feld links am Rand.Und wenn "Bildschirm teilen" angesagt ist, erblickt man die Schrumpfung als waagerechte Striche am oberen Rand ihres Feldes. Ich kann dann auch nicht an einem Teilnehmer-Bild direkt agieren (die kleine blaue Schaltfläche oben rechts), weil sie gemeinsam mit dem jeweiligen Bild mitgeschrumpft ist. Das Problem war plötzlich da, nachdem ich Ende Februar aus einem Urlaub zurückkam; in der Zwischenzeit hat niemand mit dem PC gearbeitet.Auch ich habe unmittelbar vorher und nachher überhaupt nichts verändert. How do I take out the gray rectangle when I am sharing a Powerpoint presentation?

Bonjour à tous,J'ai un soucis lors des réunions zomm, quand je partage des vidéos via un powerpoint de présentation, la vidéo passe sans problème par contre les invités n'entendent pas le son de la vidéo partagée.J'ai bel et bien coché le partage de l'audio lorsque je démarre le partage.Ce qui est curieux c'est que sur certaines vidéo, les invités entendent très bien le son et sur d'autres vidéos aucun son.J'ai déjà silloné la toile à la recherche d'une soultion mais je ne trouve rien.Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider?   

The *one thing* that for me has distinguished Zoom from other online teaching apps is now broken, and the recommended solutions, both from Zoom and third parties, don't work. When I'm teaching music online, I need to be able to use the MIDI keyboard connected to the appropriate app, play backing tracks from other apps, and play back snippets of recordings of material the student is working on. Whatever I hear through my headphones from the system (and *not* through external speakers, which I don't use) should be audible to the person the other end of the connection. All this *used* to work in Zoom, but it no longer does. Hi, I offer live music sessions through zoom and somehow, even after various tests, the only way to get good quality sound of my live music is if the participants connect with cable-headphones. My music gear is all professional, so that is not the issue. Whenever someone listens with bluetooth headphones the quality turns really bad. Can someone tell me why this could be?

IPad Pro M4 The names of participants when joining a meeting are way too tiny to read. They were fine on my old iPad Pro 4th gen. Zoom help says "Prerequisites for adjusting chat and caption font size. Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux: Global minimum version or higher".  Can that be true?  What am I missing? Thanks for any help you can give me. 

I recorded a meeting, but it stopped recording during it, so I pushed the record button again. When I went to download the meeting, it only saved the second half of the meeting. Where is the first recording gone? (It's not in my downloads)

Hello! I have a Zoom meeting I set up 2 years ago. I now need to add an alternative host. Two issues: one, it no longer appears on my upcoming or previous meeting tabs, even though it shows up each day in my calendar (so I can start it). 2) When I try to add alternative host to that meeting from my calendar, I get the error message that the meeting doesn't exist (even though it exists every day).  Anybody have any ideas for how to add an alternative person to an ongoing meeting with these issues? I'm going to be away from my regular meeting and need someone else to start/host. I really don't want to simply recreate the meeting and send out a new invitation to all - since people don't join all the time, I don't even know how I'd track them down at this point. Thank you!Jana

I'm sure I should know this... where do I go to find the attendance of my meeting just held yesterday?  I obtained my recording but don't know where to find my team attendance.

Hi We have Zoom Meeting configured. I can Initiate Zoom Meeting from Salesforce and Zoom Meeting and Event records are created.Once meeting is done, I get email that meeting recording is ready, but VideoCall record that has the link to the recording and transcript is not created.Please guide me how to troubleshout it, what are we missing?Thank you.

I'm writing to report a frequent problem with the Zoom program on the server. For the past week, the application has been closing unexpectedly during meetings, causing substantial delays to my work.Error Code: 104103 

hello,my monthly plan is zoom workplace pro, tomorrow I have a large meeting and I need to accommodate for 1000 attendees, so I purchase the large meeting add on for 1000 participants.Now the problem is the following:1- on the profile: i can see the add on large meeting 1000 participant clearly stated2- on user management -  users: I can see my workplace pro with the 1000 large meeting with a check on it, so it looks linked.3- when I go to account management -  account profile: it shows only my workspace pro and my meeting capacity is 100 not 1000.So which one is correct? How can I assure that I can accommodate for 1000 attendees.thank you for ur help.

Even though waiting room is enabled in the account's settings, I find that participants join my meetings bypassing the waiting room altogether. Any thoughts?

I want to include a phone number for invitees to call in on Zoom  invitation.  I have the free basic package.  Is there an add on feature to include that?  Do I need a paid package for that?  Thanks,.

Hi there. Whenever one particular person emails me a Zoom link to join a call and I join, the name that displays on my little mini-screen is my former boss and not my name. I checked my Zoom account and confirmed that it is only showing my name in all "account owner" fields. So, I'm wondering if this issue is stemming on the sender's side? He gets agitated every time he sees my former boss's name and wants me to get this fixed ASAP. I feel like I've done the due diligence on my end and am beginning to wonder if this issue needs to be fixed on his end. Any help is appreciated!

Can you hit reset somewhere to change all the features back to the original? If not, as an admin I have locked myself out of seeing the chat recording and audio recordings. I also do not want a recorded transcript being done during a zoom for the participants. Help 

Is anyone else experiencing difficulties with simply logging in with Firefox in the last week or so? All I get is the spinning icon while Safari seems to have no trouble logging in at all. Thanks

Is there any way to set up Zoom so that your audience can't hear your computer's audio? I work with audio engineers who are looking for feedback on their music. To get around Zoom's overly compressed audio, we use third-party apps that allow my audience to stream songs from their computers and I can hear it in a web browser completely lossless. The issue is that when I listen to it, Zoom seems to feed the audio from my computer back to my audience, causing it to sound doubled up. I should also add that my audience members are almost always sharing their screen when this happens too (not sure if that makes a difference). Any ideas on how to fix that?

I use Zoom to host an online class and I need to connect via a cell phone connection.  It takes a long time to load the Zoom interface.  I need a skinny version of Zoom that just has the basics, to speed up loading and system response.

Hi, is there a way to have reminders sent for calls a day or two ahead? 

 I'm the Admin for our staff.  While I can schedule meetings for others in their account, I am not able to start those meetings.  Is there a way to get that permission?
