When I enter zoom I have a "Failed to detect microphone" pop up.  How do I fix this 

Hoping someone can shed some light! I am unable to see and generate a registrant report for a Zoom meeting.  When I do a search for the report using the dates, nothing shows up. A separate search using the meeting ID doesn't bring anything up either. I have a paid enterprise license, registration setting is required and set for automatic approval. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks, 

As of today, 9.3.2024, my Upcoming Meetings will no longer show recurring meetings beyond one month. It will only allow me to see a 30-day look. 

Hello,I hosted a midterm on zoom today and selected the option for it to automatically record the meeting. Once the meeting is over, I go to find the recording and it's nowhere. After some googling I find out that the recording doesn't work if I didn't host it on the app??? I'm very confused because there was no alert or warning that the video wouldn't record and now 150 points are on the line for me and an entire group.  PLEASE HELP THIS IS URGENT!!!!!!! Is there any way to recover the recording?? The recording light was on which is why I'm extremely confused. Would Zoom record the meeting just to trash it because I didn't do it on the app?!?! PLEASE HELLPPPPP!!!

Hi! I am running a meeting with two separate blocks of time where participants will be in breakout rooms. For the first block, we will randomly assign participants to rooms. When we return to the main session will the breakout rooms reset? Or can I reopen breakout rooms for the second block and people will go back to the room they were in before? Thanks community in advance

Hi, when I screenshare, my audio distorts for people listening. It crackles I've tried everything I can think of. Anyone having similar issues.I'm not the best technically but I get by. I can usually sort these things out.It's frustrating.  TIAYvonne

This problem just started. I tried restarting computer, deleting and redownloading zoom, etc. The computer has no audio issues when not sharing sound on zoom. The zoom profile has no issues sharing sound when logged in on a different computer! Please help find a solution!

Hi! I can't download the meeting recording from cloud storage. I get the error: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." What could be the reason? How can this be fixed?I tried restarting the laptop and opening it in a different browser. But these actions didn't change anything.

Hello, I see the option to "add breakout rooms" during a meeting when I am logged into one Zoom account, but not when I am logged into another (through a different employer). Can anyone explain why? Thank you!

I have updated all of my drivers, checked app permissions, disconnected other apps that use audio functions, uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app and no matter what account I sign into I cannot hear audio from Zoom on my computer. When the Zoom app was "Zoom One" I didn't have this problem, the transistion to "Zoom Workplace" has been nothing but trouble. I have asked for help with this with both my private, paid account and my university provided account and haven't be helped. I don't see a point of continuing to pay for Zoom if it is not working and I can't get help for this.

Aparece apenas um sinal de carregando por 1 segundo, desaparece e nada acontece.  Já tentei algumas soluções sugeridas na internet e nada funcionou, precisava dessa gravação para um trabalho. I'm trying to apply new settings to Zoom so I can livestream into my Facebook group.I understand that I must use the Custom Streaming Service. I've gathered the URL and 2 keys from FB. However, on this Custom Streaming Service page, it's now asking me for Username and Password.  To which platform: Zoom or Facebook? TIA

Running Sequoia 15.0 on 2020 Intel iMac. (previously ran Sanoma latest version.) Zoom Workplace app Version: 6.2.0 (40111) installed. I had a free zoom account which worked fine except for 40 minute time limit. Updated to single Zoom Workplace account. Worked fine for two weeks, maybe 3 meetings. My internet connection is fine. Updated to Sequoia, the next day went to start scheduled meeting I hosted but meeting failed to connect, either via app or online. Invitees with link were able to join meeting without me. I tried things, cycling Mac…  for an hour with no joy. I also have MacBook Air 2024 silicon running Sequoia, Installed Zoom, doesn’t work same way.

This seems like it should be the easiest thing to do, but I can't find it. I just want to create a list of Zoom IDs that I log into regularly, so I can easily access them from within Zoom.  I went into contacts, and tried adding one there, but there is no field for Zoom ID.  I put it in the phone number, but that's really not ideal. The autopopulated list of IDs doesn't associate them with names - is there a way to do that, and add to that list? Thank you

Hi, I have an installation with Poly Studio X70 in Zoom Room mode connected by USB to a Biamp Tesira Forté DAN VT.Both devices are in the las version of firmwares and OS. The issue is that audio randomly stop working well (something like extra processing) that it makes a lot of distorsion. The system needs between a day to reproduce that issue. Once we send Biamp Tesira configuration again to de DSP, it starts to work well until it stops randomly again. Any experiences on that? Regards

Since going to Zoom workplace, I am having Freezing keys while on a Zoom and freezing Zoom video. I do not need all the new features of the workplace. Can I just go back to regular Zoom?

I host small, invitation-only events for women professionals via Zoom. I've been doing it for months. Suddenly, after I invited 3 people to a new event last Friday, I've received two registrations from email addresses that look fake, with male names. I emailed them to ask if we'd spoken before, but no response from either. I'm concerned for two reasons:- First, I have no idea how they got access to the invite/registration link in the first place. I'm 99% sure it wasn't through anyone I sent it to. Do they have access to my Zoom account?- What other information can they access, or are they phishing for?Thanks for any help!

Hello --- I  have old computer --- its is running win 10 64 bit and is up to date --- its and 8 core processor -- the video card is an AMD Radeon 5450 --- is this card tool old to do a virtual background WITHOUT a green screen? 

Mac built-in camera is darkish when I'm sitting in front of camera but not when I move away. When I'm sitting 30" away, background is quite dark .... ominous. When I move away background appears as it appears off-camera ... ... 2020 IMAC .... cannot find adjustments. Any ideas?

Good afternoon,I hope someone can help me with this problem. I have tried many things, on different days and on various devices and nothing.The problem is that I join a conversation and when I enlarge the window the image freezes although I can still hear the conversation. I click on close and it tells me that the program is not responding.It also happens to me that while I am in a conversation, without enlarging the window, I put the chat on and as soon as I go to write, it doesn't let me, again the program doesn't respond, it freezes but I can still hear.Next test, I connect to the meeting and I don't enlarge the window or put the chat on, it also ends up freezing.Based on all this, I look at the possible solutions on the web. I uninstall the application, reinstall, try, the same thing keeps happening to me, I then join by meeting ID and it keeps happening.I have tried installing from Windows, installing the 64-bit app and the 32-bit one.
