Hello, I am attending training abroad. But my English is not sufficient. Is there a program that will translate what is said into Turkish and what I say into English? I saw a program called Wordly in Zoom. Can it be used? What are the conditions?

The Zoom app started crashing this week during regular meetings on Samsung Android tablet. It had been working fine, what happened? 

Is there a way to download them all at once? Right now, you have to do it one by one.

Hi,  I want to be able to add the chat to the recordings, so what people are chatting about is visible in the recordings when watched back Is that possible? And is it possible to edit recordings to add them?Thanks 

I created some polls in advance of a workshop I was going to facilitate on Zoom.  Normally, when I set up the Zoom meeting myself, I'm able to see the option to launch polls for the audience when I'm in the meeting.  In this case, however, I was not the one to set up the Zoom meeting - someone else did so I was not the main host.  When I joined the Zoom meeting, the host made me a co-host.  I went to launch a poll, but discovered the Poll feature was not available for me.  It did not show up in the main tool bar or under the "More" section.  I've had this happen before and don't understand why I can't access the polls I set up in advance when I'm a co-host even if it's for a meeting I didn't set up originally. 

I recorded a meeting and halfway through the sound fell off. Is there a way to restore the sound?

Hello, I am currently using a Zoom account with HD video options already enabled, but I am still experiencing poor video quality in my recordings, particularly those stored in the cloud. This does not meet my professional requirements. I would like to know if Zoom offers any feature or functionality to enhance the quality of recordings while keeping them stored in the cloud. If so, would it be possible to activate this feature for my account? I am using professional video production equipment and have a high-speed internet connection, so I am confident my hardware setup is not the issue. I look forward to your response and appreciate your assistance.

Hello! I need your help so much.I recorded 2 important meetings on local pc (Mac). It were records for 1 hour and 30 minutes and second one - less than 10 minutes. But after 4 hours I cannot find this recording everywhere: not on Mac and not on https://zoom.us/recording/local too! Please, share with your experience what happened and when I can get my recordings?  I have a paid account if it's important. PS I did trial recordings twice: before meetings and after, and I can find this recordings (they were less 2 minutes). But my important recordings are lost😭 

Why does an instant meeting invitation come to my phone rather than my computer?   i am logged into Zoom workplace, btw.

I can't see myself in the video but the background is showing. I have changed usb ports, restarted my computer, changed cameras, nothing is working. What is happening?

Fellow Windows nerds will be familiar with how you can “Identify” your monitors inside the display settings.  This temporarily pops up a numeric identifier to make clear which is monitor 1 and which is 2, or 3 or more.  In my case I have 2.  Monitor 1 is connected via a DisplayPort output, and 2 is connected via hdmi.  However, when I’m in zoom and sinvoke the screen share dialogue box, the available screens to share are reversed.  I’m trying to train others to run meetings among individuals of a variety of skill levels.  This discrepancy mis-orients the user positionaly in our case, and also simply causes confusion in general because we refer to monitor 2 as the “second display,” which it rightly is, but zoom insists that it’s monitor 1.    Very annoying!  Anyone know how to resolve?  My best guess is that this has something to do with the fact that when the computer was first turned on out of the box, it was only connected to an hd

When I share my screen using Zoom, my screen displays pink vertical lines. This only happens during screen sharing, and when I share the screen of an external display connected to my laptop. It doesn't happen with the main display. This issue occurs only during Zoom screen sharing and not when using Microsoft Teams.    

When using Original Sound for Musicians on a Mac Studio M1 Sonoma 14.6.1, the guitar audio is fine, but the voice audio becomes barely audible, registering just one red bar on the meter. Automatically adjust mic volume has no effect. Same problem with the new Live performance audio. Using a Steinberg UR44c and Loopback .This makes Zoom almost worthless for music lessons. 

I am recording Podcasts with Guests and want to edit for some parts to show Both speakers in Gallery view, other parts only with the specific Speaker (2 total speakers).I have each person's audio file, the transcript, the "speaker view" download, AND "Gallery view" download.The "Speaker View" file only shows me (host) even when my Guest is speaking.Thank you for helping 🙂P.S. I'm getting this error for 100 users, but have no idea what my limit is. Some users will be unassigned Zoom Meetings Basic soon because you have exceeded the limit of Zoom Meetings Basic users. Bonjour  Ma camera ne fonctionne pas et ce n'est pas la première fois. De puis la mise a jour de zoom , j'ai plus de problème avec ma camera et mon son  et ce n'est pas mon ordinateur qui est le problème. Je ne sais plus quoi faire je reinitialise les fonction , redémarre zoom et ca ne fonctionne pas .  Merci de m'aider .

The option for Host Tools (formerly called Security) does not appear in the Floating Meeting Controls when sharing screen during a meeting. Is there any way to add it there?I need to turn on/off the Waiting Room on the fly and can't find an easy way to do this. Please can someone help?

The timer app does not work on both of my Macs. I don’t think this is a coincidence. For some reason the timer app is now not compatible with Mac users. I hope that Zoom will be able to solve this issue soon.

We use SSO login at work, and it has worked just fine both at work and at home. However, the last few months it has happened that I'm not able to log in on my home desktop, sometimes it work but sometimes it doesn't. What happens is that I launch Zoom, it tells me that I need to log in and I click SSO, and I'm shown the "Join Meeting" dialog instead of my organizations login page. If I log in to zoom in a browser, using SSO, and start a meeting I'm offered to launch the Zoom app, if I click OK then  the zoom app is launched and it at least looks like I'm logged in. But when I close the meeting, I'm back to the "sign in" dialog - so it seems like I'm not logged in after all. This has happened a few times, the first time I was able to fix it some way ... but I don't remember exactly how. The second time, I contacted my organizations zoom support which had never heard about this problem before and couldn't help me. Somehow I was able to log in

Just downloaded latest zoom and the TEST MIC button filters out my acoustic guitar though my voice through the same mic is clear and good. The audio chain (mic, interface) is fine. I enabled original audio and high fidelity option. I set echo cancellation to low. I updated and restarted my Mac. I restarted zoom. I’ve googled a million answers but my settings mentioned above are correct. When I play guitar during TEST MIC, I see the zoom squashing the level bar. Zoom is clearly squashing my acoustic guitar. My guitar is in tune. 🙂 Any other ideas? Thanks!

My settings show annotation enabled. But it is not working when I'm in session with my students. It is vital for my teaching. Any responses/ideas are greatly appreciated!
