Low system resources may affect your audio quality

My laptop show this error message when video call, the CPU usage 56%, but memory 95%.

What the reason to caused this error? and Zoom 64bit APP also can found this error.

Is my laptop audio driver problem? but the audio/video workable when error pop

My Windows Teams APP did not found this error.

    hi ronald_lin,

     

    95% memory usage maybe the problem.  each program you have open consumes memory and cpu.  the solution may be to close some programs.  take a look at windows task manager crtl+alt+delete.  look at processes.  my big consumers of memory are microsoft edge and google chrome.

     

    some basic information would help to try to understand the issues.  

    what laptop are you using, brand, model, cpu and memory.  on windows 11, windows icon->settings->system->about.

    i am using my desktop as an example:

    Brand Dell, XPS 8930

    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
    Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
    System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
    what operating system and version

    Edition Windows 11 Pro
    Version 22H2
    OS build 22621.819
    Zoom Windows Client 5.12.8 (10232)

    Hi, I am using a chromebook and having an issue where the audio on my meeting doesn't play and I get the message saying 'uh oh! you're running low on memory. please close all browsers and rejoin the meeting'. This is when I have no other browsers open, nothing else open at all. I have checked my chromebook memory and all is good
