I have an updated of Zoom.  Previously all of my Google Contacts were available to me within Zoom to invite to a meeting that I was scheduling.  More precisely, I had 16 Google Contacts in a Group Name within Google, so that I could invite the entire group to a meeting, without typing each individual's email address.  All of that ability seems to be gone in the new Zoom.  I am unable to invite any of my contacts, even individual to a Zoom meeting.  And yet, accounting to my Zoom account I have hundreds of Contacts that Zoom can see, but all they are, are phone numbers, no names.  How do I get me contacts with their names back into Zoom?  

How can I prevent people in waiting room from seeing who is already attending a meeting. Or how can I prevent their names from appearing within my meeting? This seems to lack privacy.

Hi everyone,I'm struggling since a couple of days now: I'm trying to record a side-by-side view mode with on the left the ppt and on the right multiple speakers cameras. However, it seems that I can't do that... But.. If someone else is sharing the ppt, I can. Moreover, a colleague tried on his computer with his own zoom account and was capable to do it directly but... If I'm trying with his account on my computer, it doesn't work. Can you help me please? I can no longer make video or phone calls using the Zoom app when logged into the company's servers via Citrix  Workspace.  I receive an error message that I need to update to a version of the Zoom VDI plugin higher than 5.15.10 (VDI plugin).  The VDI plugin on the desktop I am using to access the server through Citrix Workspace is 5.17.6 (24660).  Any ideas what the issue may be?  I didn't have any issues up until a week ago.

I've been doing Zoom meetings for a long time without a camera and never had problem until a few weeks ago.I am using the Windows app on Windows 11 (not in the browser).It use to be when I joined a meeting, I would get the prompt that said "Join with audio." And I'd join and that was fine.Now, if I try to join a meeting before it has started, when I try to join, your app thinks I want to use my cell phone camera, and I can't find any way to say "no video." I try to join the meeting and when it starts, I have no audio. So, I have to exit the meeting and join again. Then I get the prompt saying "Join with audio" and everything works as before.Wish I would get this to work the first time without video, without all this trouble.Anyone have any ideas about what I'm doing wrong?Thanks,Mark 

I updated my Zoom on my Mac and started having my camera flash, glitch, go black and white, funky colors, reflect my screen during my Zoom calls when not screen sharing. I DO NOT have an external camera connected. I have never had these problems with Zoom before. When I open photo booth or other apps that use my camera  I do not have this problem. I have restarted my computer and redownloaded Zoom. Both have not worked. 

We have a large body of participants who register for one or more unrelated meetings over the course of many months. We want to collect demographic information such as gender, age, and county, for grant reporting (we are a nonprofit.) However, we don't want participants to have to fill in this information every time they register for a meeting, because many people register for multiple meetings in a week or month. Is there a way to create a master list of participants and have a registration workflow retrieve those demographic files on matching registrant by phone number or email address?We have an enterprise license for Jotform, if anyone has built an integration solution that way. i want to hide participants from each other so that they can only see the hosts video, but the host can see all videos. i want to make it so that participants cant see each others names either, however they should still be able to ask questions and answer polls anonymously.

I am missing two reoccuring meetings that had no end date for the past 4 years and they disappeared in early 2024.  My previous invitees can still "join" the meeting and I can too with the old link but I do not have Admin rights.  I have ZERO meetings under my "Previous" meetings tab as suggested by the Community Boards.  I need to get these two meetings back and to be Admin!!

Is there a way I can block an attendees from recording my meeting

Why have Zoom removed the option to start up with OS turned on?  Must be a reason why they would do something so stupid.  Total pain in the backside the way it resets all Prefs when its updated too.  The money they have made out of musicians using Zoom over Lockdown must be ridiculous. 

Is there a way to stop alternative hosts from receiving an email that a Zoom Recording is ready? I thought it used to be an option in settings to turn it off, but I can't find now. 

i was in the waiting room waiting for host to let me in, meeting was over msg flashed on screen saying host has ended meeting. when i contacted the host he says i was in the meeting for 50mins and it could be a network fault

I have a pro account.I would like to sign up for two licenses for one professional account organization and hold two Meetings at the same time, but I cannot.The first license will be the main license and the second license will be the sub license.The schedule will be created by the main account.I would like to hold two Meetings with the main account and two Meetings with the sub account at the same time.We have confirmed that Meetings scheduled under both the main and sub accounts can be held at the same time.What I want to know is why I cannot hold multiple Meetings scheduled under one account at the same time, even if I have two professional licenses.You cannot sign up for a business account to hold just two Meetings at the same time.Is there any way to do this?

Zoom is such an excellent tool for organizational governance meetings; the specific needs of such meetings should be supported. 1. The host and co-hosts of the meeting are likely to be officers in the organizational governance system and eligible to vote in bylaw amendments. Hosts should not be barred from voting in polls. 2. For the sake of preparing minutes afterward, it would be so helpful if the meeting recording or metadata included the attendance number (proving the quorom). Attendance can be seen live during the meeting, but if the secretary forgets to jot it down, the information is lost. Bonus suggestion: The live transcript is so helpful for preparing meeting notes. Instead of treating it exclusively as an accessibility aide, the live transcript should be as automatic as a meeting recording. Dismissing the transcript should take an extra step instead of having to hunt around to invoke it.

Hello, I see that it is possible to find out how long participants joined a meeting that you host but is there a way to get this information in excel for multiple meetings in a specific time frame? As of now it looks like I have to click into the "Participants" column under the Usage section (Reports > Usage Reports > Usage) for each meeting individually to find to find this participant attendance data. Want to know if I can do a mass download for multiple meetings with this participant attendance data instead? Thank you for your help in advance!Ray

My husband and I recorded our wedding ceremony this afternoon in the cloud. We did a test run this morning and made sure recording and everything worked well and saved.the wedding ceremony, however, does not seem to have saved. I’ve tried searching the ID and looking just about everywhere I could on the website and I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I would access it, or is it just gone forever?

When I set up back to back meetings, the people who are invited to the second meeting wind up coming into the first meeting.  There was some type of new update recently with Zoom that changed a feature I used to manage people joining.  Before the new update, I could go into a feature at the bottom that would allow me to turn on the waiting room so that any new people who tried to join would go to the waiting room.  Then when I was done with my first meeting I could admit the others.  Now, I can't find this feature so when people from the second scheduled meeting in back to back meetings join my meetings a little early, they come into the first meeting.   I like not having to jump off one zoom meeting that I set up, to join another.  I like that they are all in the same digital room, but it only worked if I could turn the waiting room on and off.  Can anyone tell me how to do this in the new updated version of Zoom?

Prior to the most recent update, my closed captioning enabled me to view the audio transcript (as 'view full transcript') under my closed captioned settings. It also let me save the transcript, which was helpful if I wanted to quick search for something I remembered in the meeting without having to watch it again. I can't seem to find a place to either view the full transcript or save it unless we recorded the meetings. My org doesn't habitually record meetings but that feature was so helpful if I missed something or needed to remember it. Am I missing something - did the setting change, can you still do this? Or does everything have to be recorded and through AI companion? 

Is there any option to generate multiple meetings based on data from EXCEL? Or another automatization?We open about 20 meetings per day for our client and I am looking for some addon/feature/tip or whatever, what could help us and make it a bit easier.Thanks

Hi. Using my mobile device, I want to copy a registration link into a Social Media post however the registration link does not appear when I go into the meeting details. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
