When I create a scheduled meeting and I copy and paste the invitation to share it with attendees, the date and time of the meeting does not show up anymore like it used to.   Any suggestions?

Dear Support Team, Good morning from Siem Reap, Cambodia! Nice to be meeting you all here. I have one issue for using Zoom Meeting and need your help to fixer out this issue as soon as possible. The issue is when we are doing Zoom Meeting, we need to play music and song together as a background music like National Anthem songs to share to our participants but the it is support only song without music which is not follow as our concept of our meeting. Could you help to tell me where I can fix this issue please? I have tested with Facebook Live Stream and other UC Platforms, they are supporting well both song and music in the back ground but not Zoom Meeting.  Thank you so much in advance for your help to make Zoom Meeting experience more efficient for more meeting. Our work flow requires that we use a dynamic link through Zoom Business accessed from the web, not the app. I have had issues with connecting to meetings. If I uninstall the desktop app, I have less issues. However, I cannot seem to hear the other person. (this maybe an issue on the other end). I should add, about 80% of my time on Zoom is through phone calls.

However, I’m finding it difficult to scroll through the list of polls to locate the one I need. I tried using the drag-and-drop feature to reorder them, but it doesn’t seem to be working.Does anyone have any suggestions for how to easily reorder the polls in the poll question list? I have Zoom Pro.  I live on the east coast.  I sent an invite to a user who does not have a computer or smart phone. They live in Nevada. They want to dial in by phone.  Which Zoom phone number would be best for them to dial in?

A user I regularly interact with on zoom would like to use their phone for our meetings. They hesitated when they downloaded the app for Android and were being required to give permission for zoom to record meetings before they could move forward. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a workaround? Thank-you.

I am in the US; this tech-literate user is in France and is experiencing a problem during individual video calls with me that I haven't experienced with other users in the EU. They use a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Windows 11 Home, with updates automatically installed. They have been testing their equipment regularly before we meet. Here is their description of what happens:"Zoom has never worked seamlessly for me for our calls: Initially I was able to activate both audio and video by going into the Zoom app and turning off, then on again the audio and video choices.A few meetings  later, that method stopped working. Hi! Seit wenigen Tagen kommt die Mail "Code zum Anmelden bei Zoom" nicht mehr an. Zoom behauptet, eine Mail mit dem 6-stelligen Code verschickt zu haben, doch eine Mail kommt nicht an. Vor zwei Wochen hat alles noch wunderbar funktioniert. Ich habe bereits Folgendes geprüft:- Spam Ordner ist leer- stunden-, sogar tagelanges Warten- erneutes Zusenden der Mail- andere Mails von no-reply at zoom.us kommen weiterhin an- mehrmals an verschiedenen Tagen an verschiedenen Endgeräten und Netzwerkumgebungen probiert (immer dieselbe Meldung: Code wurde an XX at gmail.com verschickt Ich nutze Gmail. Auch unter "Alle Mails" oder die Suche ist nichts zu finden. Kann irgendwer helfen?

Hello when using ZOOM meeting, interface stuttering is too much. I want to know if it's a problem with PC specification or if it's because I'm using free version. I turned on Task Manager while using ZOOM and checked CPU RAM GPU, but it didn't overload me. Please guide me if you know how. Thank you.

I am using a bluetooth speaker for my computers and as I am in my zoom meetings I will also have another chrome browser open to check twitter or read news online. If a video plays on twitter as I am scrolling the sound will cut off on zoom. I then have to go into zoom settings to toggle speaker between my laptop and bluetooth speakers to get the sound back.

Good afternoon,I am planning to open an online academy that offers one-on-one classes. Initially, I will have 5 teachers, but this number will increase in the near future. Each teacher will have their own dedicated space to conduct classes. If each teacher has 10 students, the students will join the teachers’ individual sessions at different times. Additionally, the classes will be recorded and shared with the respective students for a limited period.My question is: How can I set up multiple teachers, each with their own unique meeting links, using the academy's Zoom account? I hope someone can help me 🙂 Thank you very much!

Hi guys I am aware that you cannot SEND stereo audio while in the zoom mobile app. just wondering if you can RECEIVE stereo audio while in the mobile app. 

How can I reorder the polls in the poll question list? My colleague and I have multiple polls for a three-day training and it's difficult to scroll the list for the correct poll. I have tried to drag and drop but that function does not work. Any ideas appreciated, Diana 

Hello everyone,  I just recorded my zoom meeting, the first test recording is showing in the folder and I was able to convert it, but the actual video which was approximately 5 minutes long is not showing in the folder, I can see a 185MB .zoom (video) file along with a 2.4MB .zoom (audio) file and the file name is double_click_to_convert_01 and 02 but for some reason when i double click it doesn't show anything. Please help!

I turned on the "Allow invitees to access recordings without the passcode" under the recording settings to restrict access to my recordings, but it's not working as I expected. The invitees are still prompted for a passcode, and I also double checked that this setting was checked within the share settings of the individual recordings. I want to restrict access to the recordings to only the invitees and not have to give out a passcode which they may pass around. Does this feature work differently than I expected, or is there another setting that may be interfering with it? Any insight is appreciated!

Hello,  Every time I start a meeting the Outplay notetaker joins and I have to remove it. I've never enabled this integration nor do I see how to disable it. Can someone tell me how to remove the Outplay notetaker? I am also being taken to a splash page that says "meetings by outplay" - usually when I use my personal meeting space. Any guidance is appreciated!Carlos

My student has expressed a concern about my classes being recorded.  Not because she's afraid of being recorded.  No.  She's worrying that recording a meeting "uses a lot of extra energy".   She says she can't enjoy the class anymore because she's an environmentalist and she's very worried about it. Does recording a meeting make a real difference?  I'm not using the cloud, the videos are saved on my computer. To save bandwidth, we already have everyone's mic and camera off, except mine.  Do I need to stop recording?

Zoom installed on new HP  / Windows 10.In Zoom Share Screen video is received by participants but not the computer audio.Have checked for Zoom and Computer audio setting with no success.Everything works fine on old HP PC.Any suggestion for where to look for the issue would be gratefully received.Thank you.
