I used the free version on my iPad Pro 4th Gen(OS version 18.1.1) to save a video, but am unable to find it.I updated to paid, but that didn't help. Zoom version 6.2.10 (20104). Can you help? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I used to have a plethora of virtual backgrounds to choose from, and not there are only 5. When I click the "+" sign, my options are to add a video or image (of my own), but no other backgrounds to choose from. Just got a new MacBook but they were there last week. Anyone know how to find the other options? TIA

I have a Mac user that has recently started to experience a system slowdown to the point of freezing when sharing their screen in Zoom.  The user said that it only happens when sharing their screen in Zoom & that the rest of the time their system performs just fine.  We've already tried a general uninstall/reinstall of Zoom and checking for updates with the reinstall, and the user's tried unchecking the advanced share screen setting: "User hardware acceleration to optimize video sharing".    I've read in forum posts that potentially checking the advanced share screen setting "Use TCP connection for screen sharing" is helpful, but I'm not sure what, if any, downsides that could cause.    We've also reset the user's NVRAM.     Does anyone have any other ideas that we could try to speed up the user's experience of Zoom while sharing their screen?  I'm including the system specs below.

In addition to the 9 default interpretation languages I have added a 5 additional languages in my advanced account settings. Unfortunately, I am still not seeing the additional language options when trying to schedule a new meeting and set up the individual interpreters. 

Hi , how can I prevent a guest to show as total the he or she speaks. I need that my guests remain In the small image on the right. But now when someone speaks up his image turns into total.  Is it possible to avoid this?CheersJs

Hello. I am running a hybird style meeting and using my computer to take notes while hosting the meeting and sharing presentations. I am working of a Mac (OS 12.5) and running dual screens (not mirrored). A little background: the way I’d prefer to use my set up is to have the Zoom meeting (a view of participants) on one screen, while taking notes, managing Zoom chat and participants, and doing other work on my main screen. My issue is when I share a PPT with the group. My process for sharing: I open PowerPoint, begin a screen share, and share the presentation I want (from the app, not from the desktop). When it is shared, the presentation takes over BOTH of my screens, leaving me dead in the water. What change needs to be made in the Zoom settings that will stop the share screen from taking over my computer?  Toggling between presenter view and main view has not fixed it.  TIA for your help.

I have already checked my account settings to ensure that the "Remote Control" feature is enabled, reinstalled, and updated the Zoom application, but the problem persists.Interestingly, on one occasion, when my friend shared her screen and the "Remote Control" button appeared on her Zoom interface, she granted me control. After switching to my screen, the button appeared, and I could use the feature. However, it seems that this functionality only becomes available to me when the other person already has the "Remote Control" feature enabled. I cannot activate it directly myself.After ending the call, I tried another video call with the same friend, shared my screen again, and noticed that the "Remote Control" button was missing once more.Could you please investigate this issue and help resolve it? I have a Pro Account:I run a staffing agency, and I use zoom to for my clients to interviews my candidates.  However, if I book two different meetings at the same time, it won't allow it.  Now, I am not in these meetings but am the host for both.  Any solutions to be able to do this? 

Hi, when I try to share a document during a Zoom meeting on my mac (Sequoia 15.1.1.) I do not see a preview. I do not even see the name of many of the documents or windows. Zoom has full disk access, so it is not that the problem. Any idea what is going on? Is it a bug by chance in the code of Zoom?

Hi Team,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, experiencing an issue with Zoom on my MacBook and iPhone. Every time I click on a Zoom meeting link on my MacBook, an installer package for Zoom automatically downloads, even though I already have the Zoom app installed. This doesn't happen on my iPhone, and I don't see an option to cancel or refuse the download.It’s quite frustrating because if I join multiple meetings in a day, the installer packages pile up in my downloads folder. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I stop these automatic downloads from occurring?I’d appreciate any suggestions or solutions!Thanks!RegardsDarshan Hiranandani

Hello, I have a problem when using my lavalier microphone (Dji Mic Mini) connected via USB-C to my Samsung Galaxy S21. My Audio microphone does not work in video conference (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom). But, it works when I use the voice recorder or video. Can you please provide me with a solution? I have tried what seems like a 100 different setups. What I want to be able to do is us my Guitar Audio App (Logic Pro X or Any guitar audio Plugin) and be able to play and have it go out to the others on the Zoom call - any time I try this - it is never captured in the recordings, or heard by thew others on the zoom. I am using a Shure M7 USB-C audio mic - and the guitar is plugged into a Scarlet 212 USB-C audio interface - the same interface where I have my speakers. The MIC and Speakers work FLAWLESS in any Zoom call - try and play anything through the plugin and you NEVER hear the 2nd audio (Guitar) Help! Please and Thank you!!

The question concerns the Zoom mobile app. During a conference, the organizer sent several documents to the chat for uploading. When clicking on a document, a green check mark appeared in the document status, which could look like "successfully uploaded". After the conference ended, it turned out that the documents were not uploaded to my mobile device. Hey everyone I've replaced phone and earphones. And recently got problem with earphones I can hear everyone at the meeting, they can hear me. But through phone. My earphones shows as connected it can play music or calls. But it doesn't work during meeting.I so connect same way as before, even tried past earphones, but nothing works.Tried to reinstall zoom few times. Same with earphones, but problem stays the same. Leave and join meeting obviously also.Could you guys please help what else could I do to make it work? I'm new to this and deeply confused, support chat seems not available for me.Many thanks in advance for your help. 

The files in a cloud recording of a meeting are showing us that the results of the polls we conducted are not anonymous as we thought them to be. Is there a way to delete these files from the account to protect the privacy of those who participated, without deleting the entire meeting recording?

Hi everyone, I want to use my Canon EOS 800D as the camera for Zoom meetings. I've installed the webcam utility software and updated my camera's firmware, but my screen still displays "EOS Webcam Utility" with a wrong red cross over a wire. Does anyone know what this means? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!   

Having the waiting room is supposed to enable me as host to allow people into the meeting. But how can I know which of those waiting aren't malevolent?   After all, some found details of my meetings on Facebook or X. Basically, it makes no difference if there is a waiting room or whether there isn't. Yesterday my meeting was bombed!

Hello, in some meetings on my smartphone LG G5 it gets too dark dimmed for no reason. The only solutio i found is to restart the zoom-app Dim flashing video shared in a meeting or webinar - Zoom Support how can i disable the dimming of videos shared in a meeting?

I sent a zoom invite to someone that I have zoomed with before and when he went to open the link , he  received a message from zoom  that said“ you are required to update the application" and they offered him  a free month ?  he has not  been using  an paid account of his own. why would he receive this now  if  he is logging onto my zoom invite I sent him ?     

the personal meeting room option is no longer visible within the Zoom Workplace desktop app. is this a deliberate change or is there a way of re-enabling that - Windows PC

Hello,I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.  When I try to schedule a meeting on my home page, I get error codes, but when I sign in to Client via my profile, there seems to be no problem in scheduling a meeting.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Many thanks.

I am way over exposed. I know there are adjustments for low light, but I don't see anything for too much light. How do I lower the exposure, other than turning off all the lights and basically sit in a dark room?

I hosted a meeting this morning and the chat history is not showing with Team Chats.  For other meetings this seems to work fine... they're showing in Team Chats.  Why would this not be the case for today's meeting?  Does chat behave differently when the meeting requires registration?
