Hi,I have been in 3 different zoom meetings now and when the presenter shares their screen, all I see is a white box. I cannot actually see their screen. Has anyone else run into this and know of a solution? It's only happened the past few times. I never had any issues before with seeing other people's screens when they were sharing.Thank you.

Good day. I need help with the Outlook plug-in for sending meetings to our customers. Before update 6.3.5, any time I created a meeting in Zoom, I was able to send the link via outlook , and the calendar reflected that meeting.After version 6.3.5 is not working and it is very annoying to create meeting, copy, paste the link and then go to outlook to send the invitationAny help deeply appreciatedRegards 

First time poster, so I hope I've posted this in the correct forum. I've been going round and round with YouTube on this  problem, so I'm hoping maybe someone here might shed some light on this issue. For some time I've been trying to livestream to my brand YouTube channel, but as you can see from the screenshot below, I get a message that I'm not authorized to do it.  I have checked the options in my Zoom account authorizing my account to stream to Facebook and YouTube.  I then checked to make sure that I've verified my account with YouTube; as you can see from the screenshot, I have.  Weirdly I CAN stream through my personal YouTube account, just not through the brand channel.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance for  your help. 

Our group has about 34 members that will have to be manually assigned into breakout rooms.  (Pre-assigning via scheduling won't work in this situation) I'm trying to speed up the process of manually assigning breakout rooms.   Is it possible to have multiple cohosts manually assigning people at the same time?

Hello, I recorded an important seminar last night using the Zoom DesktoP APP (Version: 6.3.5) on my laptop. The seminar ran through the night, so I set Zoom to record so I could review it in the morning. I ensured the following before leaving Zoom running:The default recording folder was correctly set.My laptop’s sleep settings were turned off.The Zoom app showed the recording status (red dot) at the top of the screen throughout the session.This morning, I discovered that no recording file was created or saved. I have taken the following steps to locate or recover the recording:Searched my laptop for temporary files, including .zoom and __zoom__, but found nothing.Checked the default Zoom recording folder, which is empty.Opened the Zoom Desktop App and checked under Recordings, but the session is not listed.Logged into the Zoom Web Portal

As in the title Zoom is unstable and does not allow me to share (just times out at other end) my screen on my NBN Fibre 250mb connection. However when I am in failover mode on my 4G sim mobile connection at 30mb it works fine. I have tried several different solutions but not really knowing what I am doing. Any help much appreciated.

Hi, I have been granted access to schedule Zoom meetings for my colleague (John). However, when I create Zoom meetings for myself and other people (not John) through Google Calendar, the meetings default to having the 'Host' being John instead of my name. It's listed as:'John is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.'

I am the "IT team".  How do I get around this?

Is there a way to allow for public access to meetings by posting the Zoom link online without having to use a passcode or accepting a person into the meeting. I would like a virtual courtroom to allow anyone to view online by only clicking the zoom link but not have any communication in the meetings, only viewable? I use Youtube but would like to bypass this process. Thank you!

I have been told that the Time Range feature in the Zoom Dashboard has changed and you can only view up to 3 months no longer. Who thought of this? It is a really frustrating and useless feature. I can't imagine any user thought this was a great idea. Now we can't see what we schedule in the long term. If Zoom doesn't return this feature to its previous uses I personally would like to move to another platform that is not limiting it's calendar view. Any recommendations? Would Microsoft Teams works?

Account: Zoom Workplace ProWe have a problem switching meetings-IDs from owner to member.The owner O installed a meeting called M-A (ID 12345678).Meeting M-A is supposed to be started by a member B. How do we enable member B to start meeting M-A.If we log in as member B there are no meetings listed. It seems that members are restricted to 40 min meetings.Intention: member B can start all meetings, but cannot change any settings.Thanks for help!

We have multiple Windows Zoom Rooms running version 5.17.1 that sporadically have audio issues when connecting primarily to Teams meetings.   When this issue occurs, no audio is heard from the meeting, nor can the other meeting participants hear the audio in the Zoom Room.  A reboot of the Zoom Room will resolve the issue for a while (but it occurs again within a day or so). This seemed to have started within the past week or so, so I suspect the issue is with the 5.17.1 update.  Anyone else having this issue, or is this is a known issue that will hopefully be resolved soon?

hi I am currently a "PRO" user since we have a small team and happy since many months with the paid plan. I would like to use the Full HD features of my high-spec PC from your Business plan HOWEVER, that plan requires 10x seats which we don't really need as we have a small team so it would be a waste of €uros.Though i'd like to test/use the FULL HD features. I want to make a request to enable FULL HD 1920x 1080 on PRO accounts as well without having to upgrade 10x seats for the Business plan. Maybe for a small price increase? Why don't you give the option "normal" 1280 and "full" 1920 for i don't know 5€ more or something? We don't really need ALL the functionalities of the Business plan for now. I've already expressed my wish of using FULL HD a few times and i find it limiting being locked at 1280x720 resolution. I am a big fan of Zoom and would love to level up

Hi, My audio works fine with any App (like playing something on YouTube), but I cannot hear anything through Zoom. I have gone through all sorts of solutions posted online and none of them work. Can you please let me know what would be a fix ? I would be obliged if you could answer as soon as possible as I need zoom on a daily basis.

When I try to share audio during a meeting I get a notification that I need to download the "Zoom audio device". It then pops up and asks for my password to allow this. When I enter the password it says "invalid". It is the same password I logged in with so I'm at a loss as to why it doesn't work here. Also, I already updated zoom to the most recent version. It will show that I am sharing the video of the tab that has the audio but no audio plays.

I'm suddenly getting emails notifying me of lots of my recurring meetings being auto deleted.  I have to go in and recover them manually.  this has never happened before and I didn't do anything.  it's happening while I'm logged out of zoom.  I've changed my password in case it's being hacked but it's still happening.  Any ideas? TIA

I keep receiving emails daily for the last month (june) saying "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage", but that's not true, I have a basic account so that means I can't record in the cloud, I can only record and save locally.I did had a PRO account last month (may), but I stopped paying this month (june). I did use cloud recording, but when I stopped my membership, the emails notifying me that I have userd almost all of the available recording keep coming , DAILY!I hate it how do I make the emails stop??? Help.I can't go into cloud recordings to "delete" videos because I have a basic account, I can't see any recordings I only see this: https://i.imgur.com/oZmTCxb.pngI don't want to "block" the emails coming from zoom in gmail because I do want zoom notifications. I only want to stop being notified

We did configure the Zoom meetings. However, the sync does not happen irrespective of whether the invite's email address matches the user record in Salesforce.Thanks

When I view the Zoom meeting app in full screen, I can always see the Participants icon at the bottom of the screen. See the screenshot here, where I have circled in red, the Participants icon. https://imgur.com/a/z6SzvGr But when I click the Restore rectangles in the upper right corner, the Participants icon disappears. See screenshot here.  https://imgur.com/a/2ZeQfTL Is there  a way for me to indicate which icons I want to appear at the bottom, or in what order they are removed, when I click the Restore rectangles?

Ik gebruik al jaren de zoom via mijn iphone om sportles te geven. Sinds afgelopen vrijdag springt het videobeeld na 1 seconde weg, ik kan de zoom niet meer gebruiken op die manier. weet iemand een oplossing 

Hi all,I regullary take part to meetings opened by the same host/account, that set to ask the participants to give him the permission to activate their microphones.I always deny permission but one of last times I allowed it by mistake. Now all meetings consider that it is given, I am no more asked to choose yes or no.It already happened some years ago and then I found in my account a way to cancel the permission.Something must have changed meanwhile, since now I cannot find it any more.I hope that some of you can kindly help me.Thank you
