Desktop app error 124

zoom on the web works fine. can login with no problem

 

cannot use the zoom desktop app. getting error 124.

 

how can I resolve this? Everything I read seems to be something with the token. Can this be fixed with a powershell script? If so, please provide script.

 

Please help. urgent.

If those steps do not work the next option would be to reach out to Zoom support to assist in getting you logged back in on the desktop app.
