Hi I am hoping you can help me with a problem that has just started. I am a long term zoom user and have not had problems with my camera during zoom meetings until about 3 days ago. Now I find that at varying times during zoom meetings my my zoom video suddenly stops. This is happening when I am not the host but streaming a meeting where someone else is the host. The times when this happen vary. When I try to go back into the camera I was using it isn't there. All that shows up is a virtual camera that refers to my smartphone as the camera. The sound isn't effected that come through a separate usb microphone. I am using a windows 11 HP 64 bite operating system 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100 3.30 GHz with 8 GB ram. I have tried two cameras a Razer kiyo and a logitech C270 but had similar problems with both webcams. I am able to go back into video using my smart phone as the camera. I have tried using the camera app when my camera is connected by usb on windows 11 to see if

Since last week, every time I enter in a meeting created by me or somebody else, I cannot listen to anybody, but they listen to me. The audio system is working perfectly and I can use Google Meet very well. It is just when I use Zoom meetings that I cannot listen to the sound.No errors codes.I use a desktop.The newest Zoom version. 

I recently bought a computer and my old computer (On a zoom meeting) would be able to pick up the sound of my guitar and a singing bowl.   The new computer does not.  I have gone into settingsand have chosen the option under audio profile and chosen original sound for musician and "X" high fidelity and I tried also  choosing Stereo audio.  I left echo cancelled unchecked.   Every time I test, I just get my voice and not the musical instrument or chime.   I have also left unchecked  automatically adjust volume.   Any suggestions 

I want to take attendance of participants with video on for atleast 1 hour. I can see that through the 'reports' feature, we can get the details of all who joined but it does not give whether they kept the video on/off and for how much duration. Please help me get this data.Thanks,Bhumika

When the participant videos are not filling the whole frame, they are placed in the center of the window. This can lead to an empty space above and below the video frames. Since the camera is on top of the screen, I would prefer the videos to be as far up as possible. Is there an option to align them with the top?

I have version 6.3.6 installed. How can I use the blurred background. Does this version no longer have it?thanks for your help

I am logged in as part of a company account on my desktop app, but my employment with the company ended and thus I cannot log in through the SSO on the web. Without realizing I was still logged in on my old company account, I recorded a meeting to the cloud today through the desktop app. (I was not the meeting host; I requested permission to record.) The "Open recordings" button on the desktop app shows many old recordings but not the one from today, and I can't log in online to look for it there because of my disabled login. Is there any hope of accessing my recording? 

I integrated zoom with salesforce and every time a sales rep. create an event and add a zoom link to it a second event is created as well. How can I solve this?

Probably duplicate but I'm not seeing any solution that works.  Audio volume is fine on my laptop across multiple programs until joining with computer audio to a Zoom meeting, then volume drops.  I have the speaker volume at Max and have turned off, unchecked Automatically Adjust Microphone Volume, and set Audio Profile to Zoom Background Noise Removal to Low (although I have tried Auto, Medium and High but no change).  Why does Zoom automatically change the volume?  What else am I missing?  I don't seem to see any other fixes posted other than the uncheck auto adj mic volume and that doesn't fix it.  The laptop is 3 months old running Windows 11 Pro (although I had the same problem with the laptop this replaced)

Is there a Plan that allows adding Audio transcription to a single Pro account. We are a small not-for-profit and can't afford to pay for a 10-licence business account to get this feature.

Is there a way to randomly select an active participant during a live Zoom meeting? I would like to use this to randomly select students during class but also to hold live raffles during parent/community meetings. Thanks for the help! Seth 

I am struggling with my Zoom camera. When I join a meeting, it shows my screen as grey with a laptop on the screen. The camera on my laptop is circled. I am not sure how to fix this. This has never happened to me before.  I am not sure if my camera should be the same as the system or integrated system. I am also not sure what the video rendering method and hardware acceleration option should be. I looked at the troubleshooting steps and I am honestly lost as where to start to fix this. I wish I could attach a photo of my screen and settings. It is also disappointing that I cannot receive support from a live agent unless I have a paid subscription. 

when I try to share my computer audio when sharing my screen, A prompt comes up and asks me to input my administrator username and password to download an audio device.I am using a MacBook. Not sure which version of Zoom I have.Is there a way around this? Why is my Zoom doing this?

Hi, I would like to prevent participants from sending files/photos in meeting chat, while still being able to do this as a host/cohost. How can I do it?

The passcode to one of my recordings isn't working, so my clients cant access the recordings. I have gone into settings to disable the passcode, but when you download the link, it is still asking for a passcode.

A meeting was hosted, recorded, and saved locally. This recording is supposed to be uploaded as a webinar. However, the locally saved file only shows the shared screen. Why is this the case, and is there a way to display both the speaker view and the shared screen?

Hi, I have a pro plan and have a one off event to host that will exceed my 100 person max.   Any insights on how to do this without having to permanently upgrade to business plan? TIA!

Hello!I have a problem. Since last update my Zoom conferences always have the same problem, "Bad connection". I've already checked everything in my laptop, checked my wi-fi setting, and everthing's fine. What can I do with it? Thanks in advance 

Hi everyone,We recently enabled ZDM to manage Zoom workspace on our Windows desktop computers, I managed to add 2 desktops by appending the Token string to the msi file during the client deploymentmsiexec /i C:\Windows\Temp\ZoomInstallerFull.msi /quiet /qn /norestart /log install.log ZConfig=SetEnrollToken4CloudMDM=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx  the only issue that I am currently facing is that when the end user trying to upgrade to a newest version of Zoom client they would be asked for the admin credentials, is there any way to do the update without having to enter the admin credentials or adding any switches to the ZConfig during the deployment?I also have a question, why there is an icon next to any update setting in the portal with the symbol v. and I hover over it it would display 5.13.5? the current Update Channel set to Slow,the Zoom client at the desktops is Version: 6.2.5 (48876)

Hello everyone.  I cannot start a meeting with the app, I tried to run the program as administrator but the host button does not start anything. After several attempts the system offers me to host the meeting through the browser but you lose a lot of options like drawing on the meeting window. I uninstalled (also a big issue) and reinstalled to no avail. I work on windows 10. Any suggestion?Thanks.

I am unable to mirror my ipad when in share mode in my zoom meeting.  Last week this worked.  Today, even though I can find the zoom link on my ipad when attempting to mirror, I get an error message that airplay could not connect.I have a new computer with Windows 11 on it.  Is there some setting I need to adjust?  I need to get this resolved ASAP as I am in the middle of assessing a student, and we mirror our testing materials from our testing website via our ipads.

When I host a meeting I do not have this problem.When I join a meeting all of the participants and myself are seen as black boxes - even though video is ON.I've gone through all my settings and the community... and what I'm seeing tends to focus on this happening during screen sharing. I cannot see a screen share OR any of the participants at all during the meeting from the moment I join.Any suggestions? I've updated zoom and my computer.Thanks!

We host a large meeting requiring multiple co-hosts in addition to the host. Each co-host is responsible for a specific set of tasks. For example, the bouncer is in charge of admitting participants from the waiting room and removing disruptors when needed. We also have a support role for one co-host tasked with answering questions in the meeting chat (we only allow participants to chat with hosts and co-hosts for security and safety reasons). This role doesn't require admitting or removing participants, but the generic co-host role gives them this option. We need to be able to create our own custom co-host roles with specific permissions. I don't see anything in the Zoom guides about roles and permissions that pertain to Zoom Meetings. It seems you can create user roles for other aspects of a Zoom account, but it doesn't have anything to do with permissions during a Zoom Meeting. Does anyone know of any customization options that would provide a

Zoom forced an update on me today. Since then it fails to recognise my video camera and asks me to pick a different one from settings. Neither camera nor settings have changed since the update. It works perfectly fine in Zoom and Skype. The camera is a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920. Any suggestions on how to get Zoom to do its job again?
