A few weeks ago I started getting "low system resources" error messages from Zoom every time I log into a meeting.  I am using the same 2020 laptop as I have been for two years.  I never got these messages before, and now even when I close all other applications, I get stuttering and freezing.  Can you tell me what steps to go through to try and fix this? I see many of the same question posted, but no answers.

I see this topic has been discussed before but I do not see a satisfactory answer. Preface: I just bought a brand new Dell Inspirion Laptop, see specs1. Hi I am hosting a meeting for over 100 people to review a powerpoint presentation.   1. I'd like attendees to enter the meeting without my having to admit them because there are too many people.   2. I'd like to show a full screen (no slides in the queue nor attendees being seen).   3. After the presentation, I'd like to exit the presentation and allow video of all attendees for Q&A. BJC80

Everytime I sign into my Zoom account I get a pop up that tells me that Zoom.us has "turned off" my reactions.  To turn them on, click the camera icon.   I DO NOT care to see this every time I sign in.  It does nto make sense anyway.  How do I turn it off and stop it from appearing?  It is in the green camera icon at the top of my Mac toolbar. Anyone?? Thank you, Rick 

We recently discovered that our SCIM integration is not working.  I have tried to re-authorize Okta because the previous admin has left the company and my suspicion is that he was the one who authorized this before.  I am getting the following error: `You cannot authorize Okta Identity`.  I am currently the account owner.  What do I need to do to reauthenticate with Zoom to enable Okta provisioning?  Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Hi,     I cannot get Zoom to record my meetings at 720p when saving to the cloud.  They record just fine at that resolution when recorded locally. - I have a pro account- My camera is an external 4k DV unit connected through a HDMI to USB adapter which appears to be capturing at least 1080p- The app has HD checked in the video settings- I have followed the advice at Zoom Support article on "Resolution of Recorded Video"- I have  HD video for Zoom Meetings set in my account and settings, according to https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066166 - I am in speaker mode with gallery view (<25) and full screen.- I have tested with only myself in the meeting and live may have 2 or 3 present.- I have

I appear to have correctly set up a meeting - it's in my Google calendar and looks fine there but my Zoom account does not show that future meeting. I've tried several times.I have booked many meetings previously without this situation arising. What's wrong? Will the meeting as logged to Google calendar (with link details) work on that future date?

Hi there, I downloaded a Zoom recording from a third party. Can I upload that recording to my Zoom account and create a transcript? Moreover, I get a transcript if I have a Zoom session using my account.  Many thanks,Kevin

This problem has happened on two meetings hosted by the same organization. (Let's call it Org M.) When viewing a screen share in portrait mode, the share was only partially displayed on the top half of my screen. The bottom half was black or dark gray and only contained the name of the  sharer on the left.  In landscape mode, the shared screen was also displayed only on the top half of my screen. I could see the whole image but, because only half of my screen was being used, it was significantly reduced in size. Hi there! I just created my account and installed the desktop app to use for a Japanese class that starts next week. However, the app will not let me sign in and continues to tell me "invalid username or password". I can sign into the website using the exact same credentials (which I am 100% confident are accurate), but the app refuses to accept it. To be 200% sure, I went to the "reset password" area of my account (after signing in with the password that I used at sign up) but received an error that my old password was incorrect (even though I literally just used it to sign in). I also went through the "Forgot password?" link (after signing out of the browser as clicking that link if you're signed in on the browser already just takes you to your home page...) and reset it and was able to set it to the exact same thing and successfully sign into the browser. Is anyone else having issues with File Explorer after the 6.2 Zoom update? We're seeing some issues across a couple of users and wondered if anyone else is also seeing it. File Explorer will freeze or crash. The issue only got resolved when we went back to an older version of Zoom. 

Recently, when I host a meeting and try to start it, it does not start and says open on your browser. Any thoughts?

I did something accidentally while typing a message in the meeting chat, and what I got was an option to edit one of the previously sent messages. That was awesome, but I have no clue what I did to get that. I would like to edit  sent messages in meeting chats, but I don't see that option when I click the three dots for more options. However, I know it's possible because I got that option accidentally, and it offered me to change the message and save the changes. How can I access that feature in meeting chats?

Zoom_launcher.exe has been identified by McAfee as a major threat. Please advise how to identify your file to ensure it is not a threat. 

Hi,Whenever I try to schedule a meeting since I've upgraded to the new version, I don't get the invitation to my mail (I'm the host). I've trying connecting my Gmail from my profile, but it still doesn't do anything. I have to manually copy the invitation and send it to myself instead. Other invites are sent properly. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this? Thanks!

Why is Zoom not showing my page when connecting to Facebook Live? When I go to the Facebook Live Link it takes me to the correct screen but my Facebook page does not appear in the drop-down menu there. It was there before and we use it every week. But it disappeared and now I can not share my live to my Facebook Page. 

We organise Zoom mega meetings and had 1,000 people worldwide registered for a mega meeting, but we only had 357 join us.This has happend last month too.What might be the reason for registrants not to be able to join online please?

I've been using Zoom for years. Today I;m trying to Schedule new meetings but have two issues:1. The Host shows as a zmail but I want my own email (which worked automatically previously).2. Using Schedule on my laptop, the format seems to have changed. After setting date and time and SAVE, the next page doesn't have the place to insert attendee emails and optional attendees like before.

Hi, I'm an experienced video conference participant using Zoom for years.  I'm a professional musician and uses the following digital audio interfaces to feed the Zoom microphone input source: PreSonus 1824cTascam Model 12Behringer UCA-222 Additionally, I use Voicmeeter Banana as a podcaster software source so that I can mix and loopback signals that originate from other programs like Ableton Live, Presonus Studio One, PG Music Band in a Box, and many others. For some reason, I can no longer use any of the hardware devices or software sources as microphone (input) sources with Zoom.  The speaker works properly and I can see and hear these microphone sources with other programs.  But, when I select them as sources in Zoom no sound comes across the microphone test meter.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the software and drivers that these devices and programs

I use my zoom room for supporting teachers. I have scheduled a meeting for 7 hours. But when I´m inactive for 40 minutes zoom is closing automatically. Does anybody know why? I have a license and work at a University. Best//tea

Apparently Zoom just added a "Try new version" slider in the standard meeting scheduling popup accessible from the home screen of the desktop app: I did not notice this until recently because I'm a Zoom admin and keep myself in a separate user group from the rest of my company, so it happened to be the case that everyone but me got access to this slider.  Anyway, I'd like to disable this slider and keep my users on the "old" version of of the scheduling popup.  I don't like that the new version hides the Meeting ID and Meeting Security options under "More Options", and I also don't like that it gives everyone who doesn't have their calendar connected the above-pictured yellow warning banner.  About 90% of my users don't have a connected calendar, and one of my users so far complained about this banner because they thought it would pr

Hi All, We're having an issue where users are clicking on the provided link and they are being redirected to a completely different session. The session they are being redirected to has nothing to do with them at all. So far it has happened (seemingly) random. Not sure how to capture this or track to give evidence to the issue. Thank you all in advance

Videoconferencing does not start after starting meetsig on windows 11 PC desktop app.Also, when I press settings, the settings screen does not open.Here is what we have triedClean uninstallation of zoomInitialize the PC.I used the same PC and logged in with a different Windows account and was able to use zoom.I am considering the possibility that the problem is in the C drive or lower, but what should I do?

Good afternoon, how can I remove the popup window in the browser that says "Click Open Zoom Workplace app in the dialog box in the browser If the dialog box is not displayed, click Start conference" (all this is on the Yandex browser, the zoom application is installed)
