Mute - Host or Participant? Hi, I have a question. I was on a call today and I was trying to speak to someone, but they kept telling us that they couldn’t hear us. My volume was all the way up my Bluetooth was initially connected so I disconnected it. I made sure to select the microphone in my participants menu to make sure the mute was not on and the speaker was active. I noticed that the host’s name appeared in the very bottom, left hand of the screen. Beside their name, there was a microphone in red with a line through it, which I believe was indicating that the host, not the participant, was controlling the mute function for the call and had muted me.
