Can't find the exact "location" to post this. Question - Ran into 403 error when posting a pardot / SF Account engagement form for webinar registration via a hidden form with webinarId and posting URL as recommended on the guide https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276 Pardot captures the registrant correctly but zoom throws the 403 error. Integration/OAuth with SF-Pardot is all working as intended. Has anyone encountered similar, and how have you resolved it?  Thank you

Hello, I use has an option to give remote control, but for some reason, it's not appearing as an option. Yes, in my settings I have toggled ON remote control. I'm using a desktop Windows computer, I'm running Zoom 5.8 and it's still not working. I do have the free version, has Zoom made anything changes I'm not aware of? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Team, Currently, users must manually enter the vanity URL when accessing the Zoom mobile app. Is there a way to pre-configure the vanity URL to enhance the user experience? We manage mobile devices via Intune. Thanks  Ricky Su

My team and I joined a meeting hosted by our manager, but the host didn't show up. When we requested to record, nothing happened, and no one saw the request. Does anyone know how to record when the host isn't present? Are there any settings we can adjust?

Just recently when I start a zoom meeting a constant buzzing goes to the speakers. As soon as the meeting stops the buzzing stops. No other program on the pc does this. I am using windows 11 and zoom 6.4.6. The audio does not get heard by the participants on zoom but it is heard live. Right now the sound is sent from the pc into a mixer and out to speakers throughout the building. Even when the computer sound is all the way off there is still a buzzing. We have tried sound setting in zoom, new cables, a new sound card and updating drivers. Again the sound is just fine until the zoom meeting starts when the buzzing starts and ends when the zoom meeting ends, Not when zoom opens only when the meeting starts.

When I'm scheduling a call and try to add "invitees", neither the desktop or iPhone Zoom app recognize the names of people that are already in my contacts. So, I have to manually cut-n-paste their email addresses into the mtg invitation one at a time.    I need Zoom to access my iPhone contacts and automatically insert their email address into the scheduler.    Any how-to guidance appreciated... thanks.     Richard

I had a Pro Plan Zoom account and have been using it for several years.  A couple of weeks ago, my Meeting tab went blank and I can no longer schedule meetings.  If I go through the home tab and click on schedule, I just get the waiting roundabout and it never ends in being able to schedule a meeting.  I was 1 week from the new month, so I cancelled my subscription and moved to Teams.  I don't want to keep using Teams, I like and know Zoom better, but I can't use it if I can't schedule meetings and I am worried if I restart paying for Pro, I still won't be able to access my meetings tab so it will be a total waste of money.  Does anyone know what has happened to my meeting tab and how to get it back?

Hi zoom, We are at TV 2 Denmark, looking for a "remote guest" solution, where we are able to only use one link for an invite, and then the guest, doesn't have to install an app OR haft to login, to join the meeting. Is this a service you provide? Ride now, with our current plan, we can't just send a link, without the guest HAS to download and install the zoom app on their device.. That is not a good solution for us, since we have to be able to provide quick solutions when we have people from anywhere around the world, coming in on short notice for an interview.Kind regards Anders Arndal, System specialist TV 2 DENMARK 

Hi everyone, For the past month, whenever I join a meeting, one participant's screen shakes.  I have completed updates, restarted my computer, logged in and out of my account, and yet one person will have a shakey video screen.  I noticed it is usually in the upper left corner of the screen (when it is more than one person). It is completely distracting and a bit visually overwhelming.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

We recently upgraded our Zoom account to allow us to have the Q&A box function. This has worked for new meetings but isnt possible for any meetings we already had scheduled in the account. Does anyone know how to add this in. The only reason we paid to upgrade was to use it for an upcoming meeting that we already had booked in.

I have a script on my computer that lets me toggle the default windows Communication Device when I press a key.  This works fine in Discord; pressing the key switches call audio output between the two devices, because Discord is set to output to whatever the windows default Communication Device is. However, on Zoom, there's no option to use the default windows Communication Device, only the default Speakers, so there's no way to automate changing Zoom's output without also changing my whole computer's default audio output.   How can I tell Zoom to output to whatever is set as the Communication Device, the way Discord does?

My Zoom video is flashing green for myself and attendees. I reinstalled Zoom; under “Video> Advanced” I unchecked “Optimize quality of the video | send with de-noise”; I unchecked “Sending video” under “Use hardware acceleration for…”. The flashing green of my video persists and is very distracting to all. Please advise.

Hello,I start my meeting via my laptop (this is the host that records the meeting), and then I log also via my Samsung phone and keep my camera only on my phone so everybody can see only my phone camera but I see that I don't get with the phone fullscreen? I test it with friends and when they have Iphon it is fullscreen but on Samsung, it is not. Do you know how can I make my Samsung show fullscreen? Thanks' Tsafi

I have Zoom Workspace Pro for up to 1000 participants. I have an already scheduled Zoom (not a webinar) set for Tuesday night with over 700 participants. I cannot find a Q&A button at the bottom of the screen; only the chat button. I have tried the Zoom instructions to go to "Details" but nothing comes up to enable Q&A. Can someone help me?

I have been using Zoom for some time and today I was finally told that my Zoom background image is backwards. Which means it has always been backwards. I don't understand how it is backwards because my video preview is correct, but the others have an opposite view of my background. It means there is an issue with what I see and what others see is not the same, which means the preview is not true.  My method is to flip all my background images in Photoshop because a normal view of my background image is flipped backwards in my video. So i thought i fix the problem but actually was creating the problem due to video preview is not a true preview of what others see. Did anyone else learn this oddness? I hope the preview can be fixed. 

I have a profile picture on Zoom but it never shows up when I join a meeting! Help, I don't always want to be on video. 

I am using iPad Pro and iOS version is 18.4.1.        Zoom version is 6.4.5(24064) When I test my setup by accessing to zoom.us, test for microphone, speaker and camera runs without any interactive confirmation for each then ends.  Only green check box is shown for each but without confirmation .    I once deleted zoom application and reinstalled but not resolved.I have a Windows PC and Mac Mini too but test goes with interactive confirmation as expected.  I appreciate any suggestion to resolve. 

Today, all of a sudden, I could not login to my Zoom app! but I can login using browser on the same desktop! Help. I have a basic plan so no access to support. 

Hello, before I put the AI on, when I was recording and pinning my video, I couldn't find the participants' videos and that's what I wanted. Since the introduction of AI, when someone speaks, their video is also recorded and is in my recording. Is it possible to disable this option to have only my video (from the host) and the voice only from the participants? 

When the meeting starts and participants turn on their cameras, Zoom freezes. Everything freezes and nothing works for a few seconds. After that, the images of all participants (including me) are automatically pixelated. This means the quality of your camera images decreases.Furthermore, Zoom crashes again every time I increase or decrease the number of videos (participant cameras to be displayed), i.e., when I select "Show video thumbnail or grid" during screen sharing to display the remaining participants.The interesting thing is that I asked the participants if they were experiencing the same issue I described above, and they told me they weren't, and everything was working fine for them.I verified that it wasn't a problem with my internet connection, as my partner uses Teams every morning (I have meetings in the afternoon). There are usually several meetings per day, and the number of participants is usually between 15 and 40. She had no issues.P

I can not "see" the background behind me. I just get this grey box. I can use other backgrounds but would prefer to show my actual environment. I have reinstalled app and am using the latest version (6.4.6). Using MacAir (13", M3, 2024), OS Sequoia 15.3.2. Thanks!

I have an 18 month old Pro account, which was provisioned in US although I set it up in UK and I am billed in GBP (might  be significant).I have just tried to set up a meeting that allows access by telephone for Audio only, but I can no longer find a UK access number in zoom. I have found an old telephone number on the internet but when I try and use it asks for my meeting ID and password then tells me that telephone access is not allowed for this meeting. It worked OK  last time I set up a meeting with telephone access a couple of months ago So how do I allow audio only participants by telephone in the UK? 

We are receiving an error when trying to connect to a client meeting - "An unknown error occurred"Error Code: 100006301Seems to happen on both the desktop app, and webpage connection. we are able to connect via a cellphone with no issues, but this is not ideal Cant seem to find any details on Error Code: 100006301 online.

Recently, I have been facing an issue with my audio during a meeting with my mentor. He cannot hear me, but the audio input of my microphone during the meeting is fine. I can see the input level increase when I speak. What I've done so far is: 1) Checked if I selected the correct microphone channel. 2) Tried my pc, headset inputs and the issue still persists.3) I've used also my iphone microphone and did not work. 4) I've joined the meeting from my iphone only instead desktop that I usually do and still not working. 5) Checked his settings also and they were ok! * Bear in mind that I have a connected audio interface (Focusrite) but it worked fine in the past! I cannot identify what is causing this issue! Please help!
