Hello, I’m able to download cloud recordings, and transcription is enabled in the settings. I can see the transcripts in my profile through the browser. However, I’m unfortunately unable to access them via the API and/or via Make.  Has anyone managed to retrieve all transcripts from every user in your organization using the API?

Over the last several months, I've had complaints from attendees that they can't see my mouse when sharing my screen. This is really frustrating, and I have not noticed this issue when I attend others' Zoom meetings. I did some troubleshooting and found that it only happens when sharing the application window, NOT the screen. Is this a known issue or some kind of feature? 

Whenever I run a zoom meeting I'm always sharing my screen and working on a shared screen. Ten minutes before the end of the meeting, I get a reminder which shows up as a black box in the middle of the screen for everyone I'm sharing with. Meeting timers are already turned off in my settings so it's not that. 

Hello--I can no longer hear musical instruments on Zoom. The musician will have original sound for musicians turned on and others in the Zoom can hear them, but I can hear only voice, not the instrument.  I turned background noise to low in audio settings, but that didn't help. This problem cropped up a couple of months ago--I used to be able to hear them, but can't now.  However, I can hear instruments on other meeting apps, so I don't think this is a Windows issue and think it's a Zoom issue. the organization I'm enrolled in runs a joint program with zoom to view the recordded lectures of the past fortnight. however when the zoom interface opens I'm facing the following issues:The video interface for recorded lectures is a hassle. There is not enough space between the pause button and the video progress bar in both the browser and the app mode. Trying to pause the video completely resets the time to near the beginning of the video if you tap even the slightest bit off-point, and is very frustrating. Secondly, there is no option for mlving 10 sec backward/forward by double tapping the screen, and again you have to struggle with the time bar, which is even more dificult to navigate for such small time intervls (even normally the time is difficult to adjust accurately usng the time bar). I requested the organization's customercare to add the required features and introduce better spacing or slightly larger icons, but they said the issue is o

We use Zoom meetings to run hybrid Yoga classes (there are students in the Studio and other students join online). Zoom is run off a Lenovo Thinkpad running Windows. The Zoom app is updated to teh latest version. The laptop is connected to a TV through an HDMI cable so the laptop screen is visible on the TV. The laptop is also connected to external speakers using the 3.5mm adaptor. In Audio settings (Zoom) we select the TV as a speaker so that we can hear if one of the online students has a question. This setup works fine. The issue occurs when we want to play some music in the background. To do this, we play the music either on VLC player or Youtube (on chrome browser) on the laptop, and in the Zoom meeting we "Share Computer Audio".  Now we can hear the music through the speakers connected to the laptop (as desired), but the folks on the call cannot hear the music at all. We experimented and if we turn the TV (connected

How Can I Become An Admin In Another's Zoom Room?

Hello all: We are nearly full on our cloud storage and I would like to be able to view the storage by user.  I can't seem to see anywhere in the reporting where I can do that. I'm in "Account Management -> Reports -> Usage Reports -> Cloud Recording I am able to see our total storage. What we would like to do is to be able to tell each user how much of the storage space they're using up so that we can have them monitor their own usage rather than having to email everybody every time the cloud storage is nearly full. We don't really need to keep the cloud recordings very long, but we do record to the cloud every time because the transcripts are very important to us.

When I use screen share now, it shows as a tiny boxinstead of the usual size. Not sure why it changed when I didn't change any settings.I can't seem to figure it out.I looked at settingsAnyone come across the same situation and resolved it?Anyone can give any guidance?Thanks in advance!

We are having subscription of pro zoomwe have deleted all older recordings from cloud storage of zoom but still we are facing cloud space issue, request urgent help please.   

Please help. I am relatively tech savvy but this one has me puzzled. I have the Zoom Add-On so Zoom appears as a video conferencing option when I generate a meeting in my google calendar.  I often create recurring meetings but if I end up having to move just one instance of that series, the meeting moves just fine without error, but when I attempt to join the meeting the Zoom link no longer works for that one instance that I moved (I get an error message when trying to join the Zoom link). It's so frustrating - am I doing it wrong?

We had a number of registrants unable to join a recent Zoom meeting that required registration. We had uploaded a large list of people who were preapproved (via CSV), but all registration questions were in place before we uploaded that list. A significant number were unable to join and/or were asked to edit their registration.

I'm recording some interviews, and I'd like to edit the video with each speaker recorded as a separate file. I've checked the 'Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately' setting in account settings in Zoom and then recorded an interview (meeting), then recording to the cloud, but it is still just recording the gallery view. Is there a way to ensure this actually works? My end game is to edit the video in Premiere Pro, which is why I want the highest possible resolution video of each individual speaker in separate video files. I thought that was possible in Zoom - if not I'd love to find out what the best alternative is! And if so I'd love to know how to make it happen reliably.

Hello, I’m trying to achieve the following but can’t find the right settings. I’m recording a video call. The host has not turned on their video, only the other participant has. I want only the video of the participant to be recorded. So far, the recording always shows the person who is currently speaking. However, I want the participant’s video to be shown continuously, and of course, the audio from both sides should be recorded. Thank you very much for your help.

Hi, I've been trying over the last year to solve an audio issue--on my Mac Studio (2024 M2 Max) I can't get Zoom to pick up any piano or ukulele playing no matter what audio setting I've tried--and I've done every combination of setting on every mode/profile.  The strange part is on my older laptop (2021 MacBook Air), there is no issue.  I've multiple mics, and nothing works. I've looked into changing the mic Mode on the settings on my Mac to see if it's filtering audio out somehow, but that doesn't do anything either. I've contacted Zoom support and they couldn't solve. Does anyone know what a possible solution could be?  It'd be nice to be able to not have to use my old laptop for piano lessons and music making sessions because the desktop won't pick up any instrument audio (it picks up a voice just fine). At most I get very filtered and in/out sound when playing piano or ukulele.   I'd appreciate any advice or tips!

Hello all,  Is there any way for me to set a limit on how loud the volume can get on a zoom room controller? Currently we need to set the volume to about 25% as we get above that it gets way too loud

what to do when closed captioning is not available in my account when I logged in using the web browser.  Only manual captioning option is available.  But when I log in using the zoom app, it is available.  

Hi. I am doing music/composing lessons with Zoom, and me and my student would like to both share our computer audio simultaneously to quickly be able to play or show musical examples to each other, or show musical exercises without having to manually unshare and share our screen every time the other one wants to play something or show something from the music software on our computer. Is there a way to do that? Because it seems only one participant can share screen with audio at a time.Also, how do I turn of the extreme noise cancelling on my microphone? I have tried everything, but Zoom seems to filter out everything that is not a voice, like clapping, musical instruments etc, which I don't want as we want to be able to clap and sing ideas to each other without the clapping being cut out, or me playing guitar, etc etc.

Every video I watch on how to use a green screen shows two check boxes under backgrounds, but my screen does not.  How do I find them?Thanks, 

Hello,I'm at my whits end right now. I recently installed Windows 11 on my new computer and downloaded the newest version of Zoom. Since then, I am unable to login to my Zoom Workplace account via the Google login. It takes around 20-30 times of repeatadly trying to login via Google before it does. Then, when it finally logs in, it will not connect to my meetings. I'm getting error 5003 when doing so.I've tried troubleshooting connection issues, but can't find a solution. Is anyone else having this issue? Would this be an issue with my network driver (Killer(TM) Wi-Fi 7 BE1750x 320MHz Wireless Network Adapter (BE200NGW))?Any help would be great. It's caused a massive headache for my work productivity.

I joined a zoom meeting with a meeting room number a scammer shared with me. I didn't share screen or enable remote control during the zoom call. Can the scammer remote control my computer and install malware?

I have 2 Zoom accounts. One is employer paid for. The other is one I I pay for that I am sending this message for. I know the employer account is configured for cloud recording. Mine, somehow was switched to cloud recording but I want it to record locally. When I followed online instructions through the Chatbot, the options when I get to the record tab have nothing to do with configuring for local or cloud recording.  Where is that now?

My Zoom meeting was hacked three weeks ago. Sadly someone came in the room and put a load of nasty filth across the screen, we were live on YouTube. YouTube took my channel down. I had a Zoom yesterday, using my iPhone through the Zoom app. A meeting participant started a recording, which I allowed (as the meeting host). Now, I can't find the recording. I understand that I may not have local access to the recording on my phone, and it's not available on the Cloud with my basic account. Is this correct?If I upgrade to Pro today, will I be able to access an old recording from a day or two before? I have no idea what the record settings were, except that on my desktop the recording location is to my computer. Or might the person who asked to record, who I think also has a basic plan, have access? And is there any way to get this recording without upgrading, which I really can't afford?This is really important; the session was a memorial service for a young friend who died suddenly while traveling abroad. I am having issues with component embedded meeting sdk on my web app. On my local computer in my node.js/react project I am able to click "join meeting" and the meeting sdk loads the meeting on the page embedded with no issues but when i push the same code to my AWS hosted dev server I am not able to join the meeting and the console has an error: Zoom join failed: { type: 'INVALID_PARAMETERS', reason: 'dependent assets are not accessible' } Has anyone else encoutered this issue? I have added my production and dev domains to the "allow" list in the marketplace manage app screen
