I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails inviting me to join meetings and automatically entering the meetings on my Outlook calendar.  These are from persons or companies I haven't heard of, or are from zoom for their training meetings.  I haven't been able to find any way to stop this.  I am so tired of regularly having to remove these meeting from my calendar and there is no option to unsubscribe from the zoom emails.  Please help.  Thank you.

I don't have gmail (free nor paid) or o365 (free nor paid). I have a zoom account, but use it for a variety of emails and calendars.  I have several emails and calendars due to different clients.   How can I change my settings so I can toggle between various client calendars and therefore emails (when I send invites)

This last update vanished the option of selecting "advanced options" then  selecting a different external calendar.  My Zoom account is set up for Google Calendar.  But I would add this additional option, and a iCal option would be selected, so it would add a iCal entity to my Mac Calendar.Now it vanished?  Any idea where it is or how I can get it back?

I set up a meeting invitation and wondering why some of my attendees did not receive the link or meeting invitation through email.

I have connected my google calendar with zoom. Now I always get notifications from zoom about events and tasks that are not zoom-meetings. This is really annoying because I'm using a productivity tool that manages tasks dynamically. I constantly receive unnecessary and unwanted notifications from zoom about my tasks.How can I disable this or limit it so that I am only informed about zoom meetings?Thanks.

I am frustrated that the new Zoom look has removed recurring meetings (or at least all my former ones). And now instead of presenting me with upcoming and recurring meetings, I get my Outlook calendar. I have Outlook - I don't need Zoom to inform me when my dental appointment is and to "helpfully" be sure I know that it is "not a Zoom meeting." All these apps start great, then go downhill when they think they need to be the center of our universe. Integrate will with other apps like calendars, but don't duplicate them. I'm glad we are on MS Teams so I only have to use Zoom on occasion - very clunky and not user friendly compared to what it was a couple years ago.

Hi all! I've connected Zoom with Google Calendar. I have a handful of calendars, multiple of which may have Zoom events. However only my primary calendar events will show in the right-panel/agenda view on Zoom desktop. I can't upload images to show what I'm talking about so I'll do my best to describe it. From the Calendar tab in Zoom, I can see there are multiple calendars from Google sync-ing over. I have multiple events with Zoom links today spanning multiple of those Google calendars. However only the events on my primary calendar show in the right-panel that lists out the events (It's like an agenda view for today. It has a beach umbrella icon if there's nothing.) My primary calendar is my work calendar, so I see work Zoom events. But my secondary calendar is personal, which may still have Zoom links. Those aren't showing up in that agenda panel. My question is - is there a setting with Zoom or something I can do differently with how I mana

Hello everyone, I am synching my Google Calendar with Zoom. For the events that I manually add to my private Google Calendar, everything works fine and clients cannot book via the Zoom booking software if there's an event set in my Google Calendar. But I do also have a work Google Calendar and here, Zoom does not understands that I am busy there too. I think the issue comes from the fact that in my Google Calendar, there's the private and the work calendar (it's both the same Google account) because if I manually copy events form the work to the private calendar in Google, they show up in Zoom as well. The issue is I cannot manually copy every incoming event.Is there any solution to this?Thank you!

Can anybody please help me with disabling ETEE in my Zmail account? THis was accidentily turned on when I setup my email account, but there is nowhere to turn it off!

I generally send Zoom meeting invitations via the app on my phone, and they have always automatically included the date and time of the meeting. In the last week this has changed so that it is only sending the meeting link. This is infuriating, as this one message used to act as an appointment reminder as well. Now I am having to send a separate reminder. Is this a temporary bug or a permanent change? My Zoom subsription is up for renewal soon and I'll shift to Microsoft Teams if this is going to be an on-going issue

Okay, my Association got the TAP IP.  When we set up a meeting, we put the link in our google calendar. The TAP IP has access to the calendar and recognizes the Zoom Link so someone can start the meeting with the tap.We have a larger meeting coming up, and we are requesting that members register for the meeting, We put the registration link in the google calendar invite, but the TAP IP does not recognize the link. Therefore we can not figure out how to start the meeting from the TAP IP.If there is any help in using the TAP IP with Zooming meetings that require registration,  it would be very much appreciated!

Is it inside zoom or inside GHL? I have deleted the integrations in my profile. and changed my calendar integration to google - but I'm really confused by this. Any help much appreciatedHoward

My Zoom a/c has an icloud address. I send invites through Outlook. I can no longer send an invite using my icloud address, but my Outlook address will work. This is a recent problem. What changed and how can I fix it? 

Zooms AI does not seem to know, how do I do this please, most frustrating to copy and paste my Zoom meetings into my Mac calendar, there must be a better way. Thank you for your help

Over 4 months no SMS calendar working on scheduler  since 1.12.2024. No information provided to UK customer. Informed today via Customer Support Chat box, that it is an issue already known about.   They are hopeful for an update to resolve the issue end of April 2025.  I followed up with direct call to Zoom  and advised  to cancel Scheduler and apply when contract is due to renew. Means loosing 6 months worth of money, after enjoying over 4 months of no SMS on the  scheduler working. Informed that Zoom does not have a customer complaint department, colleagues can send instead a "ticket" for support.   A company with customers, but does not provide communication updates,  nor apology or even redress for failure in service and no complaints department.  Truly a client centred approach.  

Super frustrating problem: When I am scheduling a Zoom meeting, I am adding the email addresses of my attendees in the Attendees box. But then, when I create Zoom opens up Outlook, and requires me to invite the invitees again. It then sends the invite from my the calender tied to the Exchange 365 account I have.  But that is my work account. My Zoom account has nothing to do with my work email account. And I don't want invites coming from my work account. The calendar integration I have selected is a Google Account, not a Microsoft account. (see it here). Hi,  I live in both a Windows and Mac environment. I have been using the Zoom Outlook Plug in for scheduling my appoints directly from my Outlook calendar. With the latest update, the Plug In disappeared, It's impossible to use the chat bot on Zoom it goes circular and Zoom Support does not provide phone support. So my question, did Mac, or Zoom discontinue the Outlook Plug in. It works fine on the Windows Platform, albeit Teams tries to inject itself into some invites. The meetings I am scheduling with clients are not showing up the next day on my Zoom schedule though the e-mail and meeting shows up in my personal e-mails. This is so confusing as when I schedule several meetings one of them might not show up or none at all? What do I do? I don't want to use the Zoom e-mails.

We’ve noticed that Zoom notifications aren’t forwarded to mobile devices when users are in previously scheduled calendar events. A while ago I set up MS Outlook so that when I create a meeting in my calendar, as well being able to use Teams, I had the option to click on Zoom and add that as the app for the meeting.For some reason this option has recently disappeared from my Outlook Desktop calendar and I can not get it back.It happened when I removed an obsolete account I had in the Outlook app. I have know idea why this would affect my default account, but it seems to have caused the Zoom option to disappear.If I open Office 365 and view Outlook in Outlook Online, the Zoom option is still there and works fine, so for some reason it has only disappeared from the Desktop Version of Outlook.(If I check in Outlook Online in My Add-Ins, I can see that Zoom is there, so I assume it should work). Please note:When I Googled this issue, some suggestion said to download:Zoom Plugin for Microsoft OutlookHowever, I tried this and it did not work.Ca

I have a work Zoom account managed by my org and a personal account that I manage. I want to integrate with Google as an Add on so i can set up my personal meetings directly, but Google keeps defaulting to my work account. I've tried uninstalling the app on the google side, deleted the google integration from my work account on the zoom side but nothing I do is having any effect. Can anyone advise. I'm new to Zoom too, more familiar with Google Meet but wanted to just use one provider for meetings.
