Hello everyone, I am synching my Google Calendar with Zoom. For the events that I manually add to my private Google Calendar, everything works fine and clients cannot book via the Zoom booking software if there's an event set in my Google Calendar. But I do also have a work Google Calendar and here, Zoom does not understands that I am busy there too. I think the issue comes from the fact that in my Google Calendar, there's the private and the work calendar (it's both the same Google account) because if I manually copy events form the work to the private calendar in Google, they show up in Zoom as well. The issue is I cannot manually copy every incoming event.Is there any solution to this?Thank you!

Can anybody please help me with disabling ETEE in my Zmail account? THis was accidentily turned on when I setup my email account, but there is nowhere to turn it off!

I generally send Zoom meeting invitations via the app on my phone, and they have always automatically included the date and time of the meeting. In the last week this has changed so that it is only sending the meeting link. This is infuriating, as this one message used to act as an appointment reminder as well. Now I am having to send a separate reminder. Is this a temporary bug or a permanent change? My Zoom subsription is up for renewal soon and I'll shift to Microsoft Teams if this is going to be an on-going issue

Okay, my Association got the TAP IP.  When we set up a meeting, we put the link in our google calendar. The TAP IP has access to the calendar and recognizes the Zoom Link so someone can start the meeting with the tap.We have a larger meeting coming up, and we are requesting that members register for the meeting, We put the registration link in the google calendar invite, but the TAP IP does not recognize the link. Therefore we can not figure out how to start the meeting from the TAP IP.If there is any help in using the TAP IP with Zooming meetings that require registration,  it would be very much appreciated!

Is it inside zoom or inside GHL? I have deleted the integrations in my profile. and changed my calendar integration to google - but I'm really confused by this. Any help much appreciatedHoward

My Zoom a/c has an icloud address. I send invites through Outlook. I can no longer send an invite using my icloud address, but my Outlook address will work. This is a recent problem. What changed and how can I fix it? 

Zooms AI does not seem to know, how do I do this please, most frustrating to copy and paste my Zoom meetings into my Mac calendar, there must be a better way. Thank you for your help

Over 4 months no SMS calendar working on scheduler  since 1.12.2024. No information provided to UK customer. Informed today via Customer Support Chat box, that it is an issue already known about.   They are hopeful for an update to resolve the issue end of April 2025.  I followed up with direct call to Zoom  and advised  to cancel Scheduler and apply when contract is due to renew. Means loosing 6 months worth of money, after enjoying over 4 months of no SMS on the  scheduler working. Informed that Zoom does not have a customer complaint department, colleagues can send instead a "ticket" for support.   A company with customers, but does not provide communication updates,  nor apology or even redress for failure in service and no complaints department.  Truly a client centred approach.  

Super frustrating problem: When I am scheduling a Zoom meeting, I am adding the email addresses of my attendees in the Attendees box. But then, when I create Zoom opens up Outlook, and requires me to invite the invitees again. It then sends the invite from my the calender tied to the Exchange 365 account I have.  But that is my work account. My Zoom account has nothing to do with my work email account. And I don't want invites coming from my work account. The calendar integration I have selected is a Google Account, not a Microsoft account. (see it here). Yet every time, no matter what I do, it sends invites by opening outlook and demanding I again enter the addresses.  I suspect this might be due to a recent update (see it

Hi,  I live in both a Windows and Mac environment. I have been using the Zoom Outlook Plug in for scheduling my appoints directly from my Outlook calendar. With the latest update, the Plug In disappeared, It's impossible to use the chat bot on Zoom it goes circular and Zoom Support does not provide phone support. So my question, did Mac, or Zoom discontinue the Outlook Plug in. It works fine on the Windows Platform, albeit Teams tries to inject itself into some invites. The meetings I am scheduling with clients are not showing up the next day on my Zoom schedule though the e-mail and meeting shows up in my personal e-mails. This is so confusing as when I schedule several meetings one of them might not show up or none at all? What do I do? I don't want to use the Zoom e-mails.

We’ve noticed that Zoom notifications aren’t forwarded to mobile devices when users are in previously scheduled calendar events. A while ago I set up MS Outlook so that when I create a meeting in my calendar, as well being able to use Teams, I had the option to click on Zoom and add that as the app for the meeting.For some reason this option has recently disappeared from my Outlook Desktop calendar and I can not get it back.It happened when I removed an obsolete account I had in the Outlook app. I have know idea why this would affect my default account, but it seems to have caused the Zoom option to disappear.If I open Office 365 and view Outlook in Outlook Online, the Zoom option is still there and works fine, so for some reason it has only disappeared from the Desktop Version of Outlook.(If I check in Outlook Online in My Add-Ins, I can see that Zoom is there, so I assume it should work). Please note:When I Googled this issue, some suggestion said to download:Zoom Plugin for Microsoft OutlookHowever, I tried this and it did not work.Ca

I have a work Zoom account managed by my org and a personal account that I manage. I want to integrate with Google as an Add on so i can set up my personal meetings directly, but Google keeps defaulting to my work account. I've tried uninstalling the app on the google side, deleted the google integration from my work account on the zoom side but nothing I do is having any effect. Can anyone advise. I'm new to Zoom too, more familiar with Google Meet but wanted to just use one provider for meetings. 

I am traying to remove these synced calendars from Zoom. I only want to view my personal calendar but when I try to hit the X by the calendars on the left nav, I get this error. I have restarted my laptop, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Workplace, and I'm running the latest 6.3.1 version. Any help would be appreciated! The error is 4294967295 

I've been a customer going on two years.  I've been mainly using Skype which is being discontinued.  Therefore, I've put all my video conference students onto Zoom.  I was able to sync Google Calendar well enough, so that I could just add the zoom meeting into the existing google recurring appointments through the synced zoom google calendar.  The problem I am having is that I can only see my google emails and contacts in my zoom mobile app.  On the web and in the MacBook zoom app, when I hit contacts I can only see a category called "company contacts."  On the phone app I see all my google contacts listed under Phone Contacts and Cloud Contacts, fine.  I do not see these categories on the MacBook Zoom app.   Am I doing anything wrong?  Any advice on this is appreciated. How do you recover your email through zoom....is quite simple,just go to zoom enter your last password,and zoom will bring out all details for you,......was it helpful 

My office has a number of Zoom Room licenses that are associated with a number of M365 resource rooms. When creating a Zoom Meeting, users are using the Zoom for Outlook plug-in, signed in with an account that has delegated scheduling permissions within Zoom to each of the Zoom Room "users", and selecting the name of the room from the "Schedule for" dropdown in the settings of the plug-in to create the meeting, then adding the Resource Room to the attendees or location so that the meeting shows up on the calendar for that room. This is currently the only way we have found to consistently get the "Start" option on the meeting room's controllers rather than "Join", so the meeting utilizes the Zoom Room license for the meeting rather than the account used to schedule the meeting's license. This allows us to avoid concurrent meetings on the same license. Is there a better way to set this up so that meetings held "in the Zoom Room" always use the Zoo

My Zoom meetings are integrated with my Outlook. In the past, when I schedule a Zoom meeting, it immediately adds to my Outlook calendar AND opens the meeting invitation -- so I can simply add the Outlook recipients and hit send.This week, when I create a Zoom meeting, it only creates the meeting.  Then I need to go find the meeting in my Outlook calendar and open it, in order to add recipients/invitees and hit send.This feels much clunkier.  Did I accidentally change a setting?  I cannot find any such setting.  

Dear Zoom Community. We have 700 users set up with Single Sign on, validated through their e-mail. Due to Restructuring we need to change e-mail domain for 500 of the 700 users. Now, i can change on a user manually, but im restricted to only 3 changes in 24 hours. Is there a way to do this? If they just log in with SSO it creates a new user object and they lose all their History and syncs, furthermore we dont have enough licenses to cover duplicates of all the users. Thanks a lot in advance! Mathias

Seriously Zoom's products are pretty great compared to the competition but I don't understand how they are missing the most basic functionality on something so simple. You have day, work week, week, and agenda views, but no monthly view? Would love to see this added.

When creating an invite, we used to link the add to calendar to our confirmation letter that went out. Now when we click the link to add these events to the Outlook Calendar we get this, does anyone know how to fix this issue so it goes back to link to calendar?

On the CALENDAR TAB:- "VIEW" pull down, I see DAY, WORK WEEK, WEEK, AGENDA. But how does one view by MONTH??- "EVENTS" pull down, how about adding something like "Zoom meetings" and "My Hosted Zoom Meetings"?  The "Hosted by you" gives me too many events!    

When I schedule a Zoom meeting from my Surface Pro, I add the attendees and click save which then opens up my Outlook Email App. From there, I click send to invite my attendees, however, the attendees do not receive my email (I know this because they reach out saying they haven't seen an invite on their end). As a temporary fix, I've been going into my Outlook Calendar and manually inviting the attendees that way (i.e. creating an Outlook event and adding in the Zoom link), but then two separate invites are sent with the same Zoom link. The attendees receive both which is obviously not what I want either.However, when I try and schedule from the Zoom App on my Macbook, it all goes fine. I'm able to add my attendees, click save, and the invite is sent out right from my Zoom App and immediately connects with my Outlook Calendar.  I only use my Macbook occasionally from work and my Surface Pro is my main work computer so I'd really like to sol
