Calendar Integration - Outlook MircoSoft Office 365

When scheduling in Zoom, I was able to add a email address right in the meeting and it would automatically send the invite to my calendar and all those that I invited.  It has suddenly stopped working last week.  My calendar is still integrated so I am not sure what happened.  To make it even more worse, when I select the outlook calendar on the bottom to generate the outlook invite to add the invitees that is not working either.  When I click on the download of the invite it opens up a newer version of Outlook (not what I am working in) with no actual invite and the invite it is not on my calendar to even pull up and send.  So now what I have to do is generate an invite on Zoom then copy the the invite on a clip board.  Go out to Outlook and create another meeting, paste the zoom information from the clip board, add invitees, and location then send.  Double the work for each meeting.

 

Anyone having the same issue and/or knows how to fix it?

This likely comes down to the Outlook integration. You could try uninstalling and then reintegrating your calendar integration. You could copy to clipboard and paste it in Outlook to send the invite that way. If you want to automate this there are Zoom apps like Salepager that can generate Outlook calendar invites for your Zoom meetings.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I did not reproduce this issue with latest zoom workplace version. Could you please let me know your zoom workplace version? Would you mind provide me a recoding to show me the exact step of reproducing this issue?

We have Zoom pro.  Is there a specific place I can find my workplace version?

 

When I book meeting, I have the option to add the attendees right there when I am generating the meeting.  That was all I needed to do and it would then show up on my calendar and sent the invite out to those that were invited.   Now I have to generate the invite from the Outlook option on the bottom.  My IT guy did fix my download so I am able to actually see the outlook calendar invite now rather than it forcing me to the new outlook version.  Unfortunately I am still unable to just have Zoom send the invite out.
