Hi Everyone, I'm leading a project to roll out Zoom telephony across a UK Council. The Voice and Contact Centre deployment has gone like a dream and now we started to move on to pushing out the Email part of ZCC. However we have hit an issue. When an agent tries to look back through an email thread with a customer/resident, the emails in the thread are sometimes repeated and also mixed up in terms of the times they were sent. Has anyone here deployed the Email part of ZCC yet. Would you be willing to share your experience?

Hi!I was looking to sign in to Zoom, but clicked the educator account at the bottom out of curiosity. I am now unable to sign in without being prompted to enter educator settings. Is there any way to disable this so I can just have a regular Zoom account again? In today’s fast-paced hybrid workplace, videos have become one of the most powerful ways to share knowledge, onboard new team members, and connect across distances. But with hundreds of recordings, training clips, and shared sessions piling up, finding the right video at the right time can feel overwhelming.   Introducing Zoom Video Management, This is a centralized platform designed for creating, organizing, and managing video content within an organization. It allows users to efficiently search and view videos, playlists, and channels, as well as track video analytics. The platform supports features such as channel creation, video uploads, and collaboration management. To use Zoom Video Management, users need a Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Legacy Education account, along with the Zoom Video Management add-on. This platform is accessible via the Zoom desktop app or the web portal.  

I'm part of a nonprofit that allows various people enter the zoom account using the same password and user name. There is no specific administrator or different passwords for different people to enter. Recently someone entered the zoom account and started a meeting. They were in the meeting but it was not acting like they were the host of the meeting. They could not see when new people were in the waiting room, waiting to join the meeting. Is it possible that when I went into the account an hour before the meeting to create a different meeting on a different date, when I didn't sign out of the account after I was finished, could that have created a problem for the person starting the meeting? I wasn't at the meeting with them so I am not certain what they experienced but they did say that they couldn't see all of the people in the waiting room, and so, could not let them in to start the meeting. 

While trying to install Zoom Workplace I encountered MANY comments from disappointed users.  I spent some 15-20 hours over several days as I tried to follow Zoom's recommended installation procedures.I did not achieve any success until I stepped away from the problem for a while and tried to figure out what was unique about my situation.  I have 3 computers running Zoom (actually 5) but only 3 were involved in this issue - 1 HP Notebook running Win 10 and 2 HP Notebooks running Win11.  The installation on #3 (Win 11) was the big problem.   All 3 had been working fine until I had a problem with #3 and I was forced to uninstall / re-install Zoom Workplace from scratch. The attached PDF tells the long story of the various failed attempts in trying to get 64-bit Zoom Workplace installed and how I abstracted to figure out that it was not my problem, nor was the computer's configuration damaged - it was Zoom's installat

Hello, everyone.  My company is using Intune for device management and Okta for authentication from Zoom. Is there a way to limit user authentications on mobile devices to require the Zoom for Intune app registered to a device in our tenant? We can't use Conditional Access because we're using Okta for SSO.
