Zoom does work on Wayland: no window appears

On Fedora 43, using zoom-7.0.0.1666-1.x86_64 (or the flatpak version), I get the system tray icon but no other windows show. I tried a few things, including running with XWayland, setting QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland, but nothing works.
